Gordon Ramsey recommended this spot on a reel I saw on instagram and boy was he right. My friend and I ordered hot drinks and brunch. Everything was absolutely fantastic! Best oat milk flat white and matcha latte we have ever had. The Turkish eggs were unreal - best I’ve ever eaten at a restaurant - the addition of avocado was so good and the chilli oil I would buy if they sold it. The scrambled egg with crème fraiche was also delicious, and both meals were served with fresh sourdough. Meals were such good value for money. Cannot recommend enough!!!

First of all, the atmosphere is quite nice and the location is convenient. However, I had a few disappointing experiences during my visit. To begin with, I was surprised and quite disappointed to find out that using laptops is not allowed. A staff member approached me and asked me not to use my laptop inside the venue. I wasn’t charging it or using a socket — I had simply opened it to do some work. This seemed strange, especially since I had seen other people using laptops there on previous occasions. I only had a coffee (which was average coffee) and it might be the last time I come here. The staff is polite but unfriendly, you feel more restricted than welcomed. Overall - there are better spots in the area. Not recommend this one.

Excellent brunch, very tasty food, very welcoming and quick service. Ordering on the app was seamless and food arrived quickly. Food and coffee were excellent and tasty. No idea what the bad comments are about probably just picky people / maybe the odd bad experience at busy times

We had my hubby's birthday brunch and we really enjoyed the French toast crèmè brûlèè. Definitely one of the best brunch spot in Wandsworth.

Good coffee. I’d highly recommend the toasted sandwich it was delicious. The pancakes and avocado toast were also good.

Story Coffee has a fantastic ambiance—cozy, warm, and perfect for relaxing or getting work done. The food quality is top-notch as well; everything is fresh and delicious. Whether you're there for a quick bite or to enjoy a coffee, it's always a great experience!

Amazing shakshuka and great espresso. Shame the door is always left wide open, it would be a much more enjoyable atmosphere if it was warm inside and the door opened and closed with a push button for prams etc. Heating the curtain heater with the door open is a massive waste of energy.

It’s very rare for me to give anything less than 3 stars but as someone who regularly goes to different coffee shops, this is the worst service I’ve experienced so far. The coffee is delicious, but the place is let down by the staff. The lady behind the till was quite blunt and came across as a bit rude. The girl seating people and clearing tables seemed inexperienced. She had the right intentions but could benefit from some basic hospitality training. If management invested in better staff and training this could easily be the best coffee spot in Wandsworth.
