Subic Bay Travelers Hotel

Accessible to all. Nice and friendly staff. The rooms are clean and well maintained. The place is quiet. Rooms are spacious.

Overall, I would recommend this hotel for family or friends. The lobby is quite big, with lots of seating. The staff at the front desk is very accomodating and the door man is very nice. The rooms are great, the beds are clean and in order. There's a fridge and a coffee corner on the side. The bathroom is clean, although, you have to call room service to get your toiletries. We visited on the third weekend of May, there's a wedding and the place is busy. But after the event, the place is calmer.

At first, it feels sophisticated to enter such a beautiful place filled with elegance. The tables, chairs as well as the chandeliers — they are very pleasing to see. Unfortunately, one of the air-conditioners malfunctioned until it started to spew a lot of smoke inside the event. Then things happened. (I was about to eat my dish filled with sisig, fish fillet, and some sort of fried veggies with a sauce.) After the tragedy, we only served a plate of pancit and rice. What happened to the food (sisig, fish fillet, fried veggies???) As for the service, well, I can't blame them cuz the staff are merely doing their job, so 5/5. I want to rate it a one star, but dancing with one of my comrades removed my anger, so... I'll still give 1 star.

The hotel is accessible to all establishments outside. As a matter of fact you can walk if you want to go outside and do some malling, shopping or even a good massage it's just a few meters away. Room is spacious and the condition of the hotel is good. Aircondtioning unit really worked well it's cold. The water pressure is good too. As for the service they accorded a fast, genuine and friendly service you can feel their warmth. They were all kind and accommodating. Food is delectable, I liked the breakfast buffet. Solid. Burp burp. All in all one of the enjoyable staycations that I had. An amazing experience. Kudos to everyone. Keep it up. 😍😍😍

We recently booked a room in this hotel bec all the other hotels within Subic bay are already full. ||1. Check in was a breeze. |2. Ample parking lot in front of the hotel. |3. Room is clean except for the molds in the bathroom. Has simple, minimalist vibe. Beddings are good. |4. All their rooms are for twin sharing (2 double beds) but they were able to move the beds together to accomodate us (we were with our 2 kids). |5. Room specs said there was supposed to be a hair dryer in the room but there was none. |6. Room has no view. No window. It can trigger claustrophobia but is good enough if you are out majority of the day and just want somewhere to sleep for the night. |7. The pool is cute but can be a bit crowded because it’s small.|8. We thought that their Breakfast buffet has very limited choices and not sulit for their asking price so we opted to go to the nearest convenience store. However, the rain is pouring hard when we check out so we decided to have our lunch at their restaurant. Food was great with big servings. |9. Most ( but not all) staff were courteous.||Overall, we did not encounter major problem during our stay in this hotel. We enjoyed our stay.
