Subway

This Subway doesn’t follow corporate standards at all. Portions are wrong, dressing amounts are random, and they completely ignore the quantities you select online (less, normal, more- means nothing here). They regularly turn off online ordering just to avoid taking orders. What’s the point of advertising a 24-hour location if you refuse to serve customers? The staff look utterly uninterested in doing their jobs. No urgency, no care, no accountability. Easily one of the worst-run Subway locations I’ve been to.

This review is regarding a deeply upsetting experience I had at the 24-hour Subway in Sunnyvale, California, on September 6, 2025, around 11:30 PM. My husband, two friends, and I visited after an event for a late-night dinner. There were two employees working a male and a female both of whom appeared disinterested and unresponsive to basic questions. When it was my turn to order, I mentioned my choice of bread, but the male employee placed a different one on the counter. I politely clarified that there might have been a misunderstanding and asked if it could be changed. Instead of resolving the issue calmly, he argued that I had said the other type, spoke rudely, and became visibly irritated. When I again requested politely to correct the bread if possible, he refused, continued muttering, and questioned why I “wasn’t clear the first time.” His tone and body language were aggressive and unprofessional. I told him that if he didn’t wish to prepare my order, that was fine. He abruptly said, “Okay, I won’t make anything for you,” and threw the food he was preparing into the bin in anger. I didn’t engage further and went to sit with my husband and friends, who had already ordered and paid. A few minutes later, he approached me again and told me to leave the store, saying that since I hadn’t ordered, I couldn’t sit there. My husband explained that we had paid customers at the table and that I was simply sitting with them. The situation became even more uncomfortable when the employee, who was on a phone call, began recording and taking pictures of me without my consent. I felt extremely uncomfortable, unsafe, and disrespected. As someone who works in a professional environment, I understand that misunderstandings can happen in customer service but this behaviour went far beyond that. It was hostile, unethical, and completely inappropriate for a staff member representing a global food brand. No customer, especially a woman, should have to go through this type of experience in a public place. I’ve already raised a formal complaint with Subway’s customer support team and hope that appropriate action is taken. This incident genuinely needs attention. This store also has several similar reviews highlighting unprofessional staff behaviour, which suggests a recurring issue that corporate Subway needs to address seriously.

Ordered Philly steak and added couple extra toppings through app. After couple bites I barely found some pieces of protein in my sub. I don’t think they fallow corporate guidelines for potions.

Dear Subway Team, I had a very disappointing experience at one of your locations late last night. I went in to order my usual tuna protein bowl, which I’ve been enjoying at Subway for a long time. I asked the staff to heat up the tuna in the oven — something I’ve always been able to do in the past — but they reacted unprofessionally, making faces and showing irritation instead of helping. Additionally, the vegetables at the store did not appear fresh, and the overall quality of the food was far below what I’ve come to expect from Subway. If I’m paying full price for a meal, I expect to receive the quality and preparation standards that Subway advertises in its menus and commercials. I strongly urge Subway to ensure that all franchise locations are following the brand’s service and product guidelines consistently. Experiences like this make loyal customers feel disrespected and disappointed. Please look into this issue and take appropriate action so future customers don’t face the same experience. Thank you for your attention.

First of all, there was a homeless guy sitting inside the store and tried to talk to me. He asked me for money. Good that the somebody stopped him. Secondly, I saw this coupon when I picked up mail so I just used it at the store. The store staff was upset about it when I said I have a coupon. She refused to ask me “toasted or not toasted” and refused to ask me if there is something I’d like or not like in the sandwich. This is 1st time to experience Subway staff not asking at all. So I checked with her to see if she is making my sandwich and I told her I don’t want jalapeños, but she did not care. She said whatever is in the sandwich is in there and I cannot choose anything. I was so surprised about their attitude. Third, their payment machine is a fraud. I normally tip in a restaurant even if it is just for pick up order. However, because of my experience, I felt a bit uncomfortable. But their payment machine would not let me proceed to payment if I don’t add a tip. When I asked, the staff lady just pressed a tip for me and pretended nothing happened. I was so shocked and I asked her “did you select a tip for yourself?” and she denied it. When I showed her the receipt, she got angry and threw the dollars back at me. I felt so insulted by the whole experience. I go to different Subway stores often. This is by far the worst experience I have had.

I don’t usually leave reviews but I have to say… I had called Subway in regards to an order I placed online. The Indian woman on the phone was incredibly rude throughout the whole conversation and did not want to provide any help to me. She hung up on me and decided not to answer my calls moving forward. This employee needs to be trained on how to handle customer conflict better.

