Pretty interesting experience I had. This was my very first antique show market I had ever attended. I had been to a smaller antique store in the past in Maine but this one was different. It was so nice. They had session for antiques, they also had sessions for modern clothing’s and hoodies and winter caps since this is the session, they had different food vendors and bathrooms, and of course apple cider (hot and cold which I love) plus the famous cinnamons donuts with lots of sugar which I donot like since I don’t like cinnamon LOL. Freshly made Popcorns, sandwiches, burgers etc, African clothes, hair, mention them. You gotta go when you can. Thank me later.

The Flea Market is a good time for shoppers. I like that they offer free parking and free admission. I also think that they do a great job by having separate sections for new and antique vendors. I have noticed that many senior, religious, and civic groups bring in bus groups. The food is good and consistent with other outdoor events. The one negative is the lack of adequate numbers of portable bathrooms on the very busy days. FOR THE 2 DAY SHOWS LOOK FOR THE CLOCKMAN UNDER THE BRIGHT ORANGE TENT. IN SPOT 291 MOST OF THE TIME. Mention this review when you stop by. You will not be disappointed. Overall, two thumbs up 👍🏽 👍🏽

There's a pop-up Flea Market and Antique sale here several times a year. It's fun! I went with family. Bring a knapsack, cart or just a bag. But, you'll need to carry your purchase. There are port-o-potties and food. You can make a day of it! Get your steps in too!

Great place to visit. Bouncy houses for the kids. Variety of food trucks for all. I had the fried oreos & kettle corn, both were great. Many vendors with an assortment of items.

If you're any kind of collector this the place for you. Tons of food available as well. I hear that it's even larger in the spring, so we're looking forward to another visit. Prices range from pennies to hundreds of dollars. There really was something for everyone.

What's not to love, always plenty of vendors , never know what you'll find. Love all the bargains to be had. Loaded with all kinds of food & drinks picnic table under awning to enjoy it. Fresh apple cider donuts, freshly squeezed juices, kettle corn, besides the norm hot dog burgers fried dough

Today is the first of the summer for StifmvillThere is a show called Flea Market Flip. This location is one of the location used on the show. In which a pair competes with another. Items are purchased and they have to redesign and sell them for a profit. You might find something or not. You can find spices. Clothes. Cheap jewelry. Home decor. Some weird stuff. At the end of the day. I dodng a good day

Ahhhh vintage and antiques- one person's trash is another person's treasure. So where do you go when you're looking for something you didn't even realize you wanted? Located in what used to be a fully operating airport, Stormville Airport Antiques is L.I.T.E.R.A.L.L.Y. popping at the seams with hundreds of vendors selling vintage items from glass to wood furniture to metal knick-knacks, old-school vinyl- the list is endless. Come prepared with your sneaks and get ready to spend a few hours (or the entire day) walking on the lawn. You'll meet folks who could care less- but deep down would want you to buy their stuff and you'll also meet those charismatic vendors who'd want to tell you the item's life history. Stuff here is cheap. Not cheap in quality- cheap in price that is. Hubs and I forgot to bring our own ca$h so ended up paying the $4 ATM fee per the $200 limit. Unlike other outdoor flea markets, parking here will cost you nothing. So...enjoy and shop til you can't shop anymore.

11/5/22 - it was a beautiful day to visit the flea market. The Christmas in November is the theme for the last market of the year. There were the usual decorations and seasonal clothes, that are only worn for a few weeks. They've added a Mexican food stand. The only problem is the kitchen couldn't keep up with the orders coming in, and it's not a big menu. There's a sign 'No Dogs' at the entrance. Putting the dog in a baby carriage doesn't make it a human. And no one wants some out of control mutt on a long leash tripping everyone or jumping on you. It's not cultural enrichment for the dog either. I've had dogs and guess what? If you leave it home; when you get back it greets you like you're the greatest person on earth. That's a good thing if your self esteem is lacking.

Arrive early. Great selection in the "antiques" section in the unpaved portion. The paved section is Dollar store quality at retail prices. If you're traveling East on departure, take the route 55 direction. Incoming traffic is brutal around 11. Toilets are adequate, but I wouldn't want to be caught in line on a hot day.

