So glad my friends and I decided to walk in and see what this establishment was. We're not from the area and so were surprised to try the nicest eclairs and hot chocolate, along with espressos that my friends tried. It's a grocery store and it also offers beverages and desserts. 10/10! They also have a restaurant upstairs called stock bar, which has a separate review. :)

The brunch is excellent, with tasty and fresh dishes. However, the coffee part could use some improvement. I ordered a flat white with oat milk, but it looked and tasted like a basic brewed coffee without much flavor. It might be worth investing in a quality coffee machine, better beans, and a trained barista to enhance the brunch experience.

Stock T.C. knows how to make a simple coffee break feel like a luxurious experience. I recently tried their pistachio croissant with a coffee, and it was nothing short of amazing. The croissant was perfectly flaky and buttery, with a rich pistachio filling that was just the right amount of sweet. Paired with a well-brewed coffee, it was the perfect start to my day. The atmosphere at Stock T.C. is warm and welcoming, making it an ideal spot for a quick bite or a leisurely morning. Highly recommend stopping by for a treat!

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at the rooftop patio . Their mushroom pizza was 10/10. Beautiful atmosphere with the perfect amount of shade. I found their Brussels sprouts very salty , but they took it off the bill and have amazing customer service.

For those looking for great food, a good grocery store, a good bakery, a good butcher and a great structure, Stock is certainly the right place! Here you can find everything: preserves, jellies, sausages, cheeses, spices, fresh meats, fresh foods, wonderful desserts and incredible service. The building itself already has a special charm, and the inside is even more incredible! It has a conventional pedestrian entrance and an accessible entrance for wheelchair users, it has elevators to the bar floor and tables with space for wheelchairs and walkers! The area between the warehouse shelves is narrower, so you need to be a little careful when passing through! It is close to the Egliton metro, as well as close to private parking lots, bus stops and several shops. For those who love grocery stores like me, this is definitely a perfect place.

Lovely patio, the Sunday brunch menu was pretty good. I got the steaks and eggs and a side of assorted mushrooms. The steak were good but the portion was small. Overall nice brunch place will come back and try more items.

I bought olives, bread, and some other food here. I also bought anchovies. They also sell tableware, so it's fun to look around. Packaged food was generally fresh.

Everyone takes pictures of the food here. So I decided to come here for my birthday in 2022. We got steak, the cornish hen, and pastas. They were absolutely not worth it. The food was expensive but the food was so overrated. My family was disappointed we had spent so much on pretty food that was just literally nothing special. Save your money, go elsewhere! I was so upset that I let people Instagram influence me lol

Yelp
A great place with amazing customer service and the most delicious food. We had a wonderful evening.

Yelp
RACISM. RACIAL PROFILING. DISCRIMINATION. I have no names but the date, time and descriptions are more than enough for any mildly interested parties to look into this. I have shopped at this store for years ever since it opened, ever since it was converted from Canada Post to Stock TC (See my review under their Stock Bar page before they made this specific page for the grocery store). I never had a problem until April 11, 2024 @ 4:14-4:28pmish. I had an appointment in the area so I decided to visit the store in person as I have been mostly ordering online for the last year. After my purchase, I decided to look around in case there was something else I wanted to buy, a new offering perhaps. I went down to where the packaged foods and pies were. This empty-handed, old, skinny, blond woman rushed out from behind the counter and planted herself by me like an oak tree. Just watching. I was baffled. I never had this experience before. I kept looking around and she kept following me. She got temporarily distracted by another staff talking to her. I pretended not to notice all this but decided to test my suspicion by going back up the stairs to a totally different area. SHE FOLLOWED ME! And stopped right beside me! So I jokingly said, "It's like you're following me around." And she said, "No! Things are being moved around so I'm just going there." What?!! I saw no poltergeist activity and how was all the "moving around" mysteriously happening exactly where I was, where NOTHING was being moved?!! She, once again, rooted herself right there so after a while, I said to her, "I'm ok. I don't need any help, thank you." She then finally left me alone and disappeared... perhaps to an area where she could covertly continue watching me. I went to the nice young lady at the dessert counter and requested the manager so she went and got her. The manager was a short, not skinny, middle aged, brunette lady. I told her, "I was just profiled by your staff. She was following me around the store." She immediately started gaslighting me saying, "No, she was just doing her job" as if I cannot tell the difference between someone FOLLOWING ME, stopping where I stop and someone just going about their business... unless by "doing her job" she was saying she was hired to racially profile/discriminate?!! I repeated that she was following me, specifically. She said something along the lines of, "I don't know of any reason or suspicious activity to have you followed." Ummm, what?!!!! So, the RACIST staff must have good reason?! I must have done something suspicious like literally existing in beautiful, sun loved, dark skin?!!! WTAF?!! I don't know if she caught herself in that moment but she added, "I'm sorry IF you feel that way." That's all I got from this woman. Zero interest. She was more uncomfortable with me coming to her than she was with me EXPERIENCING this in her store!!! The old woman came back out from hiding so I pointed her out to her and again, no interest just more, "I'm sorry IF you feel" comments. I had to spell out to her, "I feel this should be looked into. You have cameras. You can see for yourself." She said, "Sure. I'm sorry IF you feel that's what happened" and walked away while I was finally responding with "I don't feel that way. She WAS following me around." I'm not sure which I'm more disgusted by - the racist staff who thinks darker skinned humans shouldn't shop there without being followed or the (possibly racist)/racism enabling, victim blaming, gaslighting manager who just wanted me out of her hair and was more annoyed with me bringing a discriminatory experience to her attention than me experiencing said discrimination in a store she manages. WOW! NOTE: I already reported the incident in person so I see no reason to email them. Plus, after my experience with the dismissive manager, I don't trust that they won't just dismiss/delete the email... or gaslight me some more. They can investigate based on the reviews here, if they care. Mine is intentionally detailed for this reason. For anyone else who experiences something similar and gets gaslit, you're not alone and it really did happen to you.

