In the middle of Stockholm. Yummy food. Got the traditional meatballs, mashed potatoes and a very yummy berry sauce. The dessert was so good. I think it was the strawberry shortcake. It was the best! The waitress was very helpful with the options. I stayed at a hotel closeby so this place was very accessible with a beautiful atmosphere

We had a business lunch. Reservation was made a week ahead. One of us was vegetarian and we barely found one dish in the menu that was vegetarian and even that we had doubts about as the name of the sauce would suggest that it could be made from fish. There was no separate section called “vegetarian”. Food was tasting fine. At the end we ordered coffee. The waiter came with a bottle of milk not even explaining what kind of milk it was, not giving a chance to ask as the person was in a rush. While pouring the coffee she spilled the coffee to the table and left without cleaning. My colleague was about to touch the spilled coffee with his arm (suit) and I managed to dry the table with the napkin. One of us was lactose intolerant and when we asked for lactose free milk it took eternity to bring it and by the time the milk arrived coffee was finished as we don’t drink it cold. The face expression of the waiter was as if we owned money to her and it was overdue for several years :) feeling uncomfortable every time we needed to talk to her. So I am not considering coming back here. Bye bye.

Had the Surf 'n turf with veal entrecote and baked lobster, it came with grilled veggies and fries. It was not possible to order the meat medium-rare as it was put on the grill pre-cooked hence could not be served in any less cooked state than medium. Veggies and lobster meat (diced up into small pieces/mush and served in half a lobster shell) were tasty but very salty. Fries were the 'frozen industry-made' kind, no skin on and also very salty. The baked chocolate desert was a delight! Wine pairing was yummy. Cocktails ordered ahead of the meal were very refreshing but arrived almost at the same time as the food and wine, hence not timed well. All in all a nice but not spectacular meal.

Excellent Dinner at Stockholm Fisk My wife and I had a fantastic dinner last night at Stockholm Fisk. We arrived around 5:45 PM without a reservation, but the staff kindly accommodated us with a lovely window table for two. We always joke about how "pretty people" get the window seats to attract customers, so we had a good laugh! Our waitress let us know the table was ours until 7:45 PM, which was perfectly fine for us. We started with two cocktails that were as delicious as they were beautifully presented. The RHUBARB (Pink Gin, Rhubarb, Lemon, Rhubarb Syrup, Egg White) was a delightful and refreshing choice. I opted for the SPICED HONEY (Ginger Vodka, Grand Marnier, Drambuie, Honey, Lemon), which was wonderfully flavorful and unique. For our main courses, my wife chose the CURLED SALMON (305 SEK), served with dill-stewed potatoes and lemon. She absolutely loved the cured salmon, finding it perfectly complemented by the creamy potatoes and bright lemon. I went with the classic VEAL MEAT BALLS (225 SEK), which came with lingonberries, pickled cucumber, cream sauce, and potato purée. These Swedish meatballs were incredibly satisfying and flavorful. Both of our dishes were not only beautifully presented but also tasted incredible. We were thoroughly pleased with our entire experience and would highly recommend Stockholm Fisk to anyone looking for a wonderful meal in Stockholm.

The atmosphere of the place was fancy and lovely. People working there were busy but nice. However, the meal…honestly, the pickled onion (probably) in the bisque soup was disturbing the taste. The mushroom risotto had too strong flavor and hard to finish. Personally, I felt that the overall experience here did not deserve the price.

Fantastic restaurant with great food. You can find traditional Swedish dishes and others on the menu. Herring is a must try accompanied by snaps. I was told by Swedish colleagues dining with us. Atmosphere is great, staff is very friendly. Highly recommended!
