Stuart Well is a vast area, so if you find yourself on the Stuart Highway, take a break at this Roadhouse. Here, you can enjoy homemade sausages, authentic Aussie burgers, and steak sandwiches prepared the traditional way with beetroots, along with burger options that include pineapple and egg. These simple, classic foods are hard to find in the cities. Rediscover the true essence of Aussie burgers, steak sandwiches and sandwiches!

The new owner of Stuarts Well has improved this place so much, and there's obviously a lot more improvements to come in the future.
Good food, wine and amenities and an awesome kids climbing frame.
Friendly chatty staff.
I now make it my overnight stop

We had a quick coffee break on the way back to Ayers Rock from Alice Spring. Staff were welcoming and friendly, coffee was fresh and nice, we bought some chocolate cake too and it was surprisingly good. There was plenty of seating to relax for a few minutes. A great little spot to take a breather on a long drive.

We didn't stay overnight here. We only stopped to stretch our legs, refuel and grab some supplies. For a country roadhouse it was well set out with largish open pub and expansive grassed beer garden. Even got a chance to say hi to the resident water buffalo.||The toilets were clean and shared with the caravan park. They have a reasonable sized shop, with souvenirs, and fishing gear. The food was fresh and tasty. Liked it so much we made sure to stop there on our back from Kakadu.

Has been turned into a complete dump.
It's lost all and any of its previous charm and character. Don't expect a warm, country welcome as the service is poor, at best.
Most of the time you are made to feel like you've interrupted the staff from doing something more important.
The bathrooms are filthy and stink of urine.
The showers, $5/person, are utterly gross.
The Camel Burger was absolutely the most disgusting and inedible thing I've ever eaten.
The meat was tougher than crocodile hide. Tasted like it had been boiled, microwaved, deep-fried then grilled to death.
Do not eat here.
No 91-octane available.
But trust me, buy the 95 and keep going, anywhere but here.

Fantastic service and great location. Stayed at the free camp with our bus and had plenty of space to choose where to park. Staff were friendly and serve great food. One stop shop if you’re passing through or wanting to stay the night! We will definitely be back

$150 got us a clean room and a super comfy bed — perfect for a night’s rest. But the real winner? The feed and the bar.|Chilled bar bloke, great music, awesome atmosphere… and the biggest beef schnitty you’ve ever seen. Seriously — check the pic, that’s a 6’4” bloke with a 61cm head for scale. Thing needed its own postcode.Food was spot on, beers were ice cold, and it made the long drive feel like a holiday. Absolute gem of a spot

Great place. We free camped in the free camp area. Plenty of space, level, great little roadhouse pub to have a beer. No phone service (optus) but free payphone out front.
