Unfortunately had a relatively poor experience here — we were so excited to come due to the glowing reviews. I had to go outside and double check that this was the right restaurant during our experience because it was so different than described.
Understandably, it was quite busy when we went and it seemed like they were relatively short-staffed. Even so, we asked for water 3 different times to no avail. eventually we finally flagged down a waiter for the 4th time and she came with a single water instead of water for the table. No worries, maybe a misunderstanding. We ask again for 3 more waters and it took quite a while for it to come.
Again, it’s a busy night, so no huge issue here. We wait for a very long time for our order to be taken — and a waiter finally comes around our table to say that we can order on the QR code. Even though we were given physical english menus, there online menu does not actually have a true english version (the dishes are still all in norwegian) and many of the dishes on the physical menu are missing in the online version. We finally manage to place our order after grabbing the attention of another waiter, and the food came relatively quickly.
Overall, I will say that the food was fine overall, and maybe we just had an outlier experience. The decor is also cute — so can understand why so many people like it here!
