If the German artist Anselm Kieffer would ever open a showroom/gift shop this would come close. A monotone palette of cool grays spelling gloom and doom, an upside down crucifix, a scale to rival opera sets (Faust comes to mind) and an overpowering theatricality. A serious gallery vibe that accepts no humor or signs of everyday life. Luckily we were waited upon by a warm, friendly sales woman and when I inquired about who Oliver was, the designer himself suddenly appeared like the ghost of Christmas past, overheard my question but walked past by us oblivious to any basic courtesy. The two gray dogs, (of course they matched the overall palette of the interiors) , were also possessed by the owner's self importance. The only information I was able to get is that Oliver apprenticed under Tage Andersen, which if one has visited his flower shop (at København K- Helligånds), everything Oliver does now will make sense. The applejack afterall does not fall far from the tree.

I came in July during summer holidays and I was lucky they were open on a Tuesday. I was warmly welcomed and enjoyed the energy of the space. Visiting a few times is important to my process of letting dreams and plans form. I will be visiting again :)

They have some very unique fragrances. Expensive but definitely worth it. Excellent customer service too. They shipped everything to us in the US within 2 days.

I had followed this place from. The UK for so long and was so excited to visit when I moved to Copenhagen but I hated it when I visited. They followed me around the whole time and was completely at odds with creating a relaxing atmosphere. They have a weird fear you will take photos and copy their interiors. Weirdly I had a budget to spend but they made me feel so unwelcome didn't want to spe d any money there my friend also visited and they did same to her and we both hated the place. Visit to see but don't expect a good time or to feel welcome. So weird as photos would be good marketing and I didn't take any anyway

I want to live in this world. If you can’t take the gallery furniture home, then pick up one of their candles.
