"White Arkitekter completed this project in 2011. It belongs to the Rezidor Hotel Group, holds 3,000 guests and encompasses offices and a hotel tower. Encased by 21km of stainless-steel bars (giving it the nickname Mälarkronan, or “the Crown of Lake Mäkaren”), it’s one of the world’s most energy-efficient buildings: its glass façade comprises more than 1,000 sq m of solar collectors and the building is cooled with water from the lake. Nice conference centre with many conference halls. Well planed and can accommodate more than 500 people in the largest one. Clean washrooms and good service.

Nice venue to have a business meeting. There is a terrace on 2nd floor with nice view and some tables and chairs to have a snack.

Really good rooms, been here many times for work. People at the reception is always nice and smiling. The hotel restaurant have relatively few guests, never the less the kitchen and staff never seem to have time for me.

Excellent place for conferences and events.Central location, nice view to the water , is is spacious and can host both big events, stands, and separw conversations.It has all the needed amenities.My impression is based on the one day conference I attended.

It's a nice venue but awfully lots of stairs and very unsuitable for someone with walking issues. You have to find security to help to be able to navigate the venue if you have a disability.

ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS! I had front row "VIP" tickets to the Star Wars show today and was turned around saying I couldn't take in my tiny purse. There was NO mention of this on the tickets, no email, no SMS. I tried to explain I carry my purse due to the medications I take, due to having cancer, I even showed them that at the doors but they didn't care. Had to run around like a crazy person trying to find a locker in the central station. Meanwhile, I get into the place and they have A COATCHECK...I could have easily have stored my bag there! VIP my a... They treat you like garbage. I was so looking forward to this show, thank you for putting a damper on the whole experience. Such a shame for a great orchestra to have to perform here.

I booked a room at this hotel last week. The money was charged to my credit card and I never received a confirmation. I called the hotline 3 times and nobody felt responsible. I wrote an email to the hotel - no reply. I wrote an email to customer services - no reply. Guys, that's not true, is it? What should be the next step? Report the fraud to the police? I am a VIP member at the Radisson group and I am deeply shocked by this enormous incompetence.

Visited for the Sigur Ròs concert. Centrally located, steps away from the Central Station. Concert hall was grand and the sound systems did justice to the show.