This is a fun place to spend the day and not spend a lot of... and they have good food and usually cold beer!

I have been here several times and it's been amazing how huge this place is and how much great stuff can be found here. Lots of great food and drink to be had and lots on fresh vegetables, fruits and antiques to be had. Love it you need to check it out the place is massive.

Saturday morning I drove an hour then sat in traffic for another 30 minutes while the clowns running traffic had everyone going every which way. At that point they were not letting anyone else in due to Clovid 19 capacity. Whatever. The stream of cars coming out was heavy with no one being let back in. Then to top it off I drove out there today, Sunday and there wasn't a sole in site! Gates open and no one home at 830am... I'll never, ever, whichever one is longer, return!!!!

This market is as much fun as it looks on Flea Market Flip - if there is anything you need, no matter how seemingly random, it is at this flea market. It's divided between old and new, with a few rows of flip spinners, candles, t-shirts, etc. Then we have the flea, the used, the random and everyday. Plan to spend a full day if you love peaking into every booth, and make sure to bring bags and newspaper if you're interested in glass. I don't know there is any other spot on Earth where I could find (rescue, I tell my bank balance) two Astronaut Snoopys for a reasonable price. Just when you think you may have reached an end, there are few stragglers with even more items to pick through. You go in with an idea of what kind of treasure you're looking for and leave with the things you never knew you needed. And that, children, I how I ended up with an industrial metal stool for $15.

Buyer Beware! Seller of Yankees T-Shirts is selling shoddy merchandise. I washed the shirt once and the lettering washed off.

It's sort of become our "thing" to go to limited edition flea markets on the last day, during the final hours. Guess what this means? No getting up insanely early (true flea market freaks, I salute you though), no getting stuck in insane traffic because flea markets are inevitably off a two lane road to get in, lighter crowds which also means plenty of parking and, best of all, deals deals deals! Some of those vendors don't want to lug off huge pieces of furniture and/or tons of knick knacks. It's totally the best time to go. I don't even know why I'm telling you this. Hitting up Stormville yesterday had us vowing to never return to Brimfield because parking is free and there was virtually no traffic. Not to mention that Brimfield is about 2.5 hours further away and Stormville is basically in my backyard. No, there isn't quite the selection of antique finds, but to be honest, you only need so much before you feel that overwhelming sense of everything looking the same so there's no way you're going to find something spectacular. Antique fatigue. There's a whole lot of stuff here that we just breezed on by, the crappy made-in-China toys, clothes and decor- cheap flea market stuff. They've got so much landfill. Venture past the food court area (nothing decent to eat for healthy-minded folks, just your typical carny junk food) and you'll the unique crafts (like the washboard wall art that we picked up for our guest house), antiques and secondhand furniture (like the gorgeous carved wooden table that looks like it's right out of Indonesia that we scored for 60 dollars because the guy didn't want to take it home). For those of us living in the vicinity, it pays to keep calendar reminders because you never know what you might find here. Oh and several of the vendors we dealt with actually are caught up to the 21st century and accept cards. It's nice not to have to carry a ton of cash on you. At Brimfield, I actually walked about from a 700 antique bed due to the vendor being super reluctant to accept credit. Come on, for that much money, accept the damn cards, people.

Flea markets use to be plentiful but not anymore. I appreciate still being able to go here and find some good deals. I think we all need to value the good things we have.

