This is by far the worst accommodation my family and I have stayed overseas.
It ruined our holiday experience in Penang.
A plethora of problems which require immediate attention, namely the management's failure to provide proper amenities, such as how to deal with disease-carrying mosquitoes which constantly entered and exited the accommodation. Not a good thing from a health and safety perspective, especially when we had 2 young children, including a 5-month old infant, who were both adversely affected by numerous mosquito bites during our stay.
Compared to other accommodation within the Georgetown area, management failed to offer a refund/discount (which was the very least they could do).
Avoid at all costs!!