Today I placed an order for the foot long Sub. I mentioned in the instructions that cut into 2 pieces and pack it separately, they didn’t do it. I ask them to add extra sauce into it, they didn’t add it. I ask them to add salt, pepper and subkrinch, they didn’t added it. Very disgusting.

Love that this place is open 24/7. I picked up a sandwich early in the morning around 6am on a monday. There was 1 employee there and he was hustling to get some orders done. He was fast, efficient and when he got to my order it was perfect. I ordered the Cheesy Garlic Steak Sandwich on the Italian herbs and cheese bread. I also substituted the cheesy sauce for American cheese and added spinach and banana peppers. The portion was good and they restaurant was clean. They also accepted a coupon that I brought in. To address parking: they share a small plaza with 4 other businesses (1 is closed). I saw 4 spots reserved for Subway (probably 1/4 of the spaces in the area). Due to the polarity of the tea shop in the area, I think it is fair to have some reserved spots for Subway and the other stores if they choose to ask they all share the parking lot. Definitely will be back!

This lady in the picture is very mean and rude. I kept asking her for a cup of water. She got mad. I asked if I can get an extra piece of paper for my sandwich. She got mad all the customers that would come in everyone would be nice order and she would always say. What do you want whoever customers very rude lady. She had a coworker with her and the coworker was very nice and sweet. She was the one with attitude not good customer service.

Sandwich makers were really good at making the sandwiches and were very nice. Very good at customer service

Very expensive sandwich, Customer service is bad the lady she over charged me for small little sandwich is not even big. Plus no drink and chips. You have to know your order or else she just charged you what ever. I'm not coming back and not recommended. Very disappointed to this place. And i saw something in the cookies area flying some insects. Very disgusting yuck...

This subway has always been our to go for Subway sandwiches but now we have to go after 11 PM to get a sandwich because of all the Molly tea individuals who take up all the spots in this parking lot is crazy and you can't get a place to park. We think the staff is outstanding. They always do a great job very friendly and very helpful but it's just a big problem trying to find a place to park during the day here because all the DoorDash drivers are blocking the spots that are for subway parking and all the Molly tea drinkers are blocking spots as well. We tried Molly Tea and we think it tastes nasty.

Nobody even goes to this subway yet they keep hogging all the parking spots. When you're trying to pick up your order at Molly Tea, there's nowhere to park because this subway hogs all the spots for their nonexistent customers. They started off hogging 1 spot which was tolerable but now they've monopolized almost half the parking lot. Ridiculous.

This is by far the best Subway location I've been to! The staff is incredibly attentive and always goes the extra mile for customers. The ingredients are always fresh, and the entire environment is spotless. I've been here many times for these exact reasons. Big kudos to the staff for their excellent service--well done!

This is a pretty solid location for a Subway. They actually take the coupons that come in the mail, and other Subway in the area don't. The other ones sometimes even lie and say they do until you get to the register, and then oops you have to pay full price. It's usually clean and the staff are polite. It's also nice that they stay open later than most of the things in the area. Just 4 star because the ingredients are a little meh sometimes (mostly things like vegetables that aren't ripe yet or putting jalapeño stems in the sandwiches). Go local instead if to can, but if you want a late night spot besides In N Out, this location is pretty good for a chain.

