StolenTime Saint Lucia

We just got back from our honeymoon at Stolentime. It was such an amazing experience from start to finish. The resort is located in the north of the island but is very accessible by ferry or taxi, either of which the resort can help coordinate. The staff, views, grounds, and food were all amazing. Snack time and tea time were our favorites and a great touch! Would highly recommend the piton nature trail excursion and we had a lovely couples massage. Rooms were cleaned and flipped everyday and fresh nespresso coffee provided. Stayed in the verandah with garden and partial ocean view which was beautiful. Plenty of things to do and if you are on the beach in the morning you may get offered some delicious juice or even a coconut as they come around to offer drinks etc. A very very special shout out to bartenders and event staff Casey, Charma, & Alyssia for taking such good care of us and teaching us so much about the island. A few tips- We didn’t realize we would need adapters for the outlets and were provided some by the front desk, who was always accessible and ready to answer questions if you call or pop by. Make dinner reservations when you first arrive because the times fill up quick! Also helps to be flexible as entertainment and excursion plans can change with things like weather/transportation availability etc. Thank you for an amazing week stolentime!!!

Anybody who says this resort is short of perfect is lying to you. The location is right on the beach and the rooms, although yes have a dated decor Were perfect. Exactly what we were expecting from an island getaway. The food was fantastic and every night there was something different. Highly recommend the fresh island lobster. My wife and I came here for a honeymoon and we’re already planning our trip back. And last, but not least I can’t stop talking about the staff. They go above and beyond to make sure that your experience is more than perfect and you feel it every single day that you’re there. Thank you for everything. We will definitely be back and soon!

Christmas at StolenTime St Lucia was one of the best decisions we have made. This resort is one of the most laid-back adults-only resorts that we have been to (compared to Secrets Cancun and Secrets Dominican) the audience was a bit older and the vibe was more relaxed. We feel refreshed and relaxed returning home. Casey and Tam were our favorite bartender duos, Avril's massages were out of this world, and I can't begin to describe how good the food was - the chefs outdid themselves. From small details like beetroot butter, to all of the amazing sauces paired with our meals. My palate was always surprised and satisfied. I was also pleasantly surprised with all of the class options. You can take a more mellow speed walking group tour to the lighthouse on the hill, or learn how to water-ski, and everything in between. I don't know how they do it, but this resort also avoids the general 5am seat-savers which is a big annoyance of mine with other resorts. Whether we went out at 8am or 10am, there were always seats available, by the ocean or the pool. If we are being picky, my only critique was that the beach side attendants were stretched pretty thin so our service wasn't as frequent as I would have liked. They were working hard, it would have been ideal if there were a few more attendants available for drink requests.

We visited whilst on a cruise stop off in St Lucia. We got married here almost 27 years ago and wanted to have photos where we were married. Vanessa was really helpful, and we paid for breakfast, swam in the sea and had photos around the hotel. So friendly and accommodating, and Vanessa toik a few pictures for us. A wonderful morning and visit for us.

Fantastic resort, beautiful setting on the beach amongst lush gardens which were constantly being maintained. Amazing food in all restaurants. We especially liked the Malbar restaurant with the "Toes in the sand" experience. Plenty of activities if you want to fill your day or if not relax around the pool and beautiful beach. We stayed in a poolside room with private terrace which was amazing - a truely unforgettable stay at this superior resort.

