FOOD: *Now that Subway is slicing their own meats in the stores rather than than having pre- packaged meats, the subs seen a bit fresher. * I got the club foot long, which comes with Black Forest ham, Roast Beef, & Turkey. The meat was pre-sliced. It was razor thin. I could taste the hame and turkey, but not the roast beef. *I chose the herb bread. It was fresh. *I had the sandwich toasted, which I recommend. I taste better warm and melts the cheese. *You get to choose between pepper jack, provolone, & white American cheese. I was disappointed because my wife likes shredded cheddar, which they used to have.I opted for white American for her sandwich, while I had pepper jack. They put three slices on each sandwich; no complaint. *You choose your toppings; lettuce, tomato, cucumber, bell pepper, purple onion, pickles, and banana pepper rings. The wife had lettuce & tomsto; plenty put on. I chose lettuce, tomato, onion, & banana ring peppers; plenty. *You choose your condiment; Southwest Mustsrd, Mayo, Ranch, Honey Mustard, Creamy Garlic, Vinegarette, & Teriyaki. I chose Honey Mustard. Plenty used. I was dusappointrdvtgar they no longer have avocado -- like a guacamole consistency tha you could add to your sandwich. SERVICE: The girls, only 2 of them, were ok. They were a little rote, no real chat, & and no cheerful demeanor. They need to enjoy their job, exude some cheerfulness, & schmooze a nit more. ATOMSPHERE: The place is dimly lit, but it was clean

The staff here was very friendly. And that range means everything they talked about, how they offer a discount through their sister company, attached to them. The store was clean. The only thing I would have to say is I think I got some bad lettuce or spinach because they looked a little wilted, and I felt very sick after eating it.

It is very annoying that you can never place an order online at this subway for pickup. I don't want to use doordash or some other food delivery service. I just want to place an order and pick it up myself.

I called to put in an order and manager said I had to order two sandwiches and they couldn't take my order. Sounds like bad customer service to me.

The food was good. It's subway and tastes like subway. But the guy who came in to cashier right at the time my 3rd sandwich was being put together asked me a question. So I didn't hear him correctly because I was still talking to the other lady when he interrupted me. I answered yes, which was the wrong answer, I thought he asked if the 2 were mine. He rudely said ma'am. What is this sandwich. So I took the card my mom wrote her order on and tried to show him still with a smile. He glared at me and again rudely said ma'am I'm not gonna read your writing. So I told him he didn't need to talk to me like that. So he raised his voice and said ma"am I'm not talking to you like anything and if you're taking it like that that's on you. So all I did was stop, answer his questions while he was being short with me and I left feeling horrible and sick to my stomach. Shame on him for doing that!!

Went Wednesday night with my family. Breanna greeted us warmly and was very friendly and helpful as she helped our family while she made our sandwiches. She was patient with one of our group who was having a difficult time making up their mind. All our sandwiches were made correctly and were delicious. Josh was also working that night and jumped in to help with other customers so they didn't have to wait on us. The restaurant was clean and well stocked. Great experience.

Recently had a terrible experience at subway, but these two ladies made me and my boyfriends day! After days of long travel we walked in and got immediately greeted and seen as people, she urgently took care of us and I've never felt so thankful for that experience!!!

Never mess up my order go in and out quick. Some workers are a bit rude but other are very nice. I wouldn't blame them being at work is always tiring.

I started going here once a week after class at Palo Alto College. When you first walk in there's always a long line so expect to spend 5-15 minutes in line. The person who starts off your sandwich will try to offer you all the deals for the day, it comes off as very PUSHY. If I wanted to add extra cheese and meat I would've asked for it. So expect to get the wheeling and dealing right when you get there. They COUNT THEIR VEGETABLES (out loud). I've never seen a subway do this but by doing this the sandwich comes out SKIMPY. You'll have to ask for extra veggies if you want more, and their reaction will make you feel BAD FOR ASKING. Today was a special day however. I got to the register ready to pay. I just got the sandwich with ONE NAPKIN and NO BAG. (She seemed angry that I just wanted the sandwich and not the meal; what?) I politely asked for a bag and the girl said "Damn!" and grumbled some other stuff under her breath. (Only God knows what rude stuff came out of her mouth.) SHE PUT MY SANDWICH IN A BAG AND SLAMMED IT ON THE COUNTER. I know she used strength because it literally bounced. I've been to subways across the US and even in Hawaii. This was the WORST EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD. Do not go here. There's better ones across the entire country that won't treat you like you're the problem.
