Just returned after a week with my family, second visit after the last year.|This resort is incredible, a real 5*S, I’m doubtful there is something better in the world as mountain resort for families.|The wellness and pool areas are huge, there are so many different options that it seems that the hotel is always empty also when it is full.|Very good restaurant with wide choice of drinks and food also at breakfast and lunch.|During the day there are many activities, always perfectly organized.|State of the art rooms and facilities.|The Bergfest on Wednesdays is highly recommended, shame this year there wasn’t the Gala Dinner on Thursday.|Constant presence of the owners’ family, this makes the difference.|Pure luxury in a relaxed atmosphere.|Reasonably priced for what they offer.|A great holiday is guaranteed if you stay here.

A Luxurious and Family-Friendly Getaway – Our Time at STOCK Resort As a family of four, we spent a memorable vacation at the STOCK Resort and were truly able to unwind and enjoy some quality time together. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was welcoming and relaxed. Elena at the front desk and Abdi at the bar deserve special recognition for their warmth and exceptional service. The majority of the staff were friendly, helpful, and made us feel well cared for throughout our stay. Our suite was spacious, beautifully appointed, and had a great mix of modern comfort and alpine character. While not every detail was perfect, we appreciated the overall feel and functionality of the space, especially as a family traveling with young children. Dining was a daily highlight. Most dishes were not only delicious but also thoughtfully presented. We especially loved the freshly prepared meats and vegetables, and the variety at breakfast and lunch. The Kitchen Party was a standout experience—creative, fun, and executed with flair. While there were occasional inconsistencies in presentation or seasoning, the passion behind the cuisine was always evident. The wine list offered an excellent variety, especially of Austrian wines. We particularly enjoyed discovering several Grüner Veltliners with great value. While the digital wine menu had some delays in loading, staff were happy to help us navigate it and make personal recommendations. The wellness and spa area was a real treat. Thoughtfully designed and impeccably maintained, it offered the perfect environment for relaxation. The massages were some of the best we’ve experienced, and the sauna infusions were a lovely touch. It was clear that a lot of thought had gone into creating a space that’s both luxurious and welcoming. A true highlight for us was the kids and teens program. Our older child was thrilled each day with the range of activities on offer—from adventure spaces to creative workshops. It was clear that the staff truly care about providing a meaningful and fun experience for children. For families with younger kids, we’d recommend checking in advance about childcare options, as group supervision starts at age three. All in all, our stay at STOCK Resort was filled with meaningful moments, warm hospitality, and genuine enjoyment. It’s a place that beautifully combines high-end amenities with a family-friendly spirit, and we’re already looking forward to returning.

We were there for a brief holiday break from London and had such a lovely time that I am already planning my trip next year.||The staff are friendly, the property is lovely and well managed, the fireplace is inviting and cozy and the ambiance is a well managed family hotel with lots of options and amenities. It is a big property so people are always around and coming and going. It only felt busy at the dinner rush but even then, it was civilised.||Food options were excellent with breakfast (love the fresh juicing bar in a room to keep it clean and quiet) and dinner being our meals. They had a nice variety of dinner options (including standard mains when you are just not in the mood for the option of the day) and the buffet was well stocked with a variety of meats, cheese, salads and seafood.||Our room was large and well maintained, with service being excellent with the towels and room cleaning. Pillows and blankets were comfortable, bed was firm and not floppy. Shower's water pressure was indulgent! ||Everyone on the property was friendly and helpful. The wellness area was also cavernous with alcoves and corners everywhere worth exploring. The relaxation room was a bit loud with the door and the constant comings and goings, but there was certainly enough room to rest and relax as you need. The panoramic sauna was lovely too - all we needed was a bit of snow to make it perfect outside.||Parking is easy and plentiful for the guests. Dogs are welcome and have their own watering area downstairs. Trail hikes and activities are plentiful in the area. And it is an easy drive from the valley too.||We are keen to come back and enjoy the feel of the hotel. It is 5* with all of the amenities, but it feels cozy and welcoming because of the warmth of the family and staff working there. We will be back, perhaps not during the high season as the prices can be a bit steep.

Words simply can not say enough about our experience at Stock resort! We have already booked for next year. Hands down, every single detail to make a half term enjoyable and relaxed with three boys, was made. Thank you Stock family for making our holiday the best one ever!

In our experience, best hotel for our kids (6 and 8) anywhere on earth (we stayed at everything from Four Seasons to Club Med). Also amazing for their parents!! Food, location, cleanliness, service and so, so much fun!! Our 7th visit and we’ll be back…

We had an absolutely unforgettable stay at the STOCK resort in December 2024. We booked the Bergwelt suite that had a beautiful view on Mayrhofen and the snowy mountains in the background. From the warm welcome of the staff to the hands-on care of the owners, everything was exceptional. They even surprised our daughter with a birthday cake and a song, adding a thoughtful touch to our trip. The fun themed nights, cozy and elegant ambiance, delicious food, and fantastic staff who spoke excellent English all contributed to a perfect stay. The resort’s excellent facilities for kids kept our daughter entertained, while the spa provided us with the perfect place to unwind. We left feeling refreshed, grateful, and already counting down the days until we return this December. Thank you for making our stay so special!

The Stock Resort is certainly among the best spa and resort hotels anywhere in the world. A stay here is a delightful experience from beginning to end. The hotel is well-staffed with people from all over Europe - they are unfailingly kind, welcoming and professional. Everyone gives you a friendly greeting - front staff, restaurant staff, even the driver of the van to the ski resort. Rooms are beautifully and comfortably furnished with the highest quality materials and construction - plenty of closets, perfect lighting, comfortable beds. The restaurant offers excellent variety and a weekly fun evening kitchen party where guests are invited into the kitchen with a range of dishes being prepared in front of you. The spa and "water-world" facilities are amazing. We had several massage treatments - all were excellent. There are also delightful relaxation rooms with comfortable lounge chairs and beautiful views. Members of the Stock family are present and their involvement, care and pride in their resort shines through. Access to the ski area couldn't be easier - it's less than a minute by van to the gondola up to fantastic and extensive skiing and it is always going back and forth between the hotel and the ski area. If there is one thing I would suggest - ask to make sure you know where everything is - there are so many facilities and experiences to discover!

Our absolute favorite winter Casper in the world! These is nothing like the "STOCK FEELING" our family has been coming here for over 5 years and we try to explore other places and there is none that come even close to Stock. The service, location, rooms, spa, food and let's not forget about the incredible kids entertainment for tiny and big and biggest children! We hate leaving and look forward to go back all year!
