Overall, I would recommend this hotel for family or friends. The lobby is quite big, with lots of seating. The staff at the front desk is very accomodating and the door man is very nice. The rooms are great, the beds are clean and in order. There's a fridge and a coffee corner on the side. The bathroom is clean, although, you have to call room service to get your toiletries. We visited on the third weekend of May, there's a wedding and the place is busy. But after the event, the place is calmer.

I will never go back here, I drove from Angeles City for a PRA event and had to be here at 8am ,exhausted and tired asked for early check-in it’s now noon time and early check-in is still not available 😡

At first, it feels sophisticated to enter such a beautiful place filled with elegance. The tables, chairs as well as the chandeliers — they are very pleasing to see. Unfortunately, one of the air-conditioners malfunctioned until it started to spew a lot of smoke inside the event. Then things happened. (I was about to eat my dish filled with sisig, fish fillet, and some sort of fried veggies with a sauce.) After the tragedy, we only served a plate of pancit and rice. What happened to the food (sisig, fish fillet, fried veggies???) As for the service, well, I can't blame them cuz the staff are merely doing their job, so 5/5. I want to rate it a one star, but dancing with one of my comrades removed my anger, so... I'll still give 1 star.

I just do not understand why this hotel cannot afford hairdryers in each room, I stayed two nights and each day I need to request a hairdryer and then waited for 20 to 30 minutes where my hair was already 100% wet to almost dried in the air conditioner room which causing me a headache.

Nice place but internet connection is too slow

This place deserves less than one star. Here’s a list of issues we had 1. AC did not work well 2. No hot water (at all) 3. Windowless rooms (overall design is bad) 4. Ice cold breakfast If the owner wants to deny these facts, go ahead. I’m just relying what we went through. I even left my room early and checked in somewhere else. Writing this review from the wonderful MANSION GARDEN HOTEL!

The hotel is accessible to all establishments outside. As a matter of fact you can walk if you want to go outside and do some malling, shopping or even a good massage it's just a few meters away. Room is spacious and the condition of the hotel is good. Aircondtioning unit really worked well it's cold. The water pressure is good too. As for the service they accorded a fast, genuine and friendly service you can feel their warmth. They were all kind and accommodating. Food is delectable, I liked the breakfast buffet. Solid. Burp burp. All in all one of the enjoyable staycations that I had. An amazing experience. Kudos to everyone. Keep it up. 😍😍😍
