Stunning meal for reasonable price. My partner had this wonderful seafood salad and I almost swooned at the delicious taste of my vegetarian poke bowl. They ran out of tofu and substituted with simmered lentils. Wonderful. What a win!

Had a really comfortable and pleasant stay here. Staff were very friendly and the room was perfect 👌🏼 the bathroom & shower was lovely and our room upstairs was so comfortable, it felt like your own little place for a few days. One of the most comfortable beds we ever stayed in. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone. It is expensive but worth it in my opinion. Thank you.

Nice cafe with decent breakfasts. The food is tasty and includes freshly baked bread. Our servers was a bit slow and did not take our order correctly, but the portions are large and the food is good.

Honestly, I would not recommend this place. It lacks in a dozen ways which hey are trying to make up for with (in my eyes) unnecessary details and, yes, quite friendly reception staff. But that is not what a hotel is about. Main negative points for me are: Rooms feel like a prison cell, uncomfortable, windows don’t open, rooms do not offer regular seating or packing spaces, toilet is claustrophobic, breakfast is very poor with too little choices, milk products tasted not fresh from the coffee machine, breakfast was announced for 7:00 but not ready before 07:30, restaurant staff is catastrophe not attentive and poor in service quality and communication, the beds in the room are American style, which means they are super soft and sink in a lot. To me that caused horrible back pain and I slept the worst here in a lot of years. With all of that it has a very high price that I feel is not deserved for this place. Sorry, please work on the comfortableness of the rooms, make sure that sockets and electricity installations are clean and in a position where they make sense. Set a definite breakfast time and keep it, work on your meal choices for breakfast.

Best.Hotel.Ever. Rotterdam is a great city but why would you leave the hotel if you're got a room like this?! Super friendly and helpful staff, decent prices considering what you get and an extremely relaxing experience all together. Great beds, soaps and bath gels by Rituals, quiet rooms too. Have stayed here three times now an will definitely go back. Oh, and the restaurant is a perfect way to end your stay there!

The room was basically a big bathroom with the bed on the upper floor so no space to work with a laptop in the room (no table and an office chair where i can work) and no lounge chair or a sofa to sit on. Which is weird in my opinion (i’ve been told that i can sit with my laptop in the restaraunt downstairs). In fact you get a big bathroom with the bed :D If i were on a business trip that would be a big problem for me. The hotel staff is very friendly and polite. Breakfast has not a lot of variety, the coffee is very nice.

Delicious food, friendly staff and a great atmosphere. The restaurant took my dietary wishes into account and explained each dish. There's also free parking in front and around the restaurant, which is a plus.

Nice hotel in short distance from city centre. Staf was friendly. Breakfast was good, but I think the life cooking could be better. It took quite a while for for eggs to be ready and I would not recommend the pancakes. It was confusing for us why we had to get coffee from the instant coffeemachine and could not get a coffee made by one of the two barista's. Bicycles were included in our rate. They were in need of some maintance, but took us where we wanted to go. I would recommend getting bikes to see the sights and explore the city.
