Lance is absolutely amazing! I have come in for two sessions now, and notice such an improved difference in my overall wellbeing and mobility. I have much less pain and have more energy. Lance is super flexible and adjusts to meet your needs. Highly recommend to anyone wanting to improve their health and wellbeing!

Caleah takes the time and patience to listen to your areas of concern. She always targets those problem areas, and I leave feeling so much better. The key to stretch is to maintain your appointments, you have to keep a consistent pace before you see long-term results. My L5-S1 needs surgery but with stretching and exercise I can maintain my quality of life!

Completely unprofessional. We rearranged our Saturday schedule for an appointment and show up and find out we aren't booked. I show the text conversation and the phone call logs with this location only to be met with a "sucks to be you" stare. No, "Im sorry about this, can we reschedule?" When I ask why we can't be fit in they say they are already booked. There were three workers and not a single other person in there. Even 5 minutes after the top of the hour no one else was there. It appears they wanted to go home early. Be better.

I feel rejuvenated every time I leave this place, and today was no different. Kiera did a great job. Her technique and pressure were on point. I'll be setting up another appointment soon. Thanks again!

Definitely recommend this place. I started coming to StretchU over a year ago when I started training for the OKC Memorial Marathon. Since it’s been a while since I’ve ran, I wanted to prevent injury and help with mobility. I started with a membership, then convinced my husband to join too. We both see the benefits of this place. I can usually tell when it’s been a bit since I have bad a stretch. It definitely helps when and if I’m more active. I have had Caleb as my therapist since the beginning and might have a sprinkle of others due to scheduling. I always leave feeling like a new and rejuvenated person!

Caleb has helped my son recover from an injury along with teaching him the benefits of stretching and making it a part of his daily routine. We are thankful we discovered StretchU and highly recommend it to anyone on their journey to a better lifestyle.

Caleb is amazing !!! He goes above and beyond for his clients and really provides a really good stretch your body will need! He helped me work on my back pain and now working to progress on more challenging and intense stretches such as the splits!

I decided to come here for a trial once I started training for the OKC Memorial Half Marathon. It's been a bit since I've done distance running, so I wanted to stay physically healthy. I came in with low expectations, but was pleasantly surprised! I ended up signing up for a membership and would get stretched every week or every other. It was painful (in a good way), and I always walked out feeling pretty good. I've only worked with Caleb because I felt it was important for me to stay with the same person. The place was clean and therapist seemed to know what they're doing.

Always feel great after being stretched. Caleb is great! Highly recommend going there!

I have been Stretching with Stretch U for a while now. Look forward to every session. My mobility and flexibility are better than they have been for 20 years. I no longer need shots in my hip for pain. All the therapists are friendly and professional but a shout out to Bre Reid for her work.
