Rude staff, rude management in store. Food soggy and not what I had ordered.
Waiting for a call from the owner, which I'm guessing I won't receive.
I ordered online through the Subway app for pick up - Between order and pick up it was a matter of less than 15 minutes (ordered at 11:15 Am - picked up at 11:28 AM). While picking up my order, 3 employees were behind the counter chit chatting, nothing unusual. Handed me my order and I was on my way.
Upon return to my office I found that my sandwich was not toasted and the cheese was missing.
I called to let them know I was disappointed, but didn't expect another sandwich or a refund. I was honestly expected an "I'm sorry" but boy was I wrong.
I spoke with a manager named "Jennifer B." first, she insisted it was toasted, and I insisted it wasn't, as I was looking at it. She got aggravated and I asked who her manager was, she advised it was "Heather" and she was there.
I then spoke with Heather - who was immediately confrontational. I was explaining I didn't care what Jen said, this sandwich was NOT toasted. Heather cut me off and asked me why we were talking if I didn't care....which isn't what I meant but I quickly realized I wasn't going to get anywhere with her. I requested the information for the owner - was advised his name is "Rick" and I'm waiting for him to return my call.
I won't be going back to this location as long as their management team doesn't understand customer service and how far a simple "I'm Sorry" would have gone.
This entire review is only happening because Jen and Heather were nothing but rude to a paying customer.
