I recently had an extremely disappointing encounter with the customer service team/"supervisor" she claimed. I must say, it was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had.
I had to follow up multiple times before I received any sort of acknowledgment by calling another number. However, quickly to charge payment. This lack of urgency and communication only added to my frustration.
When I finally was able to speak with someone, at a different number. It was filled with unhelpful, attitude and responses. I guess I haven't been the only one calling about the same issue. It was evident that the representative/ "supervisor" coupled with her unwillingness to go the extra mile to resolve the problem, left me feeling undervalued as a customer.
Furthermore, the customer service representative/ "supervisor" I interacted with seemed disinterested and dismissive-even hung up on me. Yes, I called back and let her have it. Her lack of professionalism and empathy was truly disheartening.
I don't want to keep paying for the service in this location-however, they have your payment information and "nothing" you can do to have those payment stop. But I will find away-this has been such a horrible experience.
