Stoke Beach House, Manly

My husband and I loved our staying. The team was so helpful (Pedro, Will and Maria), end everyone else here. My husband doesn’t like staying in hostel but at Stoke House he liked here. We had a beautiful room just for ourselves, the place is been cleaned very often, the staff are super friendly. It was so nice to have yummy breakfast with fresh bread and products in the morning, meet new people and have Ana affordable time in Manly. Thank you guys!!! You’re the best!

Good hostel for long term stays - I wouldn’t stay here again for a short term stay as the majority of the hostel is taken up with the LT crew so the activities organised each night are really just a social outlet for those guests rather than for everyone to attend. I had booked a hostel over a hotel mainly for these types of activities so I’d book a hotel in the future given most of these nights either fell through or just seemed to be private events for LT guests and given hotels would be about the same price with less noise and a private bathroom. Decent breakfasts. Good size private rooms but a bit cold during the winter. Cinema room was great. Yoga classes were good. Bathrooms fairly clean. Great location in Manly.

I’ve been traveling and staying in hostels for over 2 years now, and I can confidently say this is by far the best one I’ve ever stayed in! Amazing staff, friendly vibes, super clean, and my personal favorite: the free breakfast!! Absolutely worth it! Also, big bonus for the great location and the free surfboard and wetsuit rentals

One of the bests hostels I’ve stayed in so far. Very clean, huge kitchen with everything you need, nice common areas, the Inkluded breakfast is amazing and the location is perfect, close to the beach, cafes, shopping and everything. Would definitely stay here again when visiting manly!

Fantastic location near the beach. Amenities like toilets are inconvenient because you have to go separate floors to access it. Rooms are quite messy and no air conditioning. Will be too hot in summer. I checked out on the morning of Friday 19th. I met a breakfast nazi who wouldn’t allow me to take some bread or pastries because it was not yet 8 am. I told her I had to catch the ferry but she was so sulky. Not flexible nor compassionate. Could be better

Not a good place to stay if you like to sleep. Noise from late afternoon until ~4am. They close the main room at 11pm but then people hang out in the corridors right outside your room talking loudly. This persisted all 3 nights of our stay. Very sad about this. Otherwise nice room and good location.

Great hostel, great vibes, Sam’s the man. Give him a raise. Buckets of fun and so kind. So caring. He makes this place feel like home. Could any woman ask for more ? :)

Comfortable and clean hostel located in the heart of Manly! Guest service is out of this world, the beds are super comfortable, the kitchen is spacious and clean. Honourable mention to the movie room which is just so comfortable!
