I looked up well reviewed coffee shops in Ljubljana and was not disappointed, Stow is in the Ljubljana City Museum, which means it opens at 10am. The place looks lovely, owner and staff was efficient and friendly, and I wish I could have sat there all day trying every coffee on the menu. I selected the Costa Rica "peach, nectarine and caramel notes" I was served the hot water on the side to make my own longer coffee and really appreciated the touch. Accompanied with a cherry pie. Delicious coffee!

Been wanting to visit this place during my trip to Ljubljana last year, and finally I got the opportunity to visit this year. Love the cozy vibe with real coffee plants along the glass walls; and a glimpse of the museum on the other side of the glass walls, isn’t it very cool? I had nice coffee and got to sit and work for a bit. Will definitely comeback again when visiting the city.

Stow Coffee in Ljubljana’s City Museum is a gem! The cozy courtyard vibe is perfect for relaxing, and their specialty coffee is outstanding—smooth, aromatic, and expertly roasted. I loved the Ethiopian V60! The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable, making every visit a delight. Highly recommend for coffee lovers, coffee at is best!!!

We visited this cafe 2 weeks before while travelling to Slovenia. It took us some time to locate the entrance, which is actually inside the City Museum. The environment was delightful - spacious and nicely decorated. HOWEVER, I was extremely disappointed with the coffee. It lacked flavour, and the latte art was far from impressive. It didn't match what I had seen in the reviews. I was wondering if the regular barista was off that day. The barista who served us said 'It's difficult to have a nice latte art with this coffee blend' which stuck us as odd given our expectations.

This coffee shop is a true gem. The atmosphere is so tranquil, perfect for a relaxing break. We had the filtered coffee, which was incredibly flavorful, along with a delicious quiche and a fantastic chocolate croissant. A wonderful experience all around.

Best matcha latte in town and very particular types of coffees!! We absolutely loved the place and we went back every single day of our stay in the city!!! Totally recommend it !!!

They rock, know there way around multiple coffee brewing techniques. Hard to get a bad coffee, surroundings are lovely. Just remember to ask for a double shot as single shots are standard 🫨

This place had amazing Specialty Coffee. We tried a Cappuccino, a Cortado and a pourover. All of them were pretty good. Even though they were almost about to close, the baristas were great to treat us with kindess. Also super informative and one of the Baristas actually knew spanish, and even though we didn't ask, she spoke to us in Spanish. The Costa Rican grounds we asked for was perfectly brewed to taste the strawberries that smelled through the bag, I was impressed. Place is cozy, inside of the Museum so a bit hard to find, but over-all super comfortable (specially the chairs). Lastly, another Barista recommended a scale I wanted to buy and was kind enough to show it to me before I made the choice. Didn't try to food, we just went for coffee. Anyways, would recommend.
