My stay at Stradom House was absolutely fantastic. The hotel is impressive from the moment you walk in — a beautiful, historic building with a modern and elegant interior. The room was very comfortable, spotless, and well-equipped. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious and finished with great attention to detail. The reception team also deserves special mention — everyone was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. Check-in was smooth and quick, and whenever I had a question or needed assistance, the staff handled everything with professionalism and a smile. They really make you feel well cared for throughout your stay. I also had the chance to dine at GAIA restaurant — the food was outstanding, the service excellent, and the atmosphere truly special. It’s definitely a place worth visiting even if you’re in Kraków just for dinner. The wellness area was another highlight: the pool is a perfect length for swimming, the water clean and pleasantly warm. The gym is well-equipped, modern, and has everything you need if you don’t want to skip your workout while traveling. Overall, I rate my stay extremely high. This is one of the best hotels I’ve experienced in Kraków. Highly recommended for a relaxing getaway, a romantic weekend, or simply a comfortable stay right in the heart of the city.

e Staff make this hotel amazing. Maciej on the front desk and all the lovely ladies and gents who welcome the guests are all outstanding and speak the most brilliant English. As a partially sighted, disable guest, I was shown courtesy and kindness by all the staff, many going out of their way to direct me to the Spa or answer my silly questions, like when my kindle refused to work and the Wizz Air website froze on me. Our room was spacious and the bed superb. Heated floor in bathroom a luxury.

We had a wonderful stay at Stradom House from A to Z. The restaurant Gaia is perfect for dinners - food, biodynamic wine, nice ambience. Bar Hedwig is amazingly beautiful. The gym is top-notch, one of the best hotel gyms I’ve seen so far. The spa is nice too - sauna, pool, healthy smoothies with ashwaganda. The only thing I’m not so sure about is massage pricing but it was still a nice experience. We had a nice room on the 4th floor, the staff was very attentive and everything we needed or requested during our stay was taking care of. The hotel was beautifully decorated for Christmas and we had a very nice time there. Thanks to the hotel team! ❤️ I’ll mention separately that we travel with a pet (cat), and we’ve faced no issues at all. The staff was very accommodating and very friendly and curious when it comes to the cat. 🐈‍⬛

Room was very nice and everything was exceptionally clean. I wouldn’t say the staff go out of their way to ensure a delightful stay, yet they are very cordial. The building is beautiful and the whole decor is beautiful too - a mention to the spa which is truly of the highest standard. We had a wonderful stay and can’t really complain; the only recommendation I would give to the hotel is to perhaps have a few sitting areas given they definitely don’t lack space, and perhaps have the staff go more out of their way to deliver that 5 star LUX experience. But, again, this is not a criticism as the stay was fantastic. Would definitely come back if in Krakow!

Probably my 3rd review of this great hotel, for me the go to place when in Krakow. Depending on traffic 20-30 minutes from airport by taxi. Walking distance to all must see places. Great rooms in two separate, but connecting, buildings. Staff also good. Nice bar area, and a good restaurant on site. Breakfast is superb.

Do not hesitate to book this hotel, our stay could not have been better. Everything was brilliant, really adding something to our holiday that I wasn’t expecting . The staff- a fantastic team that I’m sure the manager must be so proud of. Every single one we encountered were so friendly and helpful. We stayed 5days, getting to know the staff who always greeted with a smile. I was going to list names but wouldn’t want to miss anyone out as it really is a great team. Interiors- high end with plenty of comfortable spaces Bedrooms- we had a standard king but think we were upgraded as our room was amazing with super king size. It also had a small seating area. Room care- The room was attended to each day making sure it remained clean and tidy The food- There was everything for breakfast you could want and plenty of it no matter what time you went. Also an early start was catered for with a packed breakfast that again was huge and varied. The Spa- a really relaxing place and even had a sound room as well as a variety of other sauna/ steam options. Very few people there. The lady who ran it was yet another fantastic member of staff who offered more towels and robes although we had brought them from our rooms. She also helped when I couldn’t work out how to open my locker. I could go on but I think it’s obvious we had a great stay Location- brilliantly situated between the old city and the Jewish quarter, 5 minutes walk to each Thank you to the Stradom, we hope to see you again in the future

It’s a true retreat after a day of walking around the city. Food and drink options are another strong point. With stylish bars, quality restaurants, and a welcoming café, there’s no need to leave the hotel for a great meal or a perfectly crafted cocktail. Service across all outlets is professional, friendly, and attentive without being intrusive. In summary, Stradom House is a top-tier hotel that combines design, comfort, wellness, and location at an outstanding level. Stayed here for 5 nights on a city break and it was first class. It is well situated for walking to the main market square and the Jewish quarter. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. All areas in the hotel are done to a high standard. Our room and room service was excellent. We had a meal in the Gaia restuarant which was really nice and not too expensive for the quality of hotel. Hedwigs bar is a great place to relax after a busy day sightseeing. Would recommend this hotel.
