Stone House Farm does an exceptional job at what they do. Their staff always answers the phone and is willing to help with questions about the website, ordering, and make adjustments to your specific needs. Stone House is very accommodating with assisting their customers pick up grain at convenient times as well help in an emergency when you need feed in a tight spot. They make excellent hay and baleage and will deliver it to you at a time you're ready to receive it. Everyone there is very nice to work with, responds quickly, and is welcoming to others who want to visit the farm. 10/10 I recommend Stone House Farm for your organic feed needs and general reliability.

Great products and quality service. The staff are easily reached by email or phone and quick to help. They have helped us formulate a custom feed for our dairy and recommended a dewormer for our pigs. I’m proud to have such a great farm in our area that provides the quality feed we need at Churchtown Dairy.

I unloaded there Tuesday july 16 2024 The guys there unloaded me promptly. Even though the product was suppose be on an end dump trailer!!!!!! I brought product in on a hopper..... They start receiving trucks at 8am not 10am !!!!!! Cool guys both the unloader and the dump trucker driver!!!!!

I will never do business here again. It's a place run by cheap hillbillies. But, they act like they're the best professionals in the business. Customer service is completely rude on the phone, they give you product on broken pallets, they stoved my tailgate in with the fork lift than denied it. But, hey!! They mow the grass where they park the tractor!!! YEEHHAAWWW!!!

Started going to Stonehouse after LTF closed. Took a little time getting used to system of ordering and pickup but staff have always been very helpful! So glad we found them! Am recommending to anyone needing organic feed.

Excellent high quality source of feed. Really nice and professional people/staff. Very straightforward order and pick-up process. Our chickens are doing excellently. Will keep buying.

Super disappointing, I placed an order with a few friends and was given one price when I ordered and my invoice showed that price and then when I was billed the cost was almost $5 more a bag for feed! When calling customer service I was told it was a system error and they wouldn’t honor the price their system set, so here I am having to pay for their systems mistake! I wouldn’t recommend ordering here.

Excellent feed poor service ... I Have placed 3 orders now since lightning tree has closed and the feed is great ... the service is where the issue is ... I have asked to have my orders ready for pick as it says to do ... they will not pallet orders under 20 bags so I try to keep my orders that size ... my last order there was a bag marked calf feed and I saw it after feeding my flock for the evening... so I dumped it out and filled with another bag ... when I called to let them know it was late and I left a message .. they returned my call the next morning ... i was told they sometimes re use tags and didn't tell me this ever on any of my orders ... so iasked to be reimbursed for the bag of feed and was told its not their fault I dumped it out and was hung up on ....I'm not a large farm but spend on average 4 k to 5k a year on feed ... they will not see another cent from us until the feed is replaced.... if we knew the tags were reused [ and they never made us aware of this ] we would not have wasted the feed .... the woman at the feed store is rude and should not be dealing with customers....
