Still Here

Disappointing experience shopping in store. When I entered the shop, nobody offered to help or even welcomed me, which at first I didn’t really think anything of, until a couple of other people entered the store and they were immediately offered help and sizing. Anyway, I chose something I wanted to try on and then had to wait about 25 minutes until I could get into a changing room. One person was trying on every single item in the store, and the other person was doing goodness knows what, but was in the changing room for about 30 minutes. There are also no mirrors in the changing rooms, so you have to go out into the main store to look in a mirror, which is uncomfortable. Agree with other reviews on here that the staff need to be more welcoming, friendly and manage the fitting rooms better. I’d come all the way from London to visit this store and was really disappointed.

Have been in to Still Here a few times, and every time has been a great experience! I’m honestly kind of perplexed by the other reviews because every employee I’ve interacted with has been consistently nice and helpful. It’s a very small store, so yes you may have to wait in line and wait your turn for a dressing room but I’ve never felt overlooked or rushed, always encouraged to find a fit I love and ask for help if I need it. Also, 10/10 quality!!!

Still Here has a couple of locations and both are worth visiting. Elizabeth who works in creative helped me navigate the designs and the brands. She is terrific !

The Nolita location has the WORST customer service I’ve ever experienced. The girls think they are nyc “it girls” and it’s truly appalling. I suggest a full fire and rehire here because I will never be back and never tell anybody to subject themselves to the mean girl stares and attitudes from your own employees.

I love this shop! The team was so kind and sweet with me. Amazing with customers. Really attentive and loved the vibe of the store. Wish I could have everything in there ❤️❤️❤️

You wanna know why this place is called still here? Cause 20 min later I'm “still here” waiting in line to get into the store due to a ridiculous 6 person limit. Once inside it took another 30 min to just get a fitting room cause of how disorganized the operation is. The quality of the jeans are great, it's just unfortunate how poorly the store is run and the ridiculous capacity limit they enforce to create the illusion of demand. Also agree with other comments, staff could be a bit more friendly and considerate.

I was going to buy a pair of overalls, but after my customer experience, I decided I’d rather order online or take my business somewhere else. The staff were unprofessional. They never acknowledged me and talked amongst themselves about their weekend plans and gossip. They didn’t bother asking me if I needed help or had any questions.

Came here on a visit to NYC and will absolutely be back!! Left with my new favorite pair of jeans and a recommendation on where to grab a matcha nearby :) Great jeans and sweet people!
