Stratford chefs school open kitchen- Sourdough bread 🥖 I have attended my first class here. It was fantastic. From the first step till I left I had a great time. Chef 👨🍳 Eli was very good explaining all the process of making my own sourdough bread. They have many classes and covers a large topics. Lots to learn and have a great time with friends or by your self like me 😉

We visited for the Vegetarian Cooking Class and it was so fun! The chef was super helpful and really great at explaining why we were doing super steps / how it would affect the final dish. We learned new techniques, new recipes, and got to enjoy a delicious meal at the end! I would highly recommend trying the class, no matter your current comfort level in the kitchen!

While visiting the area we ordered a couple of the meal kits. The Charcuterie board was amazing quality and the amount of food was very generous. We also did the burger dinner which was good too. Simple preparation instructions, fresh ingredients and they share the recipes!

Kate and I had the Seinfeld take home dinner last night. It was the best meal we've had in a long time. We especially enjoyed the lobster bisque and the salad course. Wine pairings worked wonderfully, glad we ordered that! The roast chicken was perfect and more than ample -- we have left overs for another day. We'll be ordering again!

Excellent experience in learning about wine varietals, the wine-making process, do's and don't of wine pairings etc. Sommelier Alex Evans, SCS instructor, definitely knows her craft.

I took the Fish and Chips cooking class and it was really fun. It was super organized and Chef Eli is great. He spoke clearly and answered all my (too many!) questions! I would taker another for sure! Thanks!

If I could attend all the student lab dinners, especially with guest chef alumni, I would. Anyone interested in the culinary arts and helping the next generation of up and coming chefs, needs to attend. You shan't be disappointed. For me, it is well worth the hour and a half drive.
