Stop Panzio

Panzio located at center of this beautiful city, one block from the main street. Walking street is with several great restaurants, bakeries, shops. ||||Staff is very friendly, family owned and operated. 24 hours access to the property. Our room was clean, small, but it had everything what we needed. The bed was very comfortable. Our room (#5) had a small balcony; we opened the door and had fresh air coming in in the morning. There were extra blankets if needed. We had a small fridge in the room which came handy. Some people had breakfast in the dining room; we went out to different places in the neighborhood to eat.||||We recommend this place to everyone who want safe and clean place in good location. We would stay there next time again, price was very reasonable. Originally we reserved for one night, but decided to stay for six. Thank you.

The location of the Stop Panzio is right in the downtown of Debrecen yet in a very quiet place. Walking distance from all needed spots in the center. Many smalls shops and cafes around.||Our room had a big balcony with a table and chairs so we enjoyed tea there.||The room wasn't big but absolutely enough for two people. The bathroom, the room, the balcony were very clean. The receptionist is very polite and friendly. We didn't need breakfast so I don't know about their food but all the rest is perfect for a traveler who needs a place to stay, not a luxury apartment for leisure.||If I am in Debrecen again - I'll surely stay in the same place again.

Pros. Good enough for a short stay. Breakfast is ok though I miss some vegetables. Good wifi, great location, quiet and safe. Cons. They accept only cash. The pillows are too uncomfy.

Main selling points are its location (within a courtyard off a quiet pedestrian mall close to town square), comfortable and clean accommodation, and proximity to bakeries and casual eateries. It is about 15 minutes' walk from the train station - coming out of station, cross the tramline and walk straight along Varga Utca until Szent Anna Utca, then turn right and take second left turn into Batthyany Utca. For its price, do not expect frills such as tea-making facilities, hair dryer, air-conditioning, etc. However, it is good value for money. The genial host speaks good English and is helpful with suggestions on places to visit, and giving directions. The staff, although they are elderly and do not speak much English, are kind and considerate.

The room was a bit dated, but it was comfortable and clean. The city centre location was ideal, although a little hard to find. It is close the tram stop and a short walk from the station.||||One of the staff also spoke good English.||||We were on a budget and as a result this hotel comfortably meet our needs.

This is a very small pension, owned by an older couple. It is located right on the pedestrian street of Debrecen. There is parking at the back (access through the next street). The rooms are old fashioned, and the furniture is somewhat worn, but it is very clean and inviting. The whole place has an atmosphere of somebody's own home. The owners are simply the best, they truly host you from the bottom of their heart and give you a great welcome and a wonderful service. Definitely recommended

This inn was reasonably priced, very clean, and within easy walking district of the city center and the Great Church. I was traveling with a group, and we reserved rooms without air conditioning. Our room was comfortable, with a door that opened onto a tiny balcony. One of the other rooms was on the south side of the building, and was apparently very hot and uncomfortable for sleeping in the summer heat. So you might want to choose an air-conditioned room, if you have trouble sleeping in the heat.||||We received a good breakfast of scrambled eggs, bread, and tea. The staff were all very friendly. They carried my heavy suitcase up the stairs for me without me even asking for help.||||If I ever had the privilege of visiting Debrecen again, I would definitely stay here again.

Me and my boyfriend stayed there for only one night and everything was ok! Not that far from the hotel, there is a very big hall with a huge choice of fresh fruits and vegetables!! Highly recommended!! And close to this hall, there is a small place, where they make very delicious LANGOS!|||
