Disappointing Experience – Missing Item and Poor Service
I stayed at this hotel about two weeks ago, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. On the second morning, after the room was cleaned, I noticed my nightdress had gone missing. I reported it to reception, asking them to check if it had been accidentally taken with the laundry. I received no update until I followed up myself.
The receptionist I spoke with seemed uninterested and unhelpful. When I asked to speak to the manager, I was told he wasn’t available and they refused to provide his contact information. I was assured he would be informed and would reach out to me via email — but I’m still waiting to hear back.
It’s very disappointing that personal belongings can go missing and no one takes responsibility or even follows up. Guests should be aware that their items may not be safe.
Housekeeping was inconsistent. While the cleaning was fine when done, my room wasn’t cleaned at all for the last three nights, despite my request to at least have the towels changed.
The only positive aspect of my stay was one of the receptionists, Kahina, who was friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful. She stood out in an otherwise frustrating experience.
