Stüssy Shibuya Chapter

I was there around 10:50 and there were 10 people ahead of me. Everybody rushed into the store and grab “Stussy Tokyo” and asked available sizes. Unfortunately, almost all medium size was sold out (seems like they don’t restock inventory everyday). I picked a sweatshirt with a large size and checked out without checking its price. I was shocked because of its high price but decided to purchase one to memorize my Tokyo travel.

Great store overall. I don’t know why people gave bad reviews at this location for no reason i mean of course there’s a line before they open but as soon as the door opens it moves quite quickly and smooth. There’s a doorman who straighten up the people and the line moves like butter. I had a great experience at this location with no issues and it was my first stussy by the way. The saleslady was very nice and friendly even offered me for some available stock they have because i was looking for a specific hoody that says stussy tokyo logo. Also, they have variety of sizes. Other than that it was a decent store and pretty sure everyone was helpful. You get a discount if you a have a foreign passport! Such a treat! Definitely coming back for the third time 🥰

Don’t panic when you’re seeing a long line to get in the store, it’ll move so fast. The employees are polite and helpful. You can ask for tax-free if you’re a foreigner. But some of their collection or size are sold out. But overall 🔥, i’ll return here someday

Staff were very friendly, accommodating and helpful (I saw them help a couple grab multiple sizes - multiple times) They managed the crowd exceptionally. At open, everyone rushed to the chapter section and they were able to take care of every customer. Their english skills were great which helped them expedite transactions. Note: Prices are much higher compared to Stussy in North America

I’ve been there a couple of times but most recently I went to the ss26 drop. One of the staff members was incredibly helpful when I was trying to pick the right size for a jacket. I don’t really know his name but he was wearing a septum piercing I think.

It’s a very organized store and we loved going in since it wasn’t packed. One of the employees there though was so helpful and nice and would continue to help us when we asked for sizes.

I had a mixed impression of the store; it was crowded on a Wednesday evening, the selection was very limited, the space was cramped, and they didn't let me try on the T-shirts, which seemed odd. I wanted to buy one as a souvenir, but I was disappointed and left empty-handed. I didn't really communicate with the staff, so I can't say anything about them.

Friendly staff, didn’t have the piece/size my wife wanted but was able to find something else. Thoughtful store they wrapped out shopping bag with a plastic bag so it won’t get wet in the rain.