I really wanted to love StolenTime, but the experience didn’t match the peaceful, luxury escape the resort markets itself to be. The biggest disappointment was how difficult it was to actually relax. The beach is public, and on several days it felt more like a busy local shoreline than a private resort. When cruise ships were in port, the area became crowded and loud, which completely broke the tranquil atmosphere we were hoping for. The location also isn’t as serene as the photos suggest. The resort sits close to the local airport, and the regular sound of planes overhead was surprisingly intrusive. It’s hard to enjoy a “wellness retreat” vibe when you’re constantly reminded you’re basically next to a runway. Food was another letdown. Some meals were good, but overall it was very hit-or-miss, especially for an all-inclusive at this price point. The menu felt limited after a few days, and a few dishes were honestly below average. We expected more variety and better quality given how highly the resort promotes its dining experience. Our room had its own issues as well. We dealt with mosquitoes inside despite keeping doors closed, and the bathroom drain was slow to the point of being unpleasant. Nothing catastrophic, but enough small frustrations to make the stay feel more “tired resort” than upscale getaway. The staff were friendly and clearly tried their best, but the overall experience didn’t justify the cost. Between the public beach crowds, airport noise, inconsistent food, and maintenance issues, StolenTime didn’t deliver the relaxing, intimate escape it promises. I wouldn’t return, especially with so many better options in Saint Lucia.

Booked thru Costco so we had airport transfer through Solar included. Both ways we were in a newer 9 passenger van- they provided water and drive was better than expected (65 minutes) not as bad as Montego Bay to Negril in Jamaica, where we usually go.no lobby/front desk at this resort- concierge folks come up and meet you- very personalized. The staff at This place is beyond great from start to finish. Activities team, water sports team, concierge, housekeeping, security, food and beverage, bartenders, and groundskeeping- I literally can not say enough about how excellent each person is at their job. Pristinely kept grounds, rooms, and common areas. Beach, chairs, umbrellas and gazebos are all cared for multiple times a day. Towel service and chair availability are perfect. The security staff gets to know “their guests” and keeps an eye out for everyone while still being kind and helpful and amazing to all visitors on this public beach where there were many visitors during the holiday season- which was fine and lovely. Horses from stable a few feet outside the gates go by often ($ to ride) are beautiful and well loved/ cared for. The yoga, tai chi, exercise classes were so good and plentiful- instructors were very attentive and hands on with permission to correct which I appreciate. Scuba instructor was a patient saint, staff was top notch, and water sports staff and equipment in general were better than anywhere else I have been.Walk to lighthouse(5k round trip) was great and offered nice view and good workout. Beverages were so good, including non alcoholic mixed drinks and we noticed many people enjoying them and Heineken zero-Healthy options, local juices, etc were great. I loved going to champagne hour every night and sitting on the swing under the big tree enjoying a glass- the piano player is also great if you stay in the gorgeous champagne bar but I don’t like air conditioning so we did not stay in too long. Food at each of 3 restaurants was quite good and varied over our 8 night stay. I had the daily catch most days and one day it was good, every other day it was exceptional. The resort is small with 100 rooms but so charming- our beachfront veranda room was perfect- we hung out on the veranda in the double chair and large hammock a lot-literally steps from the beach and room key card worked on the veranda door and the front” door- convenient.. Amazing sunset views from veranda. |During the day there is beach beverage service on this beach where we received water, juice, fruit skewers, popsicles, and drink service from the top notch staff(Shanaya and Anna) quiet/spa poolside later in the day and near lazy river also had attentive beverage service(Tandisha)Percy with security literally knew everything that was going on on the beach- amazing sweet security staff all around. We mostly worked with Denzil, Miquel, Karen (amazing activities folks!) and Lincoln and Romerus and everyone on the scuba boat and water sports- just so great careful and patient. The concierge had to handle a lot while we were there due to some air traffic shutdowns but they were unbelievable and calm and so professional and kind to everyone. Vanessa and Joelle took care of us so well. Oh and when it comes to massage- wow. Next level- I was blown away by the deep tissue therapy I received from Leona. We will 100% return to this resort. Because of the staff and the gorgeous pristine place. Love everything about it, and can’t wait to return to experience even more!( apologies for any staff names mis-spelled)

This is the best all-inclusive I've ever been to, absolutely gorgeous and the staff are all friendly and helpful. The grounds are quiet and gorgeous, with a beautiful beach with almost no one on it. More than one of the guests that we've met are return customers because the place is just incredible.
