The room is nice, Alhamdulillah we got a great view. The food was marvellous and suited our taste buds. I definitely recommend this hotel. The Food&Beverages staffs were very polite as well. The surrounding was clean, the environment was beautiful. We checked out with Ms. Ika and she gave us some chocolate chip cookies which is very polite and kind of her. Would definitely come again as a family. Best of luck all the way from Penang, may your resort be successful always as it deserves it, all rounder in every aspect. 👍👍👍

The view was incredible, as we were on the top floor, but getting there required climbing four flights of stairs since there was no elevator. The hotel offered friendly staff and excellent facilities, including vegetarian-friendly restaurants, buggy transport between rooms and restaurants, a ping-pong table, a swimming pool, and a tennis court. However, if you don’t have a car, I wouldn’t recommend staying here, as the hotel is perched on a mountaintop, and you’d need to go downhill for basic necessities.

Giant rooms. Luxurious bathroom, balcony. Great views. The restaurants on site were good quality. The blow dryer did not work and a mosquito found its way in at night. Water pressure and temperature were problematic at one point. There does not seem to be a lot of walkable terrain around but we didn't have enough time to explore. They do offer lots of tours from the hotel.

The staff was friendly and accommodating, always willing to help with a smile. I felt genuinely valued as a guest, and that added to the overall positive experience. Given the excellent room, service, and amenities, I felt that the stay offered great value for the price. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area, and I’ll definitely be back for my next trip!

Lovely peaceful stay. Elegant hotel and facilities. Fantastic breakfast spread and stunning view. Package included nice hot steamboat dinner. Perfect weather and climate. Staff attentive and friendly.||Located higher above main town with shops and other attractions around 20 mins drive. Gets a bit quiet at night which was fine for us.

This is my go to place whenever I'm in Cameron Highlands. Great place to just unwind, relax and recharge. I was given a low-floor room during check-in, and requested to change room to the highest floor, and the staff immediately accommodated my request. Highly appreciate this. Although room furnishings were pretty dated but it was clean, adequate and most importantly, very spacious. Water pressure & hot water was constant. Perhaps management can consider to put fan in the room as it can get stuffy at times. Things to do - if you're looking for lots of things to do, this is not the place for you. facilities-wise, they have a tennis/pickle ball court, indoor swimming pool, gym, ping pong table, playground for the kids. Most people chose this resort to get some much needed R&R so it's really quiet.F&B options- they have few in-house restaurants. I was a little hesitant when I read reviews online that the buffet breakfast was mediocre but to my surprise, it was quite good. There's Nasi Lemak, Fried Rice/Noodles, congee, eggs station, pastry/toast, salads & fruits, yogurt, tea coffee. Overall it's a great stay, except when you get a large group of rowdy tourists who make noise, talk loudly, and smoke at the balcony.

Resort has great and speedy service by staff even at around 10pm. Family hotel room was well cleaned, and it also came with a breathtaking view of the hills from the balcony. Breakfast food was great as well as the Chinese food that we had for dinner. Other facilities are well maintained. ||Great family resort for a quiet getaway.

Yelp
There are no elevators from the lobby to the guest rooms! Basically, you have to lug your suitcases and/or carry-ons several floors up! This gets to be a problem for seniors who are vacationing and are physically challenged. Then before going in to the guest room, there are several small steps up before entry! Need to be wary and not be caught by surprise here. Now, onto the room itself ... n there is a connector door from the bathroom to the bedroom with the closet and luggage area close by! Not the best ideal layout for a couple traveling. And, there's no iron either. However, the rooms are big and spacious. There's even two balconies for us to enjoy the view. (Just make sure not to bring any Durian or Mangosteen into the rooms to eat as snack. There's a fine for that. Anyway, all the rules are listed in a small paper when you check in along with your key card.) Finally, their WiFi. It's signal quite weak. And, there's no password for their WiFi either. But all in all, I guess that this is the best option in the area. In addition, it seemed like someone nearby is having a huge party. The sound can be heard quite apparently!
