What an embarrassment of a “sandwich.” Should have ordered from Jersey Mike’s instead. I got a dribble of mayo, no vinegar, no onions, the sandwich is stale bread and spinach. They also did not include the cookie that I paid for. What a waste of my time and money. I will absolutely never re ordered from this place or go in person. Whoever prepared this order clearly needs trained.

Tried to go in at 5:30 p.m. to get dinner lights are on open sign was on doors were locked nobody in sight. Tried knocking on the door several times with no success.

This place really did a difference in business edict and customer service within the past 6 months. Whoever made that decision deserves this review. The ONLY issue I have is simple... why have a phone number listed or posted at all if you don't even have a phone to answer ?!

I just walked in with my baby and took her to the bathroom.she was already serving someone looks at me and say after him I’m not taking no more orders for 30 mins. I asked why is that something yall usually do she says I have no ingredients like I can’t see through the glass

What a super clean Subway! Thank you to the ladies working there today who made me the best vegetarian sub I have ever eaten. The food was fresh and tasty - and have I mentioned how clean this Subway is?!! I would have given this place 6 stars out of 5 but they stopped carrying Miss Vickies Sea Salt and Vinegar Chips ;-)

Sandwiches was somehow not only burnt but when I got the 5 min b4 it said it was done to pick up my Sandwich was cold already. How did u manage to burn it. Also after picking it up the website still said it wasn't done. No wonder this place is only 3 stars Had to add this but my Sandwich also only has 3 pickels, total. On a footlong, lazy workers! Don't eat here unless you like wasting money.

A female worker by the name of Shakiya was totally rude. She seemed like she didn't wanna do her job. No enthusiasm, no customer service at all really. The store was absolutely disgusting, smelled bad and the veggies weren't much better. Dining area was disgusting, the whole experience was just awful. Avoid at all cost if you can. Jimmy John's would never.

Stopped bye to use the coupons I received in the mail. Doors were locked after they said they were open. Thanks for nothing. Jersey Mike's is now my go to place!

Rude staff, rude management in store. Food soggy and not what I had ordered. Waiting for a call from the owner, which I'm guessing I won't receive. I ordered online through the Subway app for pick up - Between order and pick up it was a matter of less than 15 minutes (ordered at 11:15 Am - picked up at 11:28 AM). While picking up my order, 3 employees were behind the counter chit chatting, nothing unusual. Handed me my order and I was on my way. Upon return to my office I found that my sandwich was not toasted and the cheese was missing. I called to let them know I was disappointed, but didn't expect another sandwich or a refund. I was honestly expected an "I'm sorry" but boy was I wrong. I spoke with a manager named "Jennifer B." first, she insisted it was toasted, and I insisted it wasn't, as I was looking at it. She got aggravated and I asked who her manager was, she advised it was "Heather" and she was there. I then spoke with Heather - who was immediately confrontational. I was explaining I didn't care what Jen said, this sandwich was NOT toasted. Heather cut me off and asked me why we were talking if I didn't care....which isn't what I meant but I quickly realized I wasn't going to get anywhere with her. I requested the information for the owner - was advised his name is "Rick" and I'm waiting for him to return my call. I won't be going back to this location as long as their management team doesn't understand customer service and how far a simple "I'm Sorry" would have gone. This entire review is only happening because Jen and Heather were nothing but rude to a paying customer.

go some place else people Worst place ever... It all started a couple years ago when an employee came in from outside smoking a cigarette and went straight to the bread without gloves on...eww so gross, left without buying anything. So I decided to give them a second chance since it's been a few years just maybe things go better, sadly mistaken. Employees are rude and acted like she had somewhere else to be. But i wasn't sure if they were employees unless sweatpants, a pink hoodie and headphones are the new uniforms for subway. Then a girl from outside in street clothes comes in and jumps right to making sandwiches without washing her hands. Wow so nasty! Thankfully some other girl made my sandwiches. I'm sorry but this is inexcusable. Unfortunately that was my last visit to this location.

Been there over 10 times, the first 5 we're good times, the last 4 we're good and bad and the last time was horrible (bad bread, the meat had an horrible odor, it was inedible & deleterious to my health. Also the customer service was horrible & the food was so bad, I had to return it back

Well not a good day for me i am guessing, ladies who are supposed to be working were sitting and telling their friends how messed up their lives are and swearing and yelling, being aggressive! After I walked inn one of them had to stand up and serve me because they had no any other choice! I sat down to eat my food they kept saying it closes in 5 minutes over n over again! Well, i like the bread and thats the only reason i come in here but their veggies are so old that you dont even feel their taste! Hmmm not coming back i think!
