Very disappointing experience.
I came in and only ordered one pasta, priced at $28.
When it was time to pay, one of the staff members gave me a bill for $55, which included items we never ordered, such as a cappuccino and other drinks.
After I pointed this out, he called over someone who seemed to be a manager. However, the second bill was still incorrect, this time $50, and it included an ice cream that we also did not order.
Within the span of one minute, I was given two completely wrong bills. When I questioned how this could happen twice in a row, the response was impatient, and I was told it was just a “machine problem,” with no proper apology or explanation.
Billing accuracy is a very basic expectation in any restaurant. Repeated mistakes and dismissive attitude made this experience extremely unpleasant. I hope the management takes this seriously.
