Strahan Bungalows

This is an excellent place to stay in Strahan. Clean, spacious, very comfortable with a complimentary laundry out back. We had 3 nights here and thought it was great value for money.

Lovely place right by the water. We stayed in the family room which has a queen bed and double bunks. Room was great, with just about all things you could need. We had a few hiccups. There was no soap in the room and when I asked about it they said that they had trouble getting supplies, but the reception staff was able to find a bottle of body wash for us to use. Also note if you want ice, you can't get it here. The mini fridge only cools but does not freeze ice trays. |I did want to say that first impressions count and the reception area was really untidy and not a good look for guests when they arrive. |Other than that we enjoyed our stay. Location was great, room was great. My young son (6) loved that they had a trampoline for him to play on. There was a small play area for kids and quite a few tables and chairs out by the water.

Great location in Strahan. Very clean and tidy with easy access and parking right in front. Comfortable beds with electric blankets . Modern and lovely decorated bungalow. Price was reasonable. There is access to an external laundry if needed. Good communication with host. Highly recommend.

Lovely location, very clean though the bathroom is looking a little tired and could do with a refresh. Easy walkable location. But do not use the toaster as the wiring is interesting and the draw of the toaster causes the fuse to trip.

The bungalows were very clean. I booked the wrong dates. It was my mistake, but trying to get money back from Annie was near impossible. I sent numerous emails to her requesting my refund. I asked for a breakdown which I never received. Then I asked why Qantas was charging me extra money and I was told to f......k off then was hung up on. Not a very nice experience. So if you have any trouble good luck with that.

Well equipped self contained chalet close to IGA, pharmacy and BP petrol station. Short 4 min. drive to town centre and pier. The chalet has all the cooking amenities to be able to cook your own meals with modern appliances. On site laundry mat with large washing machines and dryers costing $4 ea. (2x $2 coins). I liked the fact that we didn't need a room key as the doors are keypad coded. Thanks for the enjoyable stay.

Spot on for great, comfort, cleanliness and facilities. Lovely one night stay as we travel through Tassie and a great bed for after our viewing of the local towns play.

||Modern, clean and convenient |Easy to find on road into the village. Ideally located to move around the village. The bungalows, 4 in total, are well equipped to allow you to shop at IGA and prepare a meal. Very modern interior, immaculately cleaned. Parking at front door. Great option compared to other Strahan options. Would definitely stay again.
