Still Here

Have been in to Still Here a few times, and every time has been a great experience! I’m honestly kind of perplexed by the other reviews because every employee I’ve interacted with has been consistently nice and helpful. It’s a very small store, so yes you may have to wait in line and wait your turn for a dressing room but I’ve never felt overlooked or rushed, always encouraged to find a fit I love and ask for help if I need it. Also, 10/10 quality!!!

Still Here has a couple of locations and both are worth visiting. Elizabeth who works in creative helped me navigate the designs and the brands. She is terrific !

The Nolita location has the WORST customer service I’ve ever experienced. The girls think they are nyc “it girls” and it’s truly appalling. I suggest a full fire and rehire here because I will never be back and never tell anybody to subject themselves to the mean girl stares and attitudes from your own employees.

You wanna know why this place is called still here? Cause 20 min later I'm “still here” waiting in line to get into the store due to a ridiculous 6 person limit. Once inside it took another 30 min to just get a fitting room cause of how disorganized the operation is. The quality of the jeans are great, it's just unfortunate how poorly the store is run and the ridiculous capacity limit they enforce to create the illusion of demand. Also agree with other comments, staff could be a bit more friendly and considerate.

I love this shop! The team was so kind and sweet with me. Amazing with customers. Really attentive and loved the vibe of the store. Wish I could have everything in there ❤️❤️❤️

Came here on a visit to NYC and will absolutely be back!! Left with my new favorite pair of jeans and a recommendation on where to grab a matcha nearby :) Great jeans and sweet people!

WORST experience EVER!!! The staff were rude and unhelpful. I waited 20 minutes outside—fine—but once inside, no one greeted me, explained anything about the jeans, or told me I still had to wait for a fitting room. And seriously, only two fitting rooms in a busy store? What a joke. I regret wasting my time and won’t fall for brands that throw money at TikTok ads instead of improving real customer service.

GREAT jeans, rude staff. Was visiting from LA and specifically made the trek to get my jeans from this boutique. They made the experience question whether I wanted to spend my money there. They continued on having their inane conversations and acted like doing their job assisting me was a hassle. I was livid.
