Everything and everyone is always super nice when I’m there. Tons of options, and finding them is easy with the tablets. Matt helped me in the store and he was very nice. He informed me about one of my items that I was super excited to try out and let me know all about the burn and feel which I appreciated a lot. He’s super knowledgeable and made sure to also inform me about the sales happening. :) Thanks Matt!

Awesome place. The employees are nice & will ask if you need help. The young guy walking with the tablet around the store asking ppl who walk in if they need help, doing a good job! Love going to the dispensary, it’s like going to the candy store as a kid. Great selection of cannabis products. Hope we can get LIVE updates when new drops/brands hit the shelves. More concentrates please!! Maybe more west coast flavors too.

Visiting from London and had a great experience. The gentleman at the door was incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable about the brands he represents Anthem, Grassroots, Find, and Select. He recommended Anthem and Grassroots, and both were spot on. The Blue Dream from Anthem and the Blue Lobster from Grassroots were amazing. I believe his name was Jamie thank you for such a welcoming experience.

I’m always impressed by your staff. They are polite, knowledgeable and efficient. Today Ian helped me out and kindly reminded me I had points and could use them. Just a very nice person.

Everyone here is excellent! I’ve been coming here for a couple of months now after having a bad experience and happy days and the difference in the atmosphere and the customer service is night and day. There is never any pressure. The sales are always fantastic care about their customers, satisfaction, and retention. Recently had a hardware issues on two disposable pens and the Manager Bryan went above and beyond to make it right. They did not have the same AIO brand and pens in stock anymore so he gave me two Cartridges and a complementary battery of the same price and quality of what I purchased. Very happy coming here and I will continue to do so!

Strain Stars in Farmingdale is easily one of the nicest dispensaries I’ve visited on Long Island. The space is clean, modern, and very welcoming from the moment you walk in. The staff are incredibly knowledgeable and patient especially Matt — they really take the time to explain products and make sure you leave with exactly what fits your needs. Selection is top-tier, with a great variety of flower, vapes, edibles, and concentrates, all well displayed and easy to browse. Checkout was smooth and efficient, and the whole experience felt relaxed and professional. If you’re looking for quality products and genuinely helpful service, this place is absolutely worth the visit. I’ll definitely be coming back.

This place is always great! And staff is always so kind and helpful. Today i came to the Farmingdale location for a pick didn’t realize i had set for riverhead. But Sean was so nice and helped me get pre-roll similar to what i wanted!
