We had some standout dishes. The chicken liver brûlée was sensational, a real treat for the tastebuds. We were close to ordering a second serving. I was glad I had the 250g wagyu sirloin with the 9+ marble score. As expected, the meat was juicy and tender, everything just melts in your mouth. Ingredients this good doesn’t need much garnishing. The oysters were alright and a little overpriced $58/dozen. The ice underneath looked like it’s been out for quite some time. I enjoyed the view of the river but the decor and furniture is looking quite dated. I hope they give it a fresh look soon.