OK, anybody who's still awake after the political conventions knows that Subway has been offering a $5 footlong for the past two months since late June, 2020. You can't just buy one sandwich for $5. You have to buy 2 sandwiches for $10. Not all stores offer the deal. No advertising on the walls or storefronts of the offer. You cannot get the deal in person. You have to order and pay online in advance, to find out if your store offers the deal. There is no list of stores to tell you which store has the deal. Even picking a location can be tricky, as the store nearest to me is on El Camino Real in Sunnyvale. There are three Subways along a three mile stretch on El Camino Real in Sunnyvale. Pick the wrong one, and it's a long walk from my house, as I found out the hard way! You have to know the exact address. How many cities have three Subways on the same street? Went to the website, picked a location, and started to fill out an order for 2 sweet teriyaki chicken sandwiches. Picking your sandwich is tedious, as you have to go through some 15 choices: sandwich meat type, bread, cheese, toasted, lettuce, tomatoes, olives, cucumbers, pickles, green peppers, purple onions, banana peppers, pickles, jalapenos and sauce. There is a default sandwich, but it includes sweet onion sauce and excludes banana peppers and pickles. I once went with the default, and my sandwich was drowned with sauce by an overzealous employee. Long and convoluted ordering system on the internet, : name, e-mail, cell phone number, credit card holder, billing address, credit card number, expiration date, and CVV required. Almost as tedious as filling out a state unemployment benefits application form. Why all these obstacles? The store owners claim to lose money on the $5 footlong, so they aren't anxious to sell to you. Just like Costco's $5 48 ounce cooked rotisserie chicken, which loses money. No $5 foot long advertising on the windows. But any deal that the store loses money is too good deal for a cheapskate like me to pass up . This store is newer than the other two Subways on El Camino Real, with the first yelp review in 2009. Very clean, with only five tables, one bathroom, and one set of electrical outlets for charging your phone/laptop near the bathroom. During the pandemic, no dine in, and restroom locked for customers. Before the pandemic, hard to find a parking spot on the weekend, with the busy next door hair salon. The web site says the 2 for $10 deal ends soon. Normal price for a foot long sweet onion teriyaki sandwich is $9.59 plus 9% tax in Sunnyvale, compared to $9.25 plus 4% tax in Honolulu, and $8.59 in mid town Manhattan New York City. When was last time you saw fast food more expensive in CA than Hawaii? Yes, Marianne W of NYC, Subway is 13% more expensive here than where you live. Val Y of Honolulu complained that they don't get the 2 for $10 deal in Hawaii. When you order two onion chicken teriyaki sandwiches in Hawaii, you get $4.50 off the second sandwich, a BOGO half off. Sept 1 update: the 2 for $10 offer expired August 31, 2020, but I got my money's worth. Since June 26, I have more than ate for Val Y of Honolulu, or Vic E of Anchorage, with 7 orders of 2 for $10 deals, including 5 orders of 2 for $10 deals in August alone! New deal for September: buy two footlongs, get one free. Now how many people order three footlongs!?

This is the best Subway location ive been to, the staff are super attentive to customer. Ingredients are very fresh and the environment is very clean too. Ive been to this location many many times for this exact reason. Kudos to all members of staff who work at this location well done.

The only positive about this location is that it has pizza. Many employees don't seem to speak English and some really don't care. Just had an employee dump salt onto my sandwich essentially ruining it when I asked for black pepper. Not sure how anyone mixes up the two. Him and the other employee thought it was funny thought it was funny though and neither suggested any corrections about it.

Walked in after they had a remodel done. Looks nice inside but saw flies flying around the meat and veggies. I had to walk out, they were still making online orders too while the flies were taking off and landing on the food. Yuck.

2 workers were present - I presented coupon. They stated "we dont accept coupons" in a very rude manner. What a waste of food. Maybe a solution would be to post a sign somewhere that clearly states such?

I ordered in DoorDash and it was canceled within 2 seconds.... I call to ask if you're closing the lady on the phone said "no we're open 24/7 so I let her know I had just placed an order to their location and she responded with well give you a call later we're busy right now... like huh it's 1am what do you mean you're busy? she was just rude and in a hurry couldn't even help me with a thing....

if I could give no stars I would. why is it you work in a sandwich shop an don't have your hair in a net or something? then I open my sandwich an see a fat long black hair stringing along the side of my sandwhich. So unsanitary an it's a wonder people get food poisoning because of simple things like this that aren't resolved. I'm sure other subways care but not this one.

Like other people have said, the server is rude. I asked for Indian tikka sauce but she said she can't serve it on "make your own" veggie sub. I couldn't understand what could hurt if she poured some. Not like I'm asking to cut random wires on a live bomb and shit could explod LOL. It's just sauce on a sub. When I asked why she literally said "oh my God!!" and gave me a look. To add to that she charged us for an extra sub and it took us 5 whole minutes to explain to her several times that she charged us wrong. She kept thinking we're dumb until she realized what she did. Unless she never really did. Overall the sub she made was good so I'll give her points for that. She even made sure the Avocado on my subs are fresh. Made good sandwiches but the arrogance ruined my experience.

I really like this location both times I came here. They servers were both very pleasant, efficient, and they were generous with the vegetables in my sandwich which is what won them my repeat business, and will continue to do so. Some other subway locations on El-Camino will try to sell you a crust of bread with 6 spinach leaves and a few pieces of shredded lettuce, but not this place. The sandwich they made here actually looked like the one in the advertising, and tasted delicious!

