Strato at Troika Sky Dining

We had an absolutely unforgettable dining experience at Strato. The place is breathtakingly beautiful, with a warm, elegant ambiance that’s perfect for a special night out. The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive, making sure we were well taken care of throughout our dinner. The chef did a splendid job every dish was rich in flavor, beautifully plated, and clearly made with care. We spent about two hours enjoying the meal, and it was worth every second. Strato is perfect for special occasions, so if you’re planning to go, I highly recommend making a reservation at least a month in advance, especially during peak seasons or weekends. For those who do not consume alcohol, Strato does serve alcohol, but you can request a no-alcohol preparation. They are very respectful of such requests: • They use separate utensils and plates, • And even during cooking, they ensure your meal is prepared without any contact with alcohol or shared surfaces. We really appreciated their attentiveness to this and felt comfortable dining there. Overall, a 10/10 experience. From the view to the service to the food everything was excellent.

We visited Strato on a Saturday night and had a booking for the Terrace. The ambience was lovely, and the atmosphere made for a perfect evening. Our waiter was very friendly and took the time to walk us through the menu. The food was absolutely delicious — we had a pizza, gnocchi, and pasta, all of which were cooked beautifully. Paul, the bartender, was great in helping us pair a wine with our food. His knowledge and recommendations really elevated the experience. Dessert was a great finish to the meal — the perfect sweet touch to end the night. All the staff were fantastic and made us feel very welcome. A wonderful evening overall!

Amazing experience here for a birthday celebration. All dishes we had were delicious and table service was top notch! Ordered the egg drop soup, slow cooked veal shank and a fresh pasta dish. Their staff Rezzak has astound knowledge of their menu items and walked us through to choose the ones best suit our taste, not to mention his attention to details while taking good care of us. Best dining experience we had so far in KL, big thumbs up 👍🏼

I went to strato on (9/9/2025) for dinner with family. I had such a wonderful experience here. All the staffs were friendly and attentive. Special thanks to Saied and Razzaq, who went extra and beyond to make our dining experience amazing!! All the foods that i ordered were absolutely flavourful, amazing and beautifully presented. I love the ambience too well its sky dining with breathtaking views😍🤭 Highly recommended for those who wants to try Italian sky dining experience in the heart of the city, Kuala Lumpur.

A truly 5 star experience from my previous experience 9 years ago. The staff were amazingly helpful, attentive and friendly. The food was delicious and the view speaks for itself. I started with the complimentary bread which was more like long croutons. Baked with olive oil, it was flavorful and when dipped with the accompanying dips, elevated the experience more. Next we're the Beef Prosciutto & Buffalo Mozzarella Crostini. Thinly sliced cured beef pairs well with the buffalo Mozzarella on top of the crusty crunchy Crostini bread made this a great starter. The pasta Linguine ai Frutti di Mare was a letdown for me. Although the pasta was cooked to perfection al-dante, the sauce however lacked flavorful especially when there's seafood. It should be bolder and punchier but here it was very mild. The Seafood was plenty of course. The Scallopini di Pollo Al Limone e Olive Verde was amazing. The chicken was super moist and juicy and the salty olives and mushrooms and artichokes mated well with the chicken basking it with saltiness and a pinch of sourness. It was a good balance. The House Made Italian Sausage pizza was delicious and delightful. The sausages cut into small pieces and scattered on the pizza with sweet sour capsicums, pickled onions and tomato sauce base was simply wonderful. The way an authentic pizza supposed to taste. I would give the chocolate cake a miss and go for the gelato especially Fior de Latte. Now that's an Italian gelato! Was it better now than 9 years ago? No it wasn't better, it was MUCH better. Last time I had the small cramped space upstairs and you had to navigate thru the suspended spiral staircase. Everytime you need to go up and down you need to cross with the servers as the kitchen is upstairs and main dining at the lower level. This time I sat at the lower level and it was much cooler, roomier. You should give this place a try for some excellent Italian food with a scenic view of KL

It’s always nice to come back here. Service was great the last time I came here but it’s even better now. Food was so delicious and very well priced. I had the course dinner and to my surprise everything was just on point. From the appetisers to the dessert and drinks. Saied was our hostess that night and he was very attentive and proficient. The atmosphere is of course wonderful, the view faces the KL skyline and it’s even more beautiful at night. Love love love this place. Will definitely come back.

Great anniversary dinner experience here. Got the set dinner for 2 which had great appetisers, decent mains and a lovely tiramisu dessert. We were served by Razaq who was super helpful, gave great recommendations on food and beverages and was just welcoming overall. Great view of the city with the Merdeka Tower and KL Tower straight ahead of the terrace seating. Would recommend!

We indulged in their signature Burrata Mozzarella pizza, bursting with creamy pesto goodness, and the Ricotta Gnudi, a dreamy dish with sweet brown butter. The seafood pasta was a crowd-pleaser, packed with fresh flavors. The staff, especially the lively “Kakak Horlick Ais,” kept the energy high and made us feel so welcome. The service was spot-on, ensuring our group’s celebration flowed smoothly. Prices are premium (RM300-500 for two, drinks included), but the top-notch food and breathtaking views make it worth it for a special night out. Booking early is key, as dinner is mostly walk-in unless you’re a larger party. Strato’s Italian comfort food, warm hospitality, and sky-high charm made our birthday bash unforgettable!