Oh my, STORMVILLE! I love this place! I look forward to it every summer and don't even mind waking up at 6am to get there early. If you leave past 9am, expect to wait up to, yes, 2 hours in traffic just to get in. Mostly due to the fact that its a two lane road and cars are being ushered into the parking lot field-space mightly slowly. Anywayz, this place can take HOURS to see, and I'm serious. It has tons of vendors lined up for nearly a mile, along with the more 'yard sale' type stuff towards the back. This is more junk that ppl pull out of their sheds and such to try and make a few bucks but sometimes you come accross some dope finds! And lets not forget about the food! Holy ballz! You can get yourself some fish fry, gyros, mogolian stir fry, pancakes, bacon-cheddar-ranch curly fries,snowcones, kettle corn and more, all at 8am. Thats what momma likes! Tons of ppl and strollers so beware that you may get caught behind some slow ones or smelly ones or weird ones bc its bound to happen at some point. I have a few tents that i always search for every year and they are good for their goods. Most of the stuff is cheap or knock off but you cannot beat the prices. Make sure to bring tons of cash obviously and you can occasionally haggle the moolah depending on the person and/or items. Its the ultimate summer adventure !! Word of advice tho-- do NOT fill up on coffee before you head out b/c the portable bathrooms are awful. Or well, I would assume they are bad b/c lines are always long, unisex, and yeah. Bacon-cheddar-ranch fries at 8am. You figure it out. Cant wait for this years!!! :D

Beautiful day to stroll at Stormville. Little disappointed in the offerings. Had a bit of a field feeding frenzy with my daughter. $10 loaf of bread. Yikes. All in all a sunny stroll and spent too much $$. Almost bumped into Lara Spencer from "flea market flip" which was filming today. Highlight of my time there.

What? You need a matching set of Elvis lamps?? You are in luck! Head straight away to Stormville Airport for their antique show and flea market. Stormville hosts a gathering four times over the summer, one weekend a month starting in May. It's about a hours drive north of NYC, a fun winding trip on the Taconic Highway. Once you hit a mile off from the airport, the backup begins. Seems like everyone in town is headed to the market. There are a few diamonds in the rough here, but be prepared to look. Most of the other items for sale are shlocky and common. Best part of the market is the food court. Eat your fill of sweet potato fries, gyros, fire roasted corn, sausage and peppers, friend dough and the usual hot dogs and hamburgers. Do stop at the ice cream sundae truck. They use premium ice cream and top that bad boy with hot fudge and candied nuts. The Rotary Club hosts a beer garden, yay beer! Nothing like an iced mason jar full of suds on a hot summer day. I came away with a old wooden ouija board and a slight sunburn. Fun had by all.

Wine and cider fest they called it. It will be my only time going. Call me spoiled but the winefest I go to offer WINE&MORE. The cider couldn't even be purchased just sampled, like SAY WHAT? So i took pics of the good ones so I can try to purchase them locally. Plenty of food trucks is and lots of cool cars to look at, but there wasnt enough booze to get me to eat that much, u know what I mean? I had to revisit each tent twice bcuz there was only 1 each for wine, cider, and distillery. Also if it easnt for groupon the price at the door was I beleive $45 which would've been a complete RIP off. Not doing this again

We've been dying to go here since hearing about it on flea market flip, but it's only open several weekends during the year. We managed to make it out for the opening weekend this year. There was plenty of parking and while the weather wasn't the greatest, it was still a good experience. Admission was free which is nice and there was a large variety of vendors - though a lot of them were repeats (foozy socks, lula roe, etc.) with at least one found in every aisle. The larger more exciting items in our opinion (antiques, furniture, etc) were furthest from the 'food court'. Unlike at elephants trunk, vendors were not all set up at 'opening time', which resulted in us having to do several laps as more kept arriving or were slowly setting up their items for sale. My advice to others is to not come immediately upon opening, as you'll waste more time waiting for them to set up. A wagon or a cart for your items also comes in handy!

