Do not hesitate to book this hotel, our stay could not have been better. Everything was brilliant, really adding something to our holiday that I wasn’t expecting . The staff- a fantastic team that I’m sure the manager must be so proud of. Every single one we encountered were so friendly and helpful. We stayed 5days, getting to know the staff who always greeted with a smile. I was going to list names but wouldn’t want to miss anyone out as it really is a great team. Interiors- high end with plenty of comfortable spaces Bedrooms- we had a standard king but think we were upgraded as our room was amazing with super king size. It also had a small seating area. Room care- The room was attended to each day making sure it remained clean and tidy The food- There was everything for breakfast you could want and plenty of it no matter what time you went. Also an early start was catered for with a packed breakfast that again was huge and varied. The Spa- a really relaxing place and even had a sound room as well as a variety of other sauna/ steam options. Very few people there. The lady who ran it was yet another fantastic member of staff who offered more towels and robes although we had brought them from our rooms. She also helped when I couldn’t work out how to open my locker. I could go on but I think it’s obvious we had a great stay Location- brilliantly situated between the old city and the Jewish quarter, 5 minutes walk to each Thank you to the Stradom, we hope to see you again in the future

Stayed here for 5 nights on a city break and it was first class. It is well situated for walking to the main market square and the Jewish quarter. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. All areas in the hotel are done to a high standard. Our room and room service was excellent. We had a meal in the Gaia restuarant which was really nice and not too expensive for the quality of hotel. Hedwigs bar is a great place to relax after a busy day sightseeing. Would recommend this hotel.

Fantastic! Our stay was part of a gift from family and what a treat it was. The whole experience was luxury, from the excellent room to the amazing breakfast selection. Due to a hectic schedule, we weren't able to try out the spa or bar but this did not detract from the overall feeling of excellence. The staff were very welcoming, ensuring that our stay was perfect.I would highly recommend Stradom House as a base to explore all that Krakow has to offer.

We had a perfect 5-night stay at Stradom House hotel. The room was very clean and beautiful. The restaurant area outside was fantastic, quality and tasty food, plenty of choices for breakfast. The pool and spa area is well maintained. There is also a bar that serves good cocktails. The location is perfect. You can go everywhere on foot. We ll come again at our next visit at Krakow, for sure

Hotel Stradom has been our favorite place for the past two years — we regularly return here. This year, we had the honor of celebrating our wedding at the hotel, including the ceremony. The venue is absolutely beautiful, and the staff is truly wonderful and kind — no request was ever a problem. The entire team, from the front desk to the restaurant staff, delivered outstanding service, and the hotel management went above and beyond to make everything perfect. Our wedding was magical and completely stress-free. Most of our guests stayed at the hotel and are already planning to return in the future. We are incredibly grateful for the exceptional support and for making our celebration so unforgettable!

We had such a lovely stay at the hotel, prior to our arrival the hotel concierge (Michal) had arranged some excursions and gave us all the options available to us. The hotel truly had everything at you finger tips, excellent staff, fine dinning (which was excellent BTW), nice bar, pool, spa, steam room. We will definitely go back there.

This hotel was a mixed bag. Given that it's a 5 star hotel, I really expected more from the breakfast. The selection was fairly limited compared to other 5 star hotels. We also had a weird experience with their spa. After treatment, I asked them to put the charge on my room. Instead, they demanded payment by cash and said I need to open a credit line with the hotel. I've never heard of hotels offering credit lines and I certainly wouldn't have booked a treatment or stayed at the hotel if I couldn't afford it. They made one of us stay downstairs with them while I trekked (10 minutes one way) back up to my room to get cash. I've never had a hotel refuse to put a service on my tab before. Otherwise, the courtyard suite was smaller than expected. The cocktails were good, the gym, spa and pool were fantastic. Staff were friendly except for the weird spa people.

This exceptional hotel is ideally located just steps from Wawel Castle and a short five-minute walk to Krakow’s Old Town. We stayed for two nights in a spacious and spotless King Suite, complete with an incredibly comfortable bed. The staff were attentive and ensure our experience was memorable. The gym is well-equipped, and the pool area features lounge chairs and five sauna options which included an infrared salt sauna and a cold plunge pool for a truly relaxing experience. The breakfast buffet is generous offering a great start to the day.
