What an embarrassment of a “sandwich.” Should have ordered from Jersey Mike’s instead. I got a dribble of mayo, no vinegar, no onions, the sandwich is stale bread and spinach. They also did not include the cookie that I paid for. What a waste of my time and money. I will absolutely never re ordered from this place or go in person. Whoever prepared this order clearly needs trained.

This subway is by far the best one I've ever been too. The staff is helpful and patient if your undecided on what you want to order as well as informative and suggestive. As long as they keep selling the Chicken Bacon Ranch ill always recommend this place and keep returning.

I went to the Subway on Noblesteon Road. When I got there, the employee was outside smoking a cigarette. He said "just to let you, I only have Wheat." This is 1 in the afternoon. Why wasn't bread being baked. OK, no big deal. I walked into the shop and he followed me. He went behind the counter. DID NOT ATTEMP TO WASH HIS HANDS. I asked him, "aren't you going to wash your hands?" He said OK. He ONLY rinsed his hands. No soap. AND THEN ON TOP OF THAT, he wore NO GLOVES. I just walked out. Susan Cox

Tried to go in at 5:30 p.m. to get dinner lights are on open sign was on doors were locked nobody in sight. Tried knocking on the door several times with no success.

Within open hours yet they have a sign on the door saying “no bread for 2 hours”. That’s literally your whole menu demographic, what do you mean?? Not to mention no indication of when the two hours began. Absolutely ridiculous.

This is one of our toasted sandwiches and this is a toasted sandwich if you pull the meat down from the top of the bun of course it doesn't look toasted because the meat was on top of that side "in the toaster" and what happens to meat when it gets heated up it gets juicy and the juices go into the top of the bread it's sad when people try to scam places out of money and they want to try bash good people that work there for no reason because they've had a bad day. No greens because “corporate is cheap with their budget” So subway can’t afford lettuce and spinach? Yea I doubt that. Wish I knew my sandwich wouldn’t have the spinach I ordered before I ordered online…

just wanted my damn drinks and cookies man. letting a pregnant lady down. also fix your customer service. refund or substitute it for something. i’ve been behind that counter. EASIEST JOB OUT THERE. thank you

Rude staff, rude management in store. Food soggy and not what I had ordered. Waiting for a call from the owner, which I'm guessing I won't receive. I ordered online through the Subway app for pick up - Between order and pick up it was a matter of less than 15 minutes (ordered at 11:15 Am - picked up at 11:28 AM). While picking up my order, 3 employees were behind the counter chit chatting, nothing unusual. Handed me my order and I was on my way. Upon return to my office I found that my sandwich was not toasted and the cheese was missing. I called to let them know I was disappointed, but didn't expect another sandwich or a refund. I was honestly expected an "I'm sorry" but boy was I wrong. I spoke with a manager named "Jennifer B." first, she insisted it was toasted, and I insisted it wasn't, as I was looking at it. She got aggravated and I asked who her manager was, she advised it was "Heather" and she was there. I then spoke with Heather - who was immediately confrontational. I was explaining I didn't care what Jen said, this sandwich was NOT toasted. Heather cut me off and asked me why we were talking if I didn't care....which isn't what I meant but I quickly realized I wasn't going to get anywhere with her. I requested the information for the owner - was advised his name is "Rick" and I'm waiting for him to return my call. I won't be going back to this location as long as their management team doesn't understand customer service and how far a simple "I'm Sorry" would have gone. This entire review is only happening because Jen and Heather were nothing but rude to a paying customer.

go some place else people Worst place ever... It all started a couple years ago when an employee came in from outside smoking a cigarette and went straight to the bread without gloves on...eww so gross, left without buying anything. So I decided to give them a second chance since it's been a few years just maybe things go better, sadly mistaken. Employees are rude and acted like she had somewhere else to be. But i wasn't sure if they were employees unless sweatpants, a pink hoodie and headphones are the new uniforms for subway. Then a girl from outside in street clothes comes in and jumps right to making sandwiches without washing her hands. Wow so nasty! Thankfully some other girl made my sandwiches. I'm sorry but this is inexcusable. Unfortunately that was my last visit to this location.

Been there over 10 times, the first 5 we're good times, the last 4 we're good and bad and the last time was horrible (bad bread, the meat had an horrible odor, it was inedible & deleterious to my health. Also the customer service was horrible & the food was so bad, I had to return it back

Well not a good day for me i am guessing, ladies who are supposed to be working were sitting and telling their friends how messed up their lives are and swearing and yelling, being aggressive! After I walked inn one of them had to stand up and serve me because they had no any other choice! I sat down to eat my food they kept saying it closes in 5 minutes over n over again! Well, i like the bread and thats the only reason i come in here but their veggies are so old that you dont even feel their taste! Hmmm not coming back i think!
