Wow! Who knew I would find the perfect pottery studio to enjoy during our extended stay in London. Lucy, Gregory and Becky are creating something really special. There’s a tantalizing library of pottery resources. The atmosphere is friendly and thanks to the studio technicians, Lucas, Jade and Beryl, the studio is organized and clean! The classes are fun and really inform your clay practice. Whether you need a studio for a lifetime or a few months, they’ve got a member plan for you. I highly recommend Studio Pottery of London!

Have been a member since 2020 and have enjoyed every moment of the studio’s growth into the lively, creative, active pottery studio it is today. I can highly recommend to fellow ceramists’ at any stage of their ever developing skills sets. The studio is airy, light & beautiful with floor to ceiling 10m high windows and friendly open community.

I am a member at SPL and very much enjoy the beautiful light filled space and positive and supportive atmosphere created by fellow members. The opportunity to practice and try out different approaches is invaluable and I found it turbo charged my skills development. I would recommend membership to anyone who is confident making independently.

We had an amazing time at Studio Pottery London with Lev as our teacher as a taster session. It was great to first learn the different techniques on the pottery wheel and then we got to try out what we saw. Lev taught us how to wedge – prepare the clay – as well as centre – secure the clay on the wheel – and throw – pulling up the walls of the clay into a cylinder. Looking forward to collecting our glazed and fired pieces in a few weeks!

This is a true sanctuary for the London potter. Amazing natural light, incredible community, great glazing options and superior technician support. I spend as much time as possible here.
