Ashley always goes above and beyond on my hair when I’m in town. She has always exceeded my expectations! She is so knowledge and is very personable. Book with her and you won’t be disappointed! The owner is pretty great too ;)

Studio 23 is my favorite place to be! Ashley is my stylist and the only person I trust with our hair! She knows all of my hair-story! For the last 4 years she’s the only person who’s been allowed to touch mine and my sons hair. In that Salon you’re family! Added a little ice to my spice 🍁❄️

I went and got my hair done today and Dasia KILLED it!!!! I went from box die brown to BLONDE!!!! She did absolutely amazing!!!!!

Keeping up with blonde is definitely hard to do! But ashley is able to do it every time!! She does an amazing job on my hair every single time! I will definitely continue going to her

Just had my hair cut by Brittany. I highly recommend her! She did a great cut, took time to listen to my hair wishes and hair troubles, gave advice on how to help my hair moving forward and was super friendly during the entire visit. If you are looking for someone that can cut short hair, she is your girl for sure. I won't be going anywhere else from now on.

I have been seeing Ashley for about a year now for my hair extensions. She is always personable and the owners are very nice they always remember each customer. Ashley is very knowledgeable with hair extensions and always does a great job with my color and my extensions. When I am there I feel like part of the family when there.

Brittany is amazing! I've always done the cheap places but when I went to cut my hair short I decided I wanted to find a steady person. Brittany quickly learned my hair and cut over 15 inches into a super cute style. She is friendly and sweet and affordable!

I asked for brown hair with baby lights, balayage and a $ piece and walked out with none of that. I thoroughly explained what I wanted and even showed her pictures. I was very adamant about how I did not want red in my hair & walked out with reddish/brown hair. To top it off, i was charged $240 (asinine for a new stylist to charge that much in the first place) when I was told over the phone that ballpark was $180. She also told the owner that we discussed price in person before she started, which was a lie. I thought it was maybe the lighting in the salon, so I waited to get home to get a better look and I was still not happy with the results. She also missed chunks of my hair when she cut it. I messaged her on IG that night, explaining how I was not happy with my hair, and she never got back to me so I contacted the salon directly. The owner was very professional and took the time to listen to my concerns, she fixed my hair and even refunded me some of my money (she did not have to do that, but that was very nice of her). She does an amazing job. I love my hair now.

My daughter wanted to get her hair highlighted for the first time so her grandma took her to Capri College and when it was finished you couldn't even tell she had her hair highlighted. I called Studio 23 and asked if they could "redo" it before her first day of school this Friday and they got us in TWO days later. Britney is the stylist that did her hair and she did an AMAZING job. The highlights were definitely noticeable now, yet they looked so natural. PERFECT for a young lady starting high school. I was very pleased and we will be back!

Hands Down the BEST Hair Salon you will ever go to. Today was our 1st visit to Studio 23 Moline. We allowed our daughter to get her hair colored for the first time. We were nervous at 1st but from the second I sent the message inquiring about doing Danikas hair we were put at ease. Josh did not just tell me what I wanted to hear . He actually took his time to drive to salon to speak with Heather & Ashley about the texture of our daughters hair and the color she wanted. When they say Heather is an expert in this field they are not exaggerating. She knew exactly what Danika would need and the deep conditioning serum she personally made is to die for. Danikas hair has never looked more healthier or alive. The color is Perfection. Thank you Ashley for the absolutely amazing job you did. Thank you Gage for the Space Buns. I went in for a lash lift last week. Was absolutely horrible. I followed all instructions. Woke up the next morning with all my eye lashes glued/lumped together smashed to my face. After being told " you can just pick the glue off your lashes until you wash them". did just that. It's now day 4. Still have glue in my lashes. Can't apply mascara as it's all lumpy. I spoke to who I would assume is the owner about a refund or other options. She said I could come back for a free fix with the same lady who messed them up. I politely declined as I didn't feel comfortable going back to the same lady. Again, I asked what other options were available and never heard back from owner again. Will NEVER return. Will never recommend!

