Never order from here. I have been going here in person for years, everyone who worked there was awesome, and they made great food. The opposite happened when I ordered today, so clearly the place totally changed recently, and I’m not going back.
I got a text that my food was "on its way." An hour later, it still hadn't left. When I called, I was told, "It got busy," but it wasn't clear why my order was the last priority and was ignored for over 60 minutes. The food showed up 90 MINUTES after I ordered and called twice, and I’m two blocks away. (I have a defined lunch break, and I couldn't touch the food until much later.) But I figured at least I would get the usual great sandwich, right? So I open it up, and... the order was completely wrong. Everything I asked NOT to be put on the sandwich was there, yet the key ingredients in the sandwich were missing, and there was almost nothing on the sub. It's pretty egregious that after a 90 minute wait, they didn't offer even a partial refund and made the wrong sandwich--and terribly, too.
A lot of people at my job go here, but my friends and I decided not to go back in person after this. I could maybe excuse them forgetting about my order, but not after me calling twice, and I can't excuse a bad sandwich... that had everything wrong. Not sure what changed during the pandemic, but this isn't the place it once was
