This place is good for coffee enthusiasts. It's a kind of experience, not a cafe. Although the chocolate cookie and Friis-Holm chocolates were perfect, the coffee was too strong for me. Maybe the tables zone could improve to be more cozy. The service was quick, nice, and well presented.

Coffee was v good to my taste. Staff incredibly aloof, blunt, rude. Coffee quality is not worth the BS. We regularly drink very good coffee in places that manage to take the coffee seriously without taking themselves so seriously as these guys

Stillers Coffee feels more like a coffee lab than a typical café, with a very limited selection of food and milk-based drinks. It's perfect for coffee connoisseurs who appreciate the craft, though it lacks a cozy vibe. The ice coffee is also tiny for the price. An interesting experience, but not for everyone.

Coffee Oasis in a backyard of Aarhus. I had an iced coffee with a hint of blueberries, which was velvety soft. Tasted more like chocolate, what I really love. Also fell in love with their ceramics. Don’t miss that experience!

Google
Probably the best coffee you’ll ever have. First, to set expectations. This is not a cafe, it’s a coffee lab. Pastries are not served, there is no decaf, you will not be asked if you’d like room for milk. Stiller’s Coffee is a coffee connoisseur’s dream, with the most perfectly extracted espresso you can have, a pour over that tastes like liquid gold, and beans roasted daily. You can meet Stiller himself to ask questions, or dive into the more than 30 varieties of coffee roasted here. In short, go if you have a deep respect for coffee. Go if you want to try the best coffee can be. Don’t expect a Starbucks.

This is really a coffee lab! The iced coffee was fantastic, with homemade sirup. Nice cozy patio and industrial-style interior. We will definitely come back every tome we are in Aarhus! No food, they focus solely on the coffee. 👌

From other guests we received the suggestion of taking the iced coffee. As a habitual sugared coffee drinker this turned out to be a wonderful treat. With a dash of blueberry cold coffee became an experience.

Yelp
hmmmm. real good coffee! you feel like in a butchers corner but what you get is just great Now in 2019 it is worth every kilometer we travelled from Holland. so nice coffee!!

Yelp
Truly a centre of excellence. The owner/barista a perfectionist with an expansive knowledge of the entire process from the bean to the cup. If I lived in Aarhus, I'd be there everyday. Each cup is lovingly and painstakingly prepared and if you sit and watch how he works, you could learn so much. While I waited for my double espresso, I was amazed by how much care he put into the preparation of someone else's filter coffee. There's an interesting video about him on Vimeo, it's well worth watching! Highly and completely recommended as a destination cafe in Denmark!

Yelp
I arrived in Århus all the way from Phoenix AZ and I found Great Coffee. The worst part is that all the coffee in Phoenix will now taste like crap to me, compared to Great Coffee. Because this place is that great. It's going to cost me a ton in plane tickets. I'll be back.

Yelp
Very good coffee - among the best that I have had, and the people there are super friendly. Plus, their products (coffee and chocolate) come from small farms and are ethically sourced.

Yelp
The folks here take their coffee really seriously - and it shows! Definitely stop by.

Yelp
I had a cappuccino other day, it was ok but slightly cold. I will try again but my impression that it is more fancy than good.

Yelp
best coffee I've had in Europe. offer all the brewing methods. clearly do a lot of research and aim to offer the very best. one of the few times where the name of the business is perfectly appropriate. nice calm atmosphere and pleasant service as well.