Best Subway in the area & they don't close early like the one down the street! We came here because the one on Wolfe was closed. Chris made our sandwiches, and he was super friendly and efficient. He made all of our sandwiches at the same time and made them just like we requested. He had good conversation and was super helpful. The sandwiches were definitely better than the "normal" subway sandwich.

I've only been here once, but I don't think I would come back. I placed an online order and picked up my sandwich, bringing it to the nearby Happy Lemon to eat it. They didn't include cheese, and they didn't take out some of the veggies I didn't want. They also didn't toast my sandwich. At first, I thought the cheese was so melted that I couldn't see it, but that wasn't the case. I wondered if maybe there was miscommunication or something, but everything was listed very clearly on the receipt that was in the bag.

Ordered: Subway club Hot pastrami Roast beef All good amount of toppings, good service..they're open later than the one on Wolfe and old San Francisco Good attitude, and constantly see them cleaning the stations and keeping everything orderly

Worst ever place to get your food. The server (could be the owner) was very rude. I made online order. I was at the store before they started making the sandwich. I asked for an extra dressing as I forgot to add that to my online order. The server got very rude and angry asking not to disturb and that he cannot follow the steps both from online order and the customer. When I urged him to listen, he stopped preparing my order, asked me to step aside saying that he is too busy and started taking order from the customer behind me. He asked me to cancel the order as he was not going to prepare my food. I felt he had a very racist approach. The other servers understood he was being unreasonable and requested him to go in the pantry. I was definitely angry, but preferred to get my food from someplace else rather than spoiling my mood any further. Would never recommend this place. Please don't waste your time and money here.

I ordered one footlong tuna and one footlong steak & cheese online for pickup at this store. There is so little tuna and steak that you can barely recognize. It is even less than what I used to get for a 6" sandwiches. Not sure if it is because of the subway coupon I applied or this is just what this store uses to behave. Anyway this is inappropriate and I will never order from this store.

I haven't ate at subway in a long time. Yesterday was a reminder why. Soggy sandwich's and the quality of the meat just always seems below par. Nothing against this subway in particular just not for me

The service the food was yummy the location was clean they were so sweet and nice and helpful!

As I was nearby, I stopped in for a large soda and a cookie. The two ladies working were working extremely efficiently and pretty darn amazing during a 12:30pm lunch rush. As I skimmed through the produce and seating area, yes this place is small, but the food quality looked excellent, area was very clean and the service was awesome. (It's nearly 90 degrees outside and inside here with AC it felt so darn chilled - I didn't want to leave)! I hope these two are recognized and also realize how well of a restaurant they're keeping on check. (Come to find out, refills here are free during the same business day! Party)!

May 8, 2020 1:40pm counter lady was so rude and gave me attitude for ordering multiple sandwiches and wanting to have all veggies on a vegetarian sandwich. Other subways have better service. Won't be back to this one

Subway is my easy go-to spot for lunch. This locale had great service and my sandwich was well toasted (some barely scare it with fire). The bread was some of the best looking I've come across from a Subway, fresh and well done. It's one of the smaller Subway's I've seen, with only a two tables, but that wasn't a problem during my visit. My only complaint about Subway's is they skimp on the meat, thus I usually order double to triple meat and am charged anywhere from 1.50 to 5 dollars more, and I never know how much until the bill. Some charge it as double meat twice, some charge it as something different. Some don't charge me, or include it in the five dollar foot long option. This location seemed to be the latter, or if not what I paid was reasonable for what I got. I'd drop by here again, if not just because their bread looked so delicious!

Yum yum... I love Subway. They have tasty, healthy (enuf) sandwiches for inexpensive lunches. This Subway location is much like the others, clean, friendly and efficient. They hooked me up with a frequent eaters card and though I always forget it, I appreciate the thought. My favorite sandwiches are the kinda plain ones... I don't need the whatchamelts or the supertoastedstars, I just like the tuna or meatball the best... no cheese, everything but onions and jalapenos. See ya there!

Tonight, I called this Subway at 9:08 to ask what time they closed. I was told they closed at 9:30 . I arrived within 10 minutes of my call only to find an employee walking away from the door. When my son reached for the door, we realized it was locked and the restaurant closed early. The employee looked at us, started laughing at us and then disappeared behind the employee door. We knocked on the door and asked the employee what happened as the 'Open' sign above the door was still on and asked about the sign on the door showing the store hours. The employee just shrugged and said closed while smiling away at us. Subway- do you train your employees to tell customers to come and then close early to lose profit? And then train them to laugh at your customers? There was someone else in the restaurant behind the counter too. I sure hope it wasn't her manager applauding and supporting this behavior.