I had my first appointment with Ashley for a coloring. I took in 3 pictures and made it perfectly clear what I wanted. I could tell she was getting nervous about what she was doing and called another stylist over for advice. I walked out of there with at least 3 different colors in my hair! An awful ashy green color. I paid$175 for this mess. I called and said I was unhappy and it wasn't close to what I told her I wanted. The Mgr. Heather, got me in the very next day and was absolutely wonderful. Mature, professional, and experienced. She fixed my hair and said no charge since it wasn't don't correctly. Even the slight trim on the back of my hair done by Ashley was choppy and unacceptable. I would NOT recommend Ashley! ​

Squeezed me in between clients. I was traveling through. Anne did a great job fixing a self cut. Clean and calm atmosphere.

ATTENTION (Very important review if you don't want your hair messed up) So I went and got my hair done at this place about 2 weeks ago maybe now. And when I seen the place I seen that it looked pretty good. I messaged and set up a hair appointment and was really happy and excited because I am always working and just wanted to pamper myself. Well when I decided to go check reviews I had seen there were several bad reviews about Ashley the girl about to be doing my hair so I decided to go and messaged and ask about it because you know I wouldn't want my hair to be messed up. Well when I asked they said she was at her prime. OBVIOUSLY NOT. I them processed to ask for photos. And I got sent photos of SOMEONE ELSES WORK. That happens to work at studio 23. At the time I did not know that. I have photos of it all. ASHLEY is the one who ended up doing my hair. And it turned out horrible. I literally made her stop doing my hair because it was so bad. After sharing my story on Facebook and it getting over 2000 reviews. I received multiple messages from strangers stating the same thing that it was horrible and Ashlee's mother heather. THE OWNER OF THE PLACE had to fix there hair and it still looked like crap. And I want to get the word out so no one goes to a place that lies and steals and is fraudulent. I have been thinking about going to the local news about this and having them make a report that way everyone finds out and stops going here. I find it to be so heart braking they used some other hair stylists work just to promote that ASHLEY can do hair. It's a lie NEVER book with her. Please make sure you read this otherwise the same thing is going to happen to you

First time client. Scheduled a haircut with Ashley after doing my research and reading the reviews. Upon arrival, I sat in a chair in the waiting area where no one greeted me or asked me who I was waiting for. I got up and said I had an appointment with Ashley at which point, Brittany said she would get me started. She directed me to her chair after shampooing me. I said, "Wait, who's cutting my hair?" She stated she was and that she specialized in short hair for women, or I could wait. I caved and proceeded to show her a picture and explained I wanted my hair to be piecy and feminine, which would have required a trim in the back and leaving the length on top and sides, in order to style and section. I ended up with a pixie; exactly what I DID NOT want. At no time was I asked if I wanted to change stylists . And I had to have my husband trim my neck due to the stray neck hair that wasn't trimmed properly. I do not recommend this business.

I would not recommend going to Ashley. I showed her 3 pictures of what I wanted and she didn't even come close to what I wanted. She also did a terrible job trimming the back of my hair. It was very choppy and uneven. I called and explained I was not happy. The Mgr. Heather, got me in the very next day and totally fixed the problem. She was very mature, and professional. I would not recommend Ashley! I thought this situation was resolved when I left the salon. However, the next day I received a telephone call from the owner of the salon. I was leaving so I sent a quick message saying I didn't have time to talk. I received a text message from Heather stating her daughter Ashley was her daughter and when she saw my review she cried and cried. I don't feel that is anything I needed to know. She messed up my hair, and needed to be held accountable so she could learn from it. She also said customers cancelled because of the review causing her to lose over $500. I didn't need a guilt trip because of this. After Heather fixed my hair I thought this ordeal was over, but it continued with the phone call and texts. I don't know what is going on at this business but you just don't operate that way. It's very unprofessional. The whole experience was very upsetting and caused alot of anxiety for me. Even though Heather fixed my hair, I don't think it was worth all of the drama.

I would definitely recommend Studio 23. I love how there are so many stylists and they can set there own schedule. I went to Alecia and as usual this girl made me feel amazing! We did a balayage and hair cut and everything was perfect. Highly recommend her!
