My wife and I arrived in Milano for the first time today. We were so excited to visit the Stussy store. I read some reviews and some people gave it just 1 star. I am always in an upbeat mood so we went in the store with a positive attitude no matter who we were going to be in contact with in staff terms. We were kindly greeted right away by a nice girl named "Luna" and "Vittoria". They were so friendly and answered all my questions. My wife was then assisted by another incredible staff member by the name of "Lahasna". She then helped my wife with some t-shirts and some hoodies for my family. "Franceso" and "Davide" then also assisted us. They were too also so helpful and knowledgeable of all their products. I was so surprised that all 5 of them were helping us and making great conversations. Making us feel like family. There were so many other customers inside the store and it was so spectacular how they were able to multi-task and be so attentive to everyone. We asked Luna, Francesco, and Lahasna some recommendations to do in Milan. They gave us some tips and Vittoria and Davide gave us some names of some cool restaurants. After we made our purchase my wife and I went back to our hotel to rest and get some food. We came back later at night before closing because I wanted to buy 1 more shirt and a beanie. When we walked back in the store "Vittoria" once again gave us a warm greeting and remembered our names. Then the rest of the staff greeted us, giving high-fives and friendly hellos. Such a great feeling. "Lahasna" was already off and walking out but she took the time to talk to us and ask us how our day was going and what else we had planned. "Luna" and "Francesco" then joined in and we all had a convo. "Vittoria and "Davide" were with some guests and then started to join in again on our friendly convo. This staff really made us feel like family. So attentive to our needs, professional and kind, and we never felt rushed or annoyed at all. Can't beleive some people on the Google reviews section gave some bad reviews on customer service when we clearly got the best service ever. Not once, but twice! The team here at Stussy Milano is the main reason my wife and I are already planning a trip back here in hopefully a few months. Thank you team Stussy at Milano store! Great service at this store. The shop was also very well-stocked and neatly organized. A very friendly atmosphere, and the staff with the white earrings was especially polite and welcoming. They were very helpful in finding the style I wanted and offered useful suggestions. The I’ll definitely visit again. 🫡

The senior staff highlighted that we had to make our choices faster as the shop was closing in 30 minutes. This made us feel rushed and impacted our overall experience. Aditionally, the way the no tax free refund policy was communicated was not pleasant and could have been handled more professionally. The store had limited product selection. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations. We ended up going to Carhartt instead and purchase many items.

One of the biggest Stussy stores ive been to. The store is very nicely designed and has all the nice pieces instore. Sadly the staff weren't quite as nice as in other stores like for example at Stussy Amsterdam. They were quick to tell me off when i unfolded a T-Shirt to look at the graphic because they didn't want to have to refold them (It's a clothing store, come on). Other than that the store is nice. Will most likely return.

Great store, big but not a very big choice stüssy in paris was smaller but grater choice. Either way Stussy shop is always worth visiting

Visiting this store was truly eye-opening. I didn’t realize a retail space could function perfectly well without any actual work being done. Every staff member — including security — was deeply dedicated to their phones, which I assume must be part of some advanced training program I’m not aware of. Customer care? Interaction? Acknowledging people? Clearly optional. The team seemed far more invested in their own conversations than anything happening in the store. If the goal was to create the atmosphere of a break room where customers accidentally wandered in, then congratulations — they’ve absolutely mastered it.

Amazing experience! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, with a great selection of items despite what some other reviews say. They even went out of their way to another store just to get change for me – truly exceptional service!