This is the closest Subway to my house so obviously the one I go to. Ive never been disappointed , its always yummy and pretty clean. They also have good music. Its a very small Subway tho. Customer service is mostly nice whenever I come with my receipt for my free cookies :D

Healthy Healthy Healthy ! Even though Its a sandwhich shop it never seems like Im being a bad girl for eating out. Menu always shows the calorie count which I really love. I indulged in a Turkey and ham sandwich ... and oh yes load this up with the fixing... 2 large sandwiches, one bag of chips and $15 ... that was a really good deal. This is on El Camino Real , busy lights and small parking lot. But No problem i was in and out with in minutes. No line and easy parking.

I went here to get a sandwich and had a horrible experience! As I was ordering my sandwich the lady who was helping me decides to put mustard in my sandwich even though I did not say mustard. I really do not like mustard so I told her I never said for her to put mustard. She then takes a napkin and wipes it off my sandwich thinking that it was still acceptable to give me.I looked at her supper pissed and she laughed! Very unprofessional and unhappy with the service today! I will not be coming back and I advise everyone else to not go to this location!

This is one of the worst subways I have ever been to. The staff us rude and they don't know what they are selling and also the quantity and quality sucks. Please try somewhere else.

Sometimes it's fresh and other times not so much. It is very small not much space to eat. The employees that work here are amazing. They never mess up and take care in making the subs. The location is bad not easy to get into the parking lot at times.

PLEASE FIRE YOUR ASSOCIATE MAGALY! Very rude!! I came in on Saturday night. She was counting money at the register. I asked her if they were still open. She said yes. I started to order. She went straight from counting money at the register to put on gloves and touching the paper that the Sandwhich lays on. I said can you please wash your hands first. She had an attitude and took off her gloves and washed her hands. Then she made my Sandwhich with the same paper that she already previously touched with the dirty hands. As she was making my Sandwhich, I asked for toasted. She put it in the toasted and continued to grab other things at the register. Grabbing pens, putting them away, she even went to the back where I couldn't see. Doing who knows what. She continues to make my Sandwhich again. I am completely done going to this location. I will be calling corporate soon to report this incident. Very insanitary & very rude. Will let everyone I know, to never go to this location!!!

In general, I enjoy subway sandwiches for 3 reasons: the sandwiches are made quick (great for when you're in a hurry), the sandwiches are at reasonable prices, and that they taste fresh. This subway location in particular is very small inside, with a few tables and chairs for the customers. On a busy time, which is around noon time for lunch and 6:30 for dinner, the tables can get really messy-- looks like the employees don't have much time to clean up and wipe them down. Anyhow, I like this location to it's convenience to where I live. If I want something quick and healthy, I go to this Subway.

I always love subway this one was great just like others I will say it is VERY VERY CLEAN inside which I loved ! And the girl was nice. close to my work which is nice and open early. Only thing is the parking lot is awkward.

I had a bad experience here. The staff had more interest in completing the order than making sure that the sandwich has what I need. To be simple, she(staff) did not even listen to me about my order. I wouldnt mind if there was a line there, but i was the only customer there. I am never gonna eat there anymore... I am only writing the bad here which doesn't mean that there ain't any good but I never seen any..

This is my go-to Subway restaurant any time I want a sandwich after going to the gym. The employees are super friendly. Simran especially is very helpful and is a very nice person. She's able to answer any questions about the menu and works diligently to serve all of her customers.

The new franchise owners and most of the workers are just rude. Soup is almost also always out. Came in the morning, afternoon and in the evening and about 95% of the time they have no soup. Why even advertise you have it when you don't.

Hi, Went into this subway about 1 hour ago. They didnt have any of the bread I liked to I choose a different one, I was in two minds to walk out the girl was so grumpy and not at all helpful. I had a foot long turkey, only 4 tomatoes and four cucumber on it with little lettuce. The girl was not happy, and the service was not good. The subway in Santa Clara is amazing friendly staff. They are so helpful. I dont recommend the Sunnyvale one.

The stuff member is very nice, Her name is Simran. She smiled and was very attentive.I came here to get my dinner with my wife it was very busy that time .Even though we're the first person to place our type of order she found the code very quick and make sure I didn't feel ignored or that I wasn't important! Service with smile!

Favorite little subway to go to! It's small and always busy but they do a great job of making the sandwiches fast without the lack of quality. Not much seating! Get it to go!

