Bar none the best denim and workwear store on planet earth. The sales staff are incredibly accomodating. The service was like a 10⭐️ experience. And of course the goods for sale are out of this world good. To the staff, thank you so much for accomodating my requests. I wish I had infinite money because this was denim and leather heaven.

I buy here jeans,very helpful and friendly staff. The selection of jeans from the Studio d artisan brand was really large. I was satisfied with the visit.

My man had to get his denim jeans here. The hip vibe, friendly staff & quality clothing is so amazing! No tax if you show your passport.

Great store for all things denim and leather. Purchased a pair of jeans from here and could not be happier. The staff were extremely helpful in finding the right fit and pair for me, taking the time and answering all my questions. Their English is great. Would love to just buy all the denim they have.

I'm not a jeans expert but my son wanted a pair of quality jeans and the staff was very accommodating. Explained and checked on details and came up with a pair that fit exactly what he wanted. Really happy with the purchase and if the jeans hold up to what people say it is 100% worth a visit.

Disappointing experience. The staff's behavior was unprofessional and made me feel uncomfortable. I was treated differently based on my cultural background, and it was clear that some employees lacked understanding and empathy. Meanwhile the American couple that was there shopping had a lot more attention & proper service. Just because someone is not the right skin colour according to you it doesn’t mean they don’t deserve good service! Until the company takes steps to improve staff training and customer service, I wouldn't recommend shopping here.

One of my favorite denim brands. Love the quality and workmanship of their products. I hope they can add more selection for the ladies.

My husband and I stumbled upon this denim shop yesterday since we were walking around the Harajuku area! He loves denim and leather jackets so he wanted to try on a few jackets here but I wanted to say the staff here (the younger and older guy) were both extremely rude and stand offish! I had crossed my leg because that is how I sit and the older guy told me "Please dont cross your legs" because apparently he didnt have space to walk past me even though the space was large enough to fit! My husband went to take a jacket to try on and the younger guy helping him shouted out "no dont try on" then hastily grabbed it and said he had to do it. Again how great are your clothes that this kind of behavior is tolerated, Im sorry Ive spent more money in other stores and havent been treated this rudely! Please go elsewhere to shop! I got the sense that we were treated like this because we were tourists from NYC!
