What a horrible shipping experience! I ordered a dining table which is a floor model because I need it immediately. They said it is ready to ship and I could get it right away. But it takes two weeks for delivery. The worst thing is it is left in front of my home without any installation and any call. I didn't expect such service in an upscale store.