First, let me lay it out for ya: The Stormville Flea Market is located about on hour and a half, maybe an hour and forty minutes from NYC. It takes place in a rural airport and has a bunch of good food and a crapton of vendors. It happened about 3 times a year when I was a kid and now is about 7 times a year, apparently including a Christmas one in November (what the...). There. A lot of people growing up in the suburbs have fond memories of having barbecues, going to sports games, and other stuff like that. I don't know, I never did it. What I did do was go to the Stormville Flea market three times a year since I could walk, and maybe even before that. My dad waking me up between 530 and 600, stopping at Jerry's deli for a sausage egg and cheese, and driving down 52 for about ten minutes before we got there. We always went to different flea markets, but this is always the one where we could "park on the grass". For some reason, I loved this. My dad would give us each a certain amount of money and off we'd go, : -stink bombs to drop as I walked into school! hahahah! What an asshole! -garbage pail kids cards and later, baseball cards, with really stale gum. -crappy t-shirts -Sneakers. I became obsessed with sneakers. I had a lot. -Various other games, kites, rubber band guns, whoopee cushions. -one time my brother and I came back with a kitten. I'd payed $10 for him and he had ear mites. My dad shook his head and wondered aloud what my mother was going to say. But we all knew what she would say, and she wasn't happy. I was 12 at the time and I named him Peaches cause I thought he was a girl. I'm 28 and that awesome cat is still around. Because he's awesome. -my first painting. My parents were so proud. My mom talked him down from $75 to $35. Women who are 6'2 can basically do whatever they want. Sure, there's a bunch of crap there. That's part of the fun. Walking around the dusty filed, egg and cheese in hand, shaking your head at the tube sock vendor. My girlfriend and I bought a set of "600 thread count Egyptian cotton sheets" here once and it was the worst buy of my life. It's like sleeping on a bunch of really strong tissues that won't rip. Slippery tissues. Because of all those threads. My parents collected antiques and furniture and paintings and all that. Mostly I thought that was boring. And it is until you start getting your own apartment. And you think, "Hey! I could use a chair!" and all kinds of adult thoughts like that. And any chair at the Stormville flea market is better than every chair at IKEA. And that's the goddamn truth.

This crap with the filming of that sit-com reality show has really grown old. You aren't allowed to shop in the area if they are filming. " come back in an hour " I'll be on my way home in an hour. They ruined a good fleamarket for a made up show. I feel bad for the people trying to sell. These folks are narcissism at its worst! Save the drive and shop local. The markets in Pa & NJ have banned this garbage.

Junk, Junk and more Junk! But if you're a Junk lover this is the place for you! Rows and rows of vendors... The Food Truck vendors all look and sound so good! My personal favorite eats are: the Potato Ribbons, lemonade, Candied Nuts, and Apple Cider Donuts. Merchant vendors sell everything and anything you can think of. There is an Old section which consists of antiques and there is a new section of everyday items. Definitely a place to go in the spring or fall - I'd steer clear of coming here during the summer. The whole outdoor space gets SO hot and the air barely moves. If you're anything like me you'll fry up like a lobster after being outside for 2 hours! Happy Shopping All!!! :D

Went in the afternoon and traffic not as bad as some reviews here. Weather was perfect. Mix of antiques, crafts and new. Nice food selection too.

Pretty good selection this year. New stuff has improved and the antiques were abundant. However, it seems that most old stuff was kind of pricey. Featured were the usual vendors, sunglasses, socks, soaps, metal sculptures, lawn décor, clothing, jewelry, tools, books, and the usual vendor sites. You will do a lot of walking around the aisles and may even lose your sense of direction and do an entire row over again. Lots of food too. Pickles, honey, hot sauce, root beer, bread, nuts, salami, donuts, and gourmet pretzels were among the food vendors. The selection was pretty good this year. Came with a few friends and we had a really good time walking the long aisles chock full of stuff at every turn. One side is old and one side is new connecting in the middle with a make shift food court that featured typical carnival fare food (burgers, gyros, pizza, sausage and peppers, ice cream, Italian ices etc...). There are some great bargains to be found but you have to find the right vendor. Saved a bundle buying some cheap tools here instead of Home Depot.

I was very disappointed. Only about a third was old stuff. The rest was socks, clothing and sunglasses you'd see at festivals. The antiques were no bargain either. We spent about only about $20 between two of us. Best buy was the kettle corn I could get at most fairs.

