We chose this restaurant in St. Moritz to celebrate my birthday, and it was a wonderful experience. The atmosphere was warm and refined, and the temperature inside was perfect — comfortable and not overly hot, which we really appreciated after visiting several restaurants in Switzerland.
Our waitresses were amazing — kind, attentive, and very helpful — and they genuinely enhanced our evening.
We shared four beautifully prepared dishes — Venison Carpaccio, Open-Style Cordon Blue (with winter truffles on top 🤤), seasoned roasted brussel sprouts (OMG, so delicious), and we tried a side of Rösti— along with one bottle of Champanel Grand Cru Pinot Noir, and finished with Flon de Savièse, all excellent and thoughtfully crafted. As a lovely surprise, the staff also brought me a special birthday dessert, which made the night feel truly memorable.
A perfect place for a special occasion and one we would happily return to and recommend.
