What a disappointing experience! I recently opening a small restaurant and was excited to be able to carry Stoneboat. Admittingly the wine is lovely, but the Okanagan has wonderful wines and after the service I got from Stoneboat and Graham, their head of sales, I will be taking them off my menu. I order 2 cases of wine on September 10th by email, a week later when I was expecting the delivery and still did not receive the wine I reached out to Graham, he said he would track it down by September 22 he said he figured out what was wrong it was the shippers fault. Again my wine did not arrive, by October 2nd I reached out to the winery directly and spoke with Patricia who said she would look into it... still no wine. I had to call and email Graham again I told him to cancel my order, my frustration was beyond at this point. Graham sent me an email on October 6 saying the wine was delivered on October 2nd. I asked him for signed proof he did not respond and I did not again hear from him at all, four days later the wine...which I canceled, by the way...arrived. I returned it, they arranged for someone to pick it up and charged my credit card anyway. Does this sound like a company that wants my business. Its hard enough opening a small business but when the people you deal with let you down like this,.. I just wanted to warn other small business owners of the treatment I received from Stoneboat. Support them at your own peril