A great antique show/flea market. There are over 600 dealers on one of the oldest airports. A true antique collector should get here before the sun rises with flashlights, usually around 5 AM when the gates open. Wear sneakers or comfortable shoes since you will be walking a lot

Ok, so I'm now reviewing flea markets.....anything to pass the time at work (instead of actually DOING work), I guess. The Stormville Flea Market has been around for many, many years, although I didn't go to my first one until 1997. I could've kicked myself for not going sooner. TONS of stuff from garages and attics that might have been viewed as trash was soon going to be someone else's treasure. I picked up a vintage 1980s Star Wars AT-AT, missing some pieces for only $10. Also got some big cardboard cutout standup thing of Catwoman, rock on. Through the years, it has varied in size and types of vendors. The last time I went (July of 2008) was mostly the "stuff that fell off the truck" wholesale items, lots of food, some people just cleaning out the garage and a few antique sellers. Nothing too special that time, especially since the fudge seller wasn't there. Got some kettle corn instead. It really is hit or miss with Stormville, it all depends on what you're looking for. I used to love looking for old records, action figures, comics and oddball art/dust collectors, but have been let down the last few times. Still, it's a fun way to kill a few hours on a summer afternoon- buy some bungee cord in bulk and SPADER-MAN knock off toys, eat heart clogging fried food, and people watch (you'll see some interesting things here). Only REMEMBER TO WEAR SUNSCREEN!!!!

Everytime I have gone to any festivals or fairs I always leave thinking "why did I come here or think this would be fun." I went with some friends to the wine and cider festival and it was actually a blast just drinking, eating, and hanging out. They had tastings of many wines, ciders, and distilleries. I'm not typically one for hard alcohol by itself but some of the moonshine and whiskey they had was amazing. Also if you have never tried barrel aged maple syrup before go out and find some. It is non-alcoholic but let me just say it is life changing. I read other reviews saying they didn't think it was enough alcohol, but I disagree. You could keep going back to the stands and trying different flavors and types of wine or beverages that they had. I genuinely was feeling it less than half way through all the tents. We did purchase tickets for a discounted rate of $20, if it had been the full $40-45 my opinion may be different. Along with the tasting they gave out complimentary glasses and bags and I left very happy with a bottle of hibiscus ginger cider and a bottle of wine. The food truck one of my friends and I went to was amazing. We ordered the totanator grilled cheese (tator tots in a grilled cheese---you can't go wrong) and we split some loaded tots---cheese, bacon, pulled pork---so delicious. The trucks all accepted card, but there was also an ATM there as well. We checked out some of the shops and they had some cool items too but we weren't really in the market to look at other items besides the wines and cider at the time. I will definitely be back in the summer for the beer fest!

Growing up in Orange County NY, the Stormville Flea Market was a quintessential part of my childhood. Grandma and Grandpa packed up their motor home and stayed over the weekend ("You want to be there before the crowds" they said.) My parents would simply wake me up bright and early, we'd sit in the traffic, park in the field and split up. To this day I make a yearly pilgrimage to make it to one of the flea market's dates. As a youngin, I was searching for Nancy Drew books. As a young teenager I was looking for makeup and perfume. As a late teenager I was obsessed with vintage jewelry. Now, as an adult, I'm frantically searching for everything. I have never once left this place empty handed. Ps. Wear sunscreen and get a snowcone.

I don't buy antiques, so I stick to the paved roadways. The selection is good, and the prices are commensurate to the quality. There are vendors with clothing, hair care, cosmetics, food, and much more. They also have a lot of vendors with things like tie-dye clothing Mountain t-shirts, Indian bedspreads, incense, Tibetan singing bowls, and similar stuff. A lot of the other stuff is low-end, like items you'd buy at a dollar-store and inexpensive clothing made in the third world. The selection is really big. Some vendors have higher end stuff too, but I don't go there for that, so I can't comment. If you want the lowest price, then try to walk the whole place before you buy. I find there are generally multiple vendors for most things, and that same item that you saw for one price may be two or three times that price at other vendors If you are going to buy something that has an expiration date, then check that before you buy. One time, I carelessly bought sunblock that had expired about 8 years ago. Now I read labels to check.

