Everything about my stay was simply perfect. The location is peaceful, surrounded by refreshing greenery and cool Cameron Highlands air. The atmosphere is calm, relaxing, and truly feels like a getaway from the busy city.||||My room was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. From the decor to the amenities, everything exceeded my expectations, except the TV which not a smart TV (room for improvement). In terms of value, the experience was definitely worth it, excellent service and environment for the price.||||Cleanliness throughout the resort was top-notch, from the rooms to the common areas. Even the noise level was perfect; quiet, serene, and ideal for rest.||||A truly wonderful stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, nature and peace. Will definitely come back again, next with all my 5 children.

It's a 4-star hotel but feels like 5 star. Room and bath are very spacious. Located at the hills, very private and calm. Super cold despite no aircond. No heater but we were given a portable one when we complained that it's too cold 😅 Took the festive highland package which comes with complementary breakfast and dinner, so didn't have to worry about the meals. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel truly welcomed, cared for and celebrated. Special thanks to Kak Watie, Encik Zul and the head chef at the Lantern House (the hotel's chinese restaurant). They were very kind, friendly and super attentive to our requests during our honeymoon stay. The hotel staffs' kindness, professionalism and warm hospitality turned our honeymoon into an unforgettable experience. Will definitely come here again, no storm (incl. Senyar) could and would stop us. Thank you for making our honeymoon a memorable experience of our life. SPECIAL TIPS: Do bring lots of sweater and thick clothes, you'll need layers of them 🥶

I want to rate this place as 4 star but don't have the heart to. What was good; location, view, exclusivity, room decor, room size, the atmosphere of the place. Bad; nothing to do at night, no free regular service to town, very average breakfast. Suggestion for improvement; a bonfire, a common space for indoor games, better breakfast

Room are comfort and spacious. The layout definitely is great. Cleaniness is one the the key point. Staff are friendly and they provide the neccesity during the stay. However the swimming pool facility nees to be maintain, the water is quite cold and not warm at all, there were no new towel ready and we need to walk to the frontdesk to take the tower.

First stayed in 1988 with my family , the memory of the hotel still fresh in my mind. Came back in 2015, newly married and 10 years later in 2025, came with my own little family. This hotel certainly has some magic for it to be preserved for this years and yes, it’s still very sweet and close to my heart to be able to spend time with my loved ones at this hotel. The reception was amazing, steamboat dinner and breakfast was delicious! We were happy to hear that the swimming pool reopened, but didn’t manage to check it out. Will surely come again ! The location is tucked away and it’s absolutely wonderful for just being quiet and peace with nature. It’s certainly will not satisfy many people whom has high expectations, but if you just be in the nature peacefulness, you don’t need anything else more there. Room was clean, comfortable and there’s many parking spaces around.

I stayed at Strawberry Park Resort from 10 to 13 November 2025 and it was an unforgettable experience. My parents visited this resort 38 years ago, and seeing it still beautifully maintained with its original buildings made this trip very special. I stayed in the Fresno Family Suite at Block B, which offered fantastic views of the Cameron Highlands, as shown in my pictures. The room was spacious, comfortable, and perfect for relaxing. The breakfast spread and room service food was great. Getting around was easy because Grab cars were always available to Brinchang or Tanah Rata where food options are abundant. Despite being peaceful and quiet, the location was very convenient. The best part was the amazing service from the staff. Everyone was warm, helpful, and genuine, which made the stay even better. A wonderful resort with heritage, comfort, and beautiful views. I highly recommend this resort!

I had a truly memorable vacation at Strawberry Park Resort with my family. The resort offered a warm and welcoming atmosphere from the moment we arrived. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive.||The food was delicious, with a variety that everyone enjoyed, and the rooms were clean and comfortable, making our stay relaxing and pleasant. Overall, it was a beautiful family getaway, and I’m truly grateful for the wonderful hospitality. Highly recommended for families looking for comfort, kindness, and a peaceful retreat in Cameron Highlands.

Had a wonderful time here with my family. It was an unplanned stay and we were pleasantly impressed. The room is clean and big. The food and drinks at the restaurant were excellent. Would definitely recommend this place especially for those with family who want to enjoy quiet time surrounded by nature. Plus the staffs are amazingly helpful and friendly too!

There are no elevators from the lobby to the guest rooms! Basically, you have to lug your suitcases and/or carry-ons several floors up! This gets to be a problem for seniors who are vacationing and are physically challenged. Then before going in to the guest room, there are several small steps up before entry! Need to be wary and not be caught by surprise here. Now, onto the room itself ... n there is a connector door from the bathroom to the bedroom with the closet and luggage area close by! Not the best ideal layout for a couple traveling. And, there's no iron either. However, the rooms are big and spacious. There's even two balconies for us to enjoy the view. (Just make sure not to bring any Durian or Mangosteen into the rooms to eat as snack. There's a fine for that. Anyway, all the rules are listed in a small paper when you check in along with your key card.) Finally, their WiFi. It's signal quite weak. And, there's no password for their WiFi either. But all in all, I guess that this is the best option in the area. In addition, it seemed like someone nearby is having a huge party. The sound can be heard quite apparently!
