Pairing wine with Asian cuisine, according to Master of Wine Jeannie Cho Lee - SilverKris

"A Mornington Peninsula Pinot Noir noted for its refreshing, versatile personality and light-to-medium body, making it a flexible red choice that can adapt across the wide range of flavours, condiments, and textures typical of Cantonese, Korean, and Japanese meals." - SilverKris

Amazing staff, and great wines. The staff were really fun and informative, giving lots of advice and detail about the different grapes and wines grown there and close by. Really happy to answer questions and share their knowledge. The wines were delicious and we bought a couple of bottles. Additionally, incredibly helpful and honest staff, who after I lost an item there, not realizing until much later, they'd already put it away safely and kept it for me.

Had a wonderful time visiting with friends from Korea. The staff were incredibly friendly, and a special thanks to Simone for the warm explanations and for taking beautiful photos for us. It was my first wine tasting experience, and I loved tasting a delicious Pinot Noir — it definitely sparked my interest in wine.

Great Experience at Stonier Winery We had such a great time at Stonier Winery. The staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home. Our sommelier, Mon, was amazing – fun, engaging, and super knowledgeable. After the tasting, we put together our own cheese board and enjoyed it with a glass of wine while taking in the stunning views. Beautiful place, great wine, and such a relaxed vibe.

My favourite stop on the Mornington getaway. Loved the relaxed design of the cellar door. I sat by the fire in a comfy sofa as I worked through the tasting. The staff member pouring was a pleasure to chat to and made the geology in the glass come alive. Their 2024 Reserve Single Vineyard Pinot was exceptional. Well worth the visit.

My go to winery in Victoria, period. Whilst the wines are exceptional, the service is what always stands out. We called in on a Tuesday when the cellar door is closed to public, and were accommodated by Paula, who was already exceptionally busy catering to a wine trade event at the cellar door. Despite that, they gave us a full 2024 vintage tasting and didn’t rush us in any way. In an industry where most labels want to shoo you away, the service here stands out just like their wines do.

This was my favourite winery of the trip. The service was fantastic and friendly. Lots of passion about the venue and wines was shared. The wines are organic, and each of them delicious. The Windmill Pinot Noir was outstanding. Venue and grounds are beautiful.

If you love picnics or have kids that want to have fun running around then this is your place! A different winery concept located few miles from Dromana, it’s around a 50 minute drive from bayside. You either bring in your own picnic 🧺 or could build your own Charcuterie board from their wide selection of cheeses, deli’s crackers, nuts etc…. They offer great quality of local produce from around Australia n their items are very decently priced. They’re specialised in bubbly & white wines but do have a range of red Shiraz. Celina & Simon are so knowledgable about their wine & will give you a short informative session about each wine if you go for a wine tasting session. I would highly recommend this place as the staff are so friendly, the place is so calming & the snack selection was perfect!! We are definitely going back