This year, I've set up as a vendor for Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day and now I'm packing for the Columbus Day Weekend, Oct 11-12. It should be comfortable sweater-weather and likely to be rain-free. It's a great shopping opportunity! Some more tips for shoppers: Bring cash. Cash is easiest, but there is an ATM and some dealers will take credit cards and/or checks. If you are looking for a specific item, ask the dealers -- I always have things in my car that I can't fit in my displays... I may have that odd widget, photograph, dinnerware pattern or piece of Pyrex that you've been looking for. Or I've seen it in a another dealer's display and can point you in the right direction. Take a minute to get a feel for the lay-out -- the runway has lots of new stuff, imports and produce, the antique section varies in size, but it's a distinctly separate area. If you know what you are shopping for, make sure that you go to the right area. For online sellers, yes, you can find things with an acceptable margin. Everyone has knowledge gaps, take your time, look around, and you'll find $10 items that you can sell for $50 or $100. There's a review from someone who determined in 20 minutes that there was nothing for her -- I can't understand that as the layout is huge, and my area -- the antique/vintage part has such variety -- it would take an hour just to walk through and take a cursory look. At the Labor Day show, I picked up several pieces of Waterford that were into the profit zone before the weekend ended, plus 40 pieces of a popular glass pattern for $60, a sweet piece of majolica for $15 and during the 4th of July sale, I bought thousands of milk bottle caps... if you stop by #458 during the Columbus Day weekend, you'll see some of them. Kudos to the seller who convinced me to buy them all! Any suggestions on how to put 50-100-1000 milk bottle caps to use would be appreciated.

This is a great activity for anyone who enjoys flea markets, yard sales and discovering odd and/or local items. There's almost everything you could want here from handbags to dog treats to fine china. I personally go to get wind chimes. There's a great booth in the back that always sells them and other lawn ornaments/signs. I've also bought myself a used bread maker - Cuisinart - for $10 from a yard sale type vendor. It is going great and was the best deal I've found there. I live just down the road so I either walk or catch a ride with my friends but beware of the dust and mud (depending upon the weather). You should plan on taking a large hat, water and a cart if you plan on buying a lot. Wear sunscreen and sneakers and something that is easy to walk a long way in. Enjoy!

Have been coming here for years. Flea market is great. Free parking & free admission is a plus. Tons of vendors from antiques to fresh produce to sunglasses to hot sauce. Like any flea market (or any store for that matter) you have to know your prices. There are some fantastic bargains & something's are just grossly overpriced. Be prepared to haggle. Wear a hat & sunscreen. Bring a cold beverage you'll be baking in the sun but there's so much to look at it's always worth the trip.

Always a great experience I've been going since I was a kid so for over 30 Years this is been a place that had a changes but it seems like it's getting better than ever

Great flea market!! If your a flea market junkie, then this is the place for you. Well worth the drive. Tons of cool art and crafts mixed with the regular mass produced crap that we all need for some reason that escapes me. And finally the antique and reused stuff such as fixtures and door knobs abound. This place has been on Flea Market Flip a couple of times. Actually watched a filming the first time we came. Bonus- a bunch of estate sales in the area during the flea market. So the drive out gets a tad bit longer!!!! Cool place. Have fun

I visited here for the first timely this summer with my husband and kids. We all enjoyed this place. There are rows and rows of venders. Half is all vintage/antique stuffs, and half are cheap junks, full of cheap toys, clothes, accessories venders, and there are some venders that handcrafted sweets, coffee, and decorations. And bathrooms are located in middle. There are faucets so you can wash your hands after. The food venders are located all the way back, but I don't recommend there to get your lunch or even snacks. Not worth to pay a lot for cold fries or cold hotdogs. so bring your own food and save money!

Stormville offers two types of flea markets. Personally I love the garage sale one. The prices are much more reasonable and can locate lots of amazing items. The regular one has plenty of antiques but the prices are retail and then some.

A fun outdoor place to visit! Lots to buy and see! Only schedule on calendars and not every weekend! Good buys and great stuff for any day gift or household equipment

Ive been going here for years, my parents used to bring me along in my little red wagon! It's a great weekend activity! But it does include lots of walking! With lots of food, drinks, vendors and activities for the kids (inflatable slides, etc) there is so much to do. The only downside is the parking lot isn't paved so it gets very dusty! and god forbid it rains.... then it's just a huge mud puddle.

Great local large outdoor Flea Market. A good mix of vendors and independent sellers. Ample parking.

Nice flea market, have everything from new, antiques to hand made items. While there have the lobster grill cheese sandwich it is so very good

Love this place I've been coming here for years and it only gets better! The people who run it are really nice and will always help you out. And the food is great. I always find some new treasures whenever I come, and always at a great price!