Subway helped me loose 65 lbs in one year. Here is my long but true story. In Nov of 2011 I had a liver biopsy. That #%$^@ HURT! That day I decided that I did not want to be fat any more. Its hard enough to live with a face for radio and its not cute to be 5 foot 5 240 lbs. I hated everything about my self. I hated the way I looked I hated the remarks from the anorexic girl who wondered how I could eat all that food from taco bell. I hated that the girl at the jack in box drive through would know what I would order. when I pulled up. I hated that I would walk across the parking lot sweating or be the only one with out breath going up too many stairs. I was sick of being the jolly fat guy with all the jokes and what I really hated was people knew me as " Big B" or like my old manager said " wow B everyone tells me you used be to be a balloon" I got sick of being fat. Like every addiction I took it one day at a time and with the help of my happy pills that my Dr said come with some side effects that I should worry about.. She said I would have headaches, nausea and some loss of Appetite. When she said loss of appetite I though she was kidding. I told her growing a tail is a side effect not being hungry is ok with me. I did not do anything special I just ate the right stuff (subway) and only ate when I was hungry( subway) I did not have much time and did not have much money. I did what I did in my fat days and found the most amount of food with the least amount of money but this time I would find the healthiest. I had my options McDonald's, In an Out(Yuck) 300 curry places and my personal fav Taco bell. Subway was across the street. so couple time a week I walked there and back. People did not notice at first and that pissed me off but I could care less because I knew that I had shed the weight. The first people to notice were the nice gals from Subway. It has not soaked in until one girl said something to me in Spanish that translated to "LOOK AT YOU SLIM" Soon after more people started to notice. When the right person at work noticed me. That's when I knew It was working.. I knew I was doing something right. That's when people wanted to know my secret. I wanted to tell them it was some crazy Guatemalan Bumble Bee And Banana Jungle Juice. My Mom got me from her last trip home. I was not in the mood to explain how many Guatemalan Bumble Bees are in 3 ounces.So I told them the truth... I told them like the song from the 90's that I can't remember who wrote it "This Is We Do It"! I told them I stop eating crap. Crap food like 4 dollar menu breakfast burritos. Crap for lunch and dinner like a number 3 and 4 tacos at jack in the box.. I told them I cut out sugar all together. Sugar Free Is The Way To Be... I laughed at peoples miracle hormone injection diet, or the herbal peoples pill diet or the no sugar no flour diet. I feel bad that these fools paid hundreds of dollars for @#$$ that don't work. Its Like Weight Watchers says " DIETS DON'T WORK WEIGHT WATCHERS DOES" ( Weight Watchers does work btw my wife lost 105 lbs with them) Problem with that was I did not have the $$ for it and like the old joke goes whats the difference between an alcoholic and a drunk? Drunks don't have to go to those meetings. I can't talk to people about how hard it is to not eat a snickers with every meal. At Subway I would get a foot long chicken breast on honey oat with Swiss cheese. toasted.. No onion no jalapenos no oil. extra pickles extra Spinach. I would ask for a little more mustard, light mayo, salt &pepper. OK People here the secret word, the money shot....EXTRA VINEGAR!. Fresh and Yummy Right In The Tummy... I I have to admit that the Jerrod diet worked for me. I Was 240 lbs last November I am now 175 I went from a size 40 waist to a 34. If you don't believe me or would like to include me in some paid commercial and need to see some one with a face for radio message me.

I love subway very much. Have been to many locations all over California. The sandwich I got here is not bad compared with other locations. But what really made me feel bad is the attitude of the sandwich maker. I went there at 9:45pm to get a simple veggie delight. I do not think that it is 'too last minute' for a fast food place. The sandwich maker is not in a mood to listen to me(I just asked for more olives, I asked him twice... He just ignored. He is not even filling the veggies properly). I do not know why he want to make a sandwich if he really hate to work at that time. It would have been much more nice if he could have told me "we are closed" though the "Open" sign is still on. I am not the last customer, there were few more waiting after me. They got similar treatment ! I should goto another location from next time onwards.

Most subways are just average. This one get 5 stars due to the Mexican gentleman that works there. He takes pride in what he does, even if it's just making sandwiches. Never see that type of customer service at subway.

Do not eat here, I got sick from their food, the young lady was dirty, did not wear gloves and said she forgot after I asked if she was supposed to. I told friends about it who said they got sick after eating here as well. Go to the one on Lawrence Expressway and Homestead, it is much better and clean. Also the manager at the Kiely store is a real winner, he takes no responsibility and he is dirty as well. I met with him and he stunk from BO. DONT GO THERE!!