Yelp
Location/Service This place is right along Yonge St, a little north of Eglinton. Street parking and Green P is available around the block - very approachable with public transit. This place is much bigger than I thought - multi stories with each floor having its own theme. I spent most of my time on the ground floor which had the grocery and food/drinks available. A lot of staff working in the store - overall pretty friendly and approachable when asking about products or food. Food Came by and wanted to grab something quick to eat. I like the layout of all the food options available - whether you want an actual entree or build your own box. Since it is an Italian market, love the variety of pizza, subs and pasta options. I ended up ordering a meatball burger. It was very juicy and flavorful - love how it just melts in your mouth as you chew. The bun was also brioche style - buttery and very complimentary to the meat. I also like there's a small area around to sit and lounge. There's a small coffee shop as well - perfect to wind down and catch up.

Yelp
The steak and frites were not the best. The cut of meat makes it very tough to bite even with medium rare. The fries have a flavourful seasoning but the sauce doesn't have much taste. The tiramisu was nice and light as a dessert. The service is always good and the inside has a nice vibe.

Yelp
It's similar to Eataly. Great Italian selections. Has a tasty rotisserie family meal.

Yelp
Been wanting to come here since December of 2021 - the pandemic was on and off at this point but Stock TC had their reservations for Christmas available during this time. I believe it was a couple days before, they had cancelled our reservation. We tried booking again for Christmas of 2022, we got a spot but they changed the time of our reservation significantly (from dinner to lunch). Good thing we didn't have any solid plans in place because thats a huge change in meal times. On to the food... if the food had been amazing, all this hard work to eat here would have been worth it. Honestly, I've had better meals in my day. The only thing that stood out to me was the crispy mushroom salad - that was real special. Everything else was pretty mid, the pasta was nice, the meat for the steak frites was tough in my opinion, and the pizza was nothing special (the burrata wasn't even creamy on the inside). The service was nice and the interior is elegant, but honestly pretty expensive for not so special food. Especially for all the trouble we went through, I probably won't be back for a meal. I'd go back t check out their grocery store though, seems like they have a nice selection of items.

Yelp
Stock TC has always been my preferred grocer due to its convenient location just steps away from my place. However, my recent visit has prompted me to share my experience. During today's visit, I encountered a situation that compelled me to write this review. As I was about to check out, I noticed that the beer cooler was surprisingly empty, and the specific brand I usually purchase was nowhere to be seen. The cashier, who was stationed near the checkout, kindly offered to check in the back for me, acknowledging that sometimes items run low towards the end of the day. However, the manager, Margaret, who was closing the adjacent register for the day, intervened abruptly, stating that there was nothing in the back and preventing the employee from accessing the storage refrigerator. Despite Margaret's assertion, I insisted on having the employee check, and to my relief, he returned promptly with the exact item I was looking for. Throughout this exchange, Margaret avoided making eye contact and failed to offer any apology for the inconvenience caused. It was a disappointing display of customer service. Furthermore, as I waited, I couldn't help but notice Margaret's behavior towards another employee, an individual of Indian descent wearing a turban. Her demeanor towards him was undeniably rude and unwarranted. In the past, I worked at Fortinos as a manager, where customer service was our top priority. Margaret, as the front-end manager, would have no idea what's in the back; it is the stocking manager's job. Stock TC, it's imperative that you address issues like this promptly. Customer service starts at the top, and when managers like Margaret fail to meet basic standards of professionalism and respect, it reflects poorly on the entire establishment. DO BETTER MARGARET, and Stock TC, take heed and ensure that your managers exemplify the values of your company.

Yelp
Food - always delicious and nicely seasoned. The bread puffs with prosciutto are a delight and the Stock Rocher at the end of the meal is a must. Service - friendly and knowledgeable Ambiance - great decor. Sit upstairs if you can. It's less cramped. The first floor has you very close to your neighbours.

Yelp
I've been here a couple of times to try out different things. I felt that the overall price is a bit higher while the food is not that good. I've tried fresh handmade spaghetti but it was not that fresh. Also tried instant food like curry, pricey compared with others italian supermarket but not so impressive.
