strand souvlaki bar

I've travelled around to quite a few Greek restaurants in the past and this neat little street cafe has won my heart... I felt like I was in Greece... Bravo 👌👏

So I have been here before, a very long time ago. It was fine then, but I have not been again since. Until, I went recently with my family. Anyway! we did not know what we wanted and decided, "Hey, let's try a platter." Look.. honestly, it's not a very pocket friendly platter, but I did not experience buyers' remorse. IT WAS DELICIOUS! AND NOT TO MENTION FILLING! Next time, we will get the platter to-go and sit by the beach. I think the food deserves a gorgeous view of the ocean. Expect to see me back soon!

The most unusual spanakopita I’ve ever had. It was sesame pastry with the filling. Didn’t take a photo of the chicken souvlaki wrap. It was ok. Nothing to write home about.

Had a great experience at the Souvlaki Bar The Strand. We went and ordered some dinner few weeks back and it was beautiful. We got the Seafood basket and Nutella Honey Puffs.

Outdoor and indoor in a family business for years , located near the strand. Prices and variety of products available and lunch times or a $13 meals until 3pm available. Foo is freshly made and very filling. I'm highly recommended reviewer so it's a yesfromn me and ther are plenty more yes from their customers.

Food was good, service was fine from young staff. My only complaint would be that I wasn't able to pay extra to add feta on my slouvaki ? This really made no sense to me. I got told they only put it on salads. So I asked for a side of feta. Still couldn't do that. Usually up-selling helps businesses? Also dolmades taste like they're from a can, not homemade.

Had a lamb yiro meal takeaway, the meat was nice, as was the bread and cheese. Nothing to write home about though. The chips were awful, so much so I threw them all out. The salad was actually pretty good, tasted fresh. Overall a good place for a quick bite but nothing to go out of your way for.

I was really pleased with my meal at The Strand Souvlaki Bar. The Keftethes Side was excellent - the meatballs were cooked perfectly and the sauce was delicious. The chips and greek style calamari were also great. The customer service was friendly and quick to bring out the order. Overall, I thought the food was fantastic and the service was very good. I would definitely recommend The Strand Souvlaki Bar to anyone looking for a great Greek meal. I will be sharing this meals with many others. Thanks! You will be catching me there again next time shortly.
