The staff here are friendly but clearly outnumbered by the customers — four people total, with one at the fitting room, one near the entrance, and just one on the register. This means getting your requested items can take some time. For the “Paris T-shirt,” white and black are handled right at the register, but navy and green have to be brought out from the floor team — and since there’s only one staff member doing that, it can get pretty backed up. Once you understand that rhythm, though, it’s actually a chill experience.

What was originally a pretty nice experience (nice gentlemen serving us) turned horrible - a lady staff (long brown hair with brown spectacles) was super rude (claims that there’s a lot of people waiting) and refused to let us purchase a top when I said I didn’t need to try. I thought this wasn’t necessary - there’s only 2 fitting rooms, I didn't want to wait & just wanted to grab and go - precisely it’s a busy shop hence I didn’t want to waste our time. She shouldn’t be a service staff!

Stood in line for 2 different days. Adter waiting for 25 minutes and the line doesn't seem to be moving so left. Tried out the store in Paris too, same! So long story short, go early or prepare to be in line. If not don't bother.

Went in today, had to wait even though it was close to 7pm on a Wednesday night. Not much choice, especially in t shirts, place was packed.

Let's start with we waited in line outsoors for a hour in the hot sun 🥵. But my daughter got the shirt she wanted . She likes to collect the city stussy shirts. Glad they had some left after that wait . The workers were very nice and accommodating and got us in and out very fast .

Went into Stussy today and the long haired red headed lady who works there is extremely disrespectful, uncivil and made me really uncomfortable. I love Stussy and wanted to buy a few things but her behaviour made me want to leave the store as soon as possible. I needed a hat because it’s freezing cold out, bought one, and as I’m walking out she asks me to stop multiple times, and accused me of stealing in front of the entire store. She stopped me at the door and started yelling to her coworker at the cash where the other hat I was trying on went (I tried on multiple, I’m indecisive when someone is staring me down like I’m a criminal, and this was after the very nice gentleman, who works there also, told me I was welcome to). I couldn’t believe it. She was staring at me as soon as I walked into the store and would not take her eyes off of me (yet somehow missed the fact that I never stole, and would never steal anything??) Never asked if I needed help, never said anything, to the point that it freaked me out. I ALSO LITERALLY BOUGHT SOMETHING! I ended up scoffing and walking out. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. And you know what, if she was a decent human being, or good at her job and actually helped me instead of just staring at me like a suspect, I’m easy to convince, I’d probably have a couple new hoodies and a t-shirt right now, but I don’t. This is beyond unacceptable, unprofessional, and disrespectful. I was a paying customer just minding my business. Now I don’t even want the hat I bought!

amazing workers and great wuality clothes, even though theres a line in front of the store, the hardworking staff makes it fast and easy for people to enter the store.

Cool store in a great area of Paris. Often a queue especially for the new drops. Best thing about the store is how friendly the staff are. Very helpful and patient despite the big crowds.
