Stretch U Edmond

I’ve been coming to Stretch U for a couple of months now and it’s been really good for me. So glad they are in Edmond. The team is awesome. They are super friendly and definitely know what they are doing. Come check it out!

I am honestly impressed about how much better I feel. Caleb did a very thorough job and again I am amazed about how better I feel and the reduced pain in my body I figured I would try it because one of my chiropractors recommended it and massages weren't really helping. Resistance stretching really helped me.

I’ve been a customer of stretch u for over a year now. When I first came I was in a wheelchair recovering from a total knee replacement surgery. I could barley move. But with being consistent with therapy and going to stretch u I’m a lot better off now. Each specialist is good at what they do , but my favorite would have to be Bre Reid😊 She’s been stretching me the longest. I appreciate you all at Edmond Stretch U I would also like to add Ms. Heather as my other favorite stretch therapist. As Ms. Reid , Ms Heather does an awesome job ensuring I get the most out of each session 😊 Thank you ladies.

Today was my first time @ Stretch U! I didn't want to leave. I had my appointment with Bre! OMG she is amazing. So let me start off by saying I have had 2 full knee replacement within 2 years. I haven't been able to bend my knee and I still have pain below the knee cap. After expressing my concern to Bre she explained everything she would be doing and made sure I was comfortable will doing each movement. I know this was my first stretch here but after my 40 minutes I kidd you not I was able to bend my knee like never before all the way to the front and and to the back. The pain is moderate. I have already scheduled my following appointment and I can't wait! Thank you Bre for an amazing job! And thank you to my husband that actually thought of coming here and I tagged along!

Being a customer at Stretch U has made a positive impact on my body and life. My body was initially kind of stiff, but now I am more flexible and my body feels good. Keylyza is a great stretch technician who started off easy with my stretching and has gradually increased the pressure and the extension of my stretch. I’m excited to see and feel the condition of my body after a few more months of stretches.

Always feel amazing when I leave. Bre Reid does an incredible job as my therapist. My range of motion continues to improve as does my mobility and flexibility. I've gone to Stretch U for a couple of months and I really enjoy it! The staff is very friendly and they do a great job of stretching me. I feel fantastic after the stretch and would go everyday if I could.

I decided to come here for a trial once I started training for the OKC Memorial Half Marathon. It's been a bit since I've done distance running, so I wanted to stay physically healthy. I came in with low expectations, but was pleasantly surprised! I ended up signing up for a membership and would get stretched every week or every other. It was painful (in a good way), and I always walked out feeling pretty good. I've only worked with Caleb because I felt it was important for me to stay with the same person. The place was clean and therapist seemed to know what they're doing.

Always feel great after being stretched. Caleb is great! Highly recommend going there!

I have been Stretching with Stretch U for a while now. Look forward to every session. My mobility and flexibility are better than they have been for 20 years. I no longer need shots in my hip for pain. All the therapists are friendly and professional but a shout out to Bre Reid for her work.