I really wanted to like this flea market. I really did. I drove an hour to get there, but I'll never go again. Here's why. Cons: - 1 hour traffic line to go 1 1/2 miles from the Taconic to the Flea Market on a 2 lane country road. - Very over priced antiques. I actively collect vintage oil/gas and soda metal signs. I've never seen prices this high for popular signs that you can get anywhere. I checked out 5 vendors who were selling signs and each one was pricing these signs as if they were in mint condition. And none of the signs were even close to mint. More like fair to good. - Not even close to the 600 vendors they advertise. More like 200-300. But if you want to wait in traffic, there are some pros about this flea market. Pros: 15 pairs of socks for $12 2 sunglasses for $9 Tons of food stands

My favorite flea market in Dutchess, I never miss it! I'm not a fan of antiques, but I do love the new merchandise vendors. Sometimes I find great deals, but it's always fun to browse and pick up a couple of bags of my favorite Bear Mountain Coffee!

Me and my girl go to almost every one. Its a fun way to spend the day together. Theres alot of Old and new stuff. Where are you gonna find a fully broken in Carhart Jacket for 15-20 bucks? Here you can. Never accept the tagged price on anything used or anitique.

I went to the Christmas sale yesterday and was very disappointed with the vendors. Though there was a lot of junk. The past weekend sales that I have attended there-were much better. Will pass on this next year. Too far to drive for inferior quality stuff

We love Stormville and go up at least twice a year. Just went this past Saturday and had a blast. We bought so much we had to buy a cart to schlep it all! Excellent buys on haircare products, shirts, more shirts, socks, and Wedgwood, which we collect. Negatives are the lovely port a potties, the expensive food, and the lack of seats to eat said food. Wear sunscreen and comfy shoes and happy hunting!

We were VERY disappointed this past April 2016 with our Stormville visit. As has been posted, the traffic was ridiculous! Yes, well over an hour once off of the Taconic. Couldn't eat due to terribly long lines-and we were starving once we arrived. Yes, the bathroom lines were also long. My BIGGEST gripe is a portable Bluetooth speaker I purchased for $30, allegedly NEW, however once I got it home and opened it there were no directions, no paper inserts AT ALL! I received a 'business card' from the vendor. The email address on the card came back as not deliverable and after two phone messages to the number on the card, no reply. I FINALLY figured out how to turn the darn thing on and hook it up, used it for 15 seconds hooked up to my computer, and it would never turn on again! So frustrating. I was hesitant to purchase to begin with, should have went with my gut. Out $30!

For the most part we were disappointed. I think some of the food may be the best part. Mostly a lot of really crappy and cheap junk that people bought in bulk and brought here. Almost no one selling their own interesting, old, second hand stuff. An over abundance of the same scarves at too many booths. But they are the same ones you see in the street in Manhattan. And the ones here were a better deal so we bought a couple. I guess if you have kids to buy Christmas presents for there were some good bargains. The clothing we saw was really cheap stuff. I wouldn't buy it for myself or as gifts. But if money is an issue you could take advantage and find bargains. I saw the web site and thought it looked interesting. Now I know. Once was enough. Bought some great apple fritters.

This is my first time going to the flea market and it was raining upon our arrival this morning. It says rain or shine, but most vendors were closed or leaving. We also noticed there were lots of holes in between vendor spots. Is this a bad time of year for the flea market related to fair season or did vendors leave yesterday with the wavering forecast? Its not to far for us to travel, so we will try again. Maybe Springtime will have more to offer.

Went September, 2016 for the first time after hearing good things. A rough guesstimate on vendors; maybe 100 each of new and vintage and maybe 15 food vendors. I was just looking for vintage stuff and did them all in about 3 hours. Arrived early and parking was NO problem. Was looking for furniture and felt there wasn't a lot ; more smalls... No amazing bargains either, unfortunately. If I want to pay retail, I'll go to the store! Did buy one piece and picking it up was a little tricky. Had to carry it all the way back to the car instead of picking it up near dealer.
