Great Subway restaurant. The employees were very courteous and the air conditioning was very comfortable on a very hot summer day. The restaurant was very clean. My favorite sandwich was very delicious: whole wheat bread on tuna with a little lettuce, tomato, spinach, onion, spinach, green peppers and sweet peppers. DELICIOUS !!!!

Ordered from DoorDash and y’all microwaved my whole sandwhich with the lettuce on I stg you did bc there no way you heated it up before putting the lettuce like y’all do it was warm and soggy not even fresh and it tasted like dish water 💦

The bowl was dirty and I knew my order, but she Telling me what to put it in it she kept yelling at us and disrespectful. She cursed at us a few times, but I think you I should fire her cause she’s a disrespectful person. And everything was dirty there

This location is highly unprofessional... The female staff members are great at their job and are attentive and friendly. The male staff member (*One of them) I had was on the phone the whole time while making someone else's order and had an attitude rushing me to say the name to my order despite only one order (mine) available for pick up... Not sure if he was acting stupid or if it wasn't an act at all but take this place as a hit or miss at best 👍🏾🤷🏾‍♂️

The morning lady is great. She knows how to do her job and listen to customers. The kid in the afternoon, always has his AirPods in, always asking “huh” because he refuses to take out his headphones at work, then on more after completing my order and I’m ready to pay, he says “only cash”. He isn’t professional. This job seems like an inconvenience for him. Clearly, he just wants to listen to music and be on his phone

The website indicates the store on Palisade Avenue in Yonkers opens at 10 am on Sundays. I arrived at 10:15 and it was closed, locked up. A wasted trip.

First business hours do not exist. Second the music is so loud you have to scream to order, hence they get it wrong every time. Last and most important the Spanish guy that’s been there for year was clearly high on something and as he was trying to listen to my order drool dripping down his lip onto the counter. I stopped my order Never returned!! NEEDS NEW MANAGMENT.

They have my cookies again 😊 (raspberry cheesecake) if you haven't tried them, you haven't lived have them warm them up. It's so damn good 😂😂😂 yea, I'm fat. So what lol and they hired a few new employees. I'm happy about that too

Horrible service!!!!!! I've been trying to give this place a chance for 5 years ever since I've moved here yonkers 10701 and SUBWAYS ain't it. The sandwich toppings are all brown. When you ask them politely to switch it; they give you so much attitude and continue to tell you; it's fresh it's fresh. Clearly NOT! Whether you get the fat Spanish lady or the fat Spanish guy both attitudes are so disgusting they take it personally when you let them know there's brown on the veggies. They don't want service. It's always filled with bums and heroin addicts ... not sure why they would run the last few decent people OFF. I know it's not "SUBWAYS" Definitely the staff- and just the fact that nobody cares if they make $$$ or not. Wouldn't waste my money or yours, in the end they treat you like your asking too much when you want a sandwich made "fresh" - not with frozen brown veggies .... GUESS ILL BE TAKING THE DRIVE TO A FURTHER LOCATION. The ones in the HOOD really remind you .... not to be so humble. Drive.......

Dont ever go this location unless u want the workers be rude disrespectful touch every dirty service without being asked and getting mad to change their gloves slamming their hand dwn because they have an attitude for not following the rules I have work for subway and the one THING they stress is changes your gloves. The person who owns this location needs to fire his employees and hire people who care about hygenine and not getting people sick also he or she need s people who have customer service skills l love subway but not THIS location if u want clean good customer service and someone who does care about not getting u sick the subway in Getty Square is NOT the place South broadway is way better cleaner and friendly customer service location

If you want to stop at a place that sticks a still dripping wet knife into your sandwich while they are preparing it you should go here otherwise stay away
