It is my third time visiting the restaurant and I can only confirm: I do recommend it! One can try any of the many deer specialties (cold or cooked) as meatballs in sauce, or chorizo, or sausages, or cold cuts (I've tried them all and despite my initial prejudice, I have to admit - they are worth it!). If you'd like - try the vegetation options - they have a few: I tried the "flatbrod pizza" - cheese, sauces, mushrooms ,parsley and dill, placed on thin pizza-dought bread. All this served with nice beer ("Zeunerts" I've tried) and by very, very friendly and welcoming staff.
In addition, there's special liquid soap and hand-scrub in the toilets (one can buy them at the bar too) with fresh pine fragrance, which makes your stay and dining as smooth as your hands - the scrub is with pine ointment and leaves the hands' skin smooth and healthy.
My advice is to reserve a table, if you are going to dine after 17h - the place is very popular and busy.
