Sublimis Boutique Hotel

Sublimis is ideally located on the beach promenade in Camogli. We stayed 3 nights in room 303 and the views from our balcony were breathtaking. This hotel is by far the best viewpoint for the ocean and the dockside. The room was spacious and comfortable with a walk in closet so it was easy to handle unpacking and packing. The noise from the street can filter through so I definitely suggest packing earplugs for light sleepers. The air conditioning worked well. The breakfast buffet was delicious. The real stars was the hospitality staff who were wonderful and helpful. They went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. Many thanks to the staff for making our stay so memorable, especially the mixologist Veronica who made the most delicious cocktails for us. The hotel’s ideal location ensures that you have direct beach and promenade access. The close proximity ( 4 minute walk) to the train station was also a huge plus. Highly recommend this hotel. We cannot wait to come back!

A huge disappointment!!!!!! At the beginning, I was so happy to find a place with a beautiful view for celebrating a birthday. In the end, aside from the beautiful view, they didn’t have anything else to offer. I had called in advance to book a table and get all the information, but when I arrived, all the information they gave me was wrong, and I was completely confused. Instead of a buffet with two plates included, as I was told over the phone, they claimed it was a misunderstanding and included only a hot drink, but if we wanted, they could make an omelet for us. When we came for lunch and were looking to celebrate a birthday and obviously wanted to enjoy a good bottle, the manager showed no interest in resolving the misunderstanding or satisfying the clients, ignoring the fact that we were celebrating a birthday. This completely diminished our desire to stay there, so we left and found plenty of good places nearby. I can now understand why this place is completely empty and has so few reviews; they seem to prioritize the hotel, but not the bar or the restaurant. It’s a pity—the view is really stunning, but the rest is a mess.

Boutique hotel with phenomenal views. Excellent service, top notch drinks by Veronica. Staff always checked if the food and drinks were to our liking. High end decor with lots of attention to detail.

This place is an absolute disgrace. The staff move like they’re wading through tar, completely indifferent to the fact that customers are standing right there, waiting to be served. I had to ask FIVE times just to place an order – and each time I felt like I was inconveniencing them by daring to speak. The woman behind the counter clearly couldn’t care less – glued to her phone, laughing and gossiping with her friends, while I stood there for 15 minutes like an idiot, ignored as if I didn’t even exist. It’s nothing short of a scandal. The sheer lack of respect for customers is shocking. I honestly don’t know how a business can afford to treat people this way and still keep its doors open. With service like this, it’s only a matter of time before they lose every last customer. Avoid at all costs – unless you want to experience being blatantly disrespected and humiliated for free.

Wow, what an amazing experience. First Camogli is a bit underated in my opinion. It is, in my view, the most charming town on the italian riviera. Srcond, the hotel is located at an amazing point on the promenade with literraly breathtaking views. Third the service is really excellent - very friendly and accomodating to any needs or requests. The rooms are very nicely decorated and excellently maintained. Loved it and will be back for sure.

I absolutely adored this hotel and the little town of Camogli. The hotel is perfectly located, right on the beach and a 2-3 minute walk from the train station. The hotel is located in a pedestrian zone, with many nice restaurants close by. The breakfast was fantastic, the room very clean and comfortable, and the views from the hotel were amazing. I loved watching the sunrises/sunsets from the terrace. The staff could not have been nicer. I received a very kind, prompt reply to every email I sent and every interaction during my stay was equally as thoughtful and efficient. A special thank you to Halima, who completed both my check-in and check-out. Thank you for going out of your way to make me feel welcome!

My husband and I stayed here for our Anniversary in 2023. It’s 2025 and we keep taking about coming back, staying at Sublimis in Camogli was the most beautiful place with breathtaking views of the Mediterranean and well appointed Rooms with nice toiletries and amenities. We loved having our breakfast every morning on the terrace overlooking the beach and the picturesque town. We loved the public beach below the hotel. Camogli is perfect because it’s a spot for local Italian tourists so we got the experience beautiful Italian people watching and enjoying the amazing service at the Sublimis. We cannot wait to come back and stay here again. Is like a magical place being in Camogli.

We fell in love with the Sublimis Hotel - and the city of Camogli - during our stay here for our honeymoon. The location is incredible, with rooms looking out over the main boardwalk and dozens of restaurants within 5 minutes' walking distance. On top of that, the public beach is accessible from the hotel's back entrance and the beach clubs are just a couple hundred meters away. The bed was comfortable, the AC was strong, the included breakfast was delicious, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. We would absolutely come back, and we would recommend Sublimis to anyone looking for a place to stay along the Ligurian Sea.
